Do you mean it now sorts things into primary, social and promotions? |

Go to your options, configure inbox, check off what inbox tabs you want. If you don't want any inbox tabs, then uncheck them and your inbox will be like original. |

margrace, generally it is the same as it was except for organization. Once you get used to it you can ignore it like I do. |

That is pretty damn antisocial, Angora, when you put gmail on ignore. |

I guess I am beginning to understand it but why can't they leave well enough alone? |

I have an account that I rarely use except when I want to do something that nobody can connect with the real ME. I doubt that I would recognize a different format, but I'll take a peek later (if I can remember my NAME bounce and jump045 that is.) Edited by Trotsky, Jul 20 2013, 09:39 AM.

I find the whole thing confusing. By mistake I bought windows 8 and my helper put me on something that brings up all I need and avoids 8. I have rogers and they told me not to go into 8 because apparently it was interfering with my reception. Can anyone tell me how to get back my sound on you tube. I asked for help there but they might as well be speaking Russian. |

You are not avoiding Win8. That would be similar to having a car without an engine. Win8 is doing the work, whether its apparent to you or not. Your 'helper' has very likely installed 'short cuts ' to your favourite programs. If I remember correctly, you use a USB stick for your internet service. It sounds to me that Rogers doesn't have a Win8 driver available yet! They will be working on this and may even have one now, available. I would keep bugging them, for a Win8 driver. (driver, like as in hammer, not as in one who operates a vehicle) |

I did have sound on you tube for quite a while but all of a sudden it just went dead. I have no trouble with sound as long as I am not looking at a you tube video

Are you aware that Utube video's have a volume control on its lower Control Bar? if your sound is OK on everything else, other than Utube, it must be how Utube is set! Make sure that the Utube Volume Slider is on the right end. Left end kills the sound! |
