I saw pictures of Lake Huron and there was still ice near the shore. I am sure it was warmer last year here also. |

I don't skate. It hurts. Skating on lakes happens rarely here. Usually there is too much snow or the ice is too rough. The lake in the picture has aeration pumps working to keep the fish healthy, which increases the risk of going out on the ice. |
