OK I am a little confused in posting areas. Let me elaborate... I posted something I didn't see posted where I presumed it should be.... I checked in the Worldwide Politics Worldwide Newsroom.. Those areas seem to be the most logical places to post news that includes catastrophes , incidents, global occurrences, of course political issues. Almost Anything Goes seems to me to more encompass lighter posts like the high cost of butter etc etc . Somehow news that are of extreme nature don't seem to fit.... So my question is why have all these categories if they are not being used to the correct advantage and to maintain order?. Maybe I'm a stickler for details but that would be the last place I look for news.... 102 Agree disagree? I mean no offense to anyone...... oooh 02 Edited by Alli, Apr 16 2013, 10:10 AM.

It is confusing to me also. I usually put stuff outside of North America in World Wide, I may be wrong but when it comes to non politics I think of Canada and the US as one (North America), and then there is the rest of the world. I usually look in Most Recent Posts to see if anyone has posted about a subject before I post mine. |

No offence, happens often in the forum I moderate. I just move the posts together. T'is not life shattering. Let's face it, I find a lot of the sections here confusing, and some seem missing, don't remember which ones I hem and haw about where to put it. |

I think of amost Anything Goes as Miscellaneous, so to me if I m not sure about where to post something that's the place. |

To me, news goes under Word Wide News and anything political goes under Politics. Maybe we all organize things differently. Misc. stuff goes under Anything Goes. |

Does it really matter when the topic and the subject matter gets changed halfway through the post? |

No it doesn't ..... I agree with you, it's a very minor point IMHO! |

So are you saying Kahu it doesn't matter where you post? Helter skelter anywhere? If that should be the case then why have different areas? Call me strange I like things in order....... laugh123 |

I was agreeing with Campy's point. Of course you should try to post the different types of story in their appropriate areas .... but if you don't I'm not going to get too bent out of shape! |
