Today they seem to have decided there might be more interesting things to eat than cat food in the pantry. Blue, at least had the decency to look embarrassed when I came in to collect the evidence: Posted Image |

OH DEAR they really are a pair of devils aren't they? Our little cat whom we have problems with is an angel compared to them. Well your life will never get boring with them around. |

They are beautiful! As some of the cats from earlier times here seemed to say, 'What do you expect when you have an open concept kitchen?' Mozzy has not been getting into food, his latest is to stare intently at where the ceiling and wall meet, sniff it, paw at it then leap down onto the bed. I informed him that there is no way we have 'visitors'! |

They are probably upset with the time change to Standard Time. Its not nice to fool with Mother Nature. Try feeding them on DST schedule. |

Actually, you may be correct, RA. For some reason, they are eating normally in the morning, but in the evening, they only nibble their wet food, and go for the dry stuff, only. Not sure what is going on, but it is dark here by about 4. |

An open pantry concept is irresistible to cats. Kerfuffle loved dry spaghetti and would roll it around the floor and then toss it in the air as if it was a very skinny mouse. Buttercup loved tea bags and would snuffle them out of the box, snag them with his teeth, carry them around the house decorating any spot she deemed suitable with dry tea leaves. Then John closed in the kitchen island and the fun was over for the time being. |

I had a Pet ewe, I raised her on a bottle from a baby, she thought she should be in the house and would wait for the door to open and would dash in. At the time we had a dog and I would walk up the road to my mothers and be accompanied by the two of them. Most animals become humanized it raised away from their herd. We only have one cat now and she is bored out of her stick. She hates the snow and we are starting to get some. |
