This new tower has stopped delivering sound out. What test procedure should I use to isolate my problem ? It was OK when I turned it off last night. Thanks. |

Very strange. I went to 'settings' and found the speakers had been 'muted' but I never touched it. Any explanation? Thanks. |

Some keyboards can control sound, in much the same way that a laptop keyboard can. If yours has this capabilty, perhaps you, inadvertantly muted the sound from the keyboard? |
