One of the funniest women on Earth left PIPPIN on Broadway last Fall to start work as the lead on Canadian TV in something called WORKING THE ENGELS. I don't know if it's a one time thing or a series.

Do any of you Canadians know anything about it?

It's a series, not sure if it has started yet. She is a Canadian comedienne, would have loved to see her in Pippin. I wasn't aware that she sings.

There seem to be 12 episodes in the can. Let me know if they air in Canada.

Yeah, she's got a nice voice and won a TONY for Pippin.

I fell in love with her back in the days of SCTV Toronto cast when she played Edith Prickley and surrounded herself in leopard EVERYTHING.

Lord, watch THIS:

I have a leopard suit coat a little more subdued than hers. I don't know what I was thinking when I bought it.

Oh thank you Bitsy, you made my day.

(I assume that was the USA release?)

Only scary part is "Jason Priestly Will Direct." That gives me pause.

Yes, I believe so since it has already started in Canada.
