I have just wasted my time trying to buy something from Staples.

I went on line and found the chair mat I wanted but they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to ship it.

After four tries I finally got a person who told me I could not have that item delivered to a store and pick it up without paying the delivery charge.

Said thanks but no thanks, no wonder you people are losing money with customer service like that. I will go where I can get some service.

What is this?

Don't feel bad.
We bought a lovely leather desk chair from Staples. I looked terrific and had a 12 month guarantee. It started falling apart at month 13 and by month 24 you couldn't give it away to Good Will.

I will go back to Staples when I want...you guessed it...staples.

Just found the same item in stock at Walmart for $3 less, and got a person first try. It really bugs me to shop there but I refuse to be taken for a ride by another store.
