I was deleting some files and i have no idea how I managed to embed DELETE It appears on every page my screensaver here is a shot of what I mean.
Can someone tell me how to get rid of this?

I was just going to suggest restarting! It looks like the OS was frozen and unable to redraw the screen. All too common with Windows.
