My son wears a certain brand name of shoes . He is very tall and of course big feet! He has always had issues with his knees at times the knee cap would just pop out. The shoes he wore seemed to have good support in the ankles. Of course they were not cheap either These shoes were $189.00 at a place in Toronto. He bought a new pair in mid January by March the entire sole was coming away from the boot of the shoe. I really wasn't prepared to fork out another $200.00 for shoes that didn't last 3 months. I contacted the Supra Shoe Company in the States direct. Sent them all the information plus some photos of the shoes. Two days later I received an email from the Production Office apologising profusely at the poor quality.. They would like to replace them.. A few days ago I received another Email telling me that they would like to send me a pair of shoes as well .. along with the shoes my son wears they are sending him a brand new model shoe that has not been on the market in Canada yet. So in total 3 pairs of shoes!! I was very surprised by their gesture. It goes to show that if you do have problems with products it is sometimes best to go directly to the company deal with the problems there. More times they will help you because they want to keep you as a customer...Kudos to SUPRA!!

Here are the shoes that he wears ..Posted Image

I should go look at their runners, that is what I paid for my last runners, they lasted 12 years and I could still wear them except the gel inside is all gone.

The ones I got were Aesics (sp)
