My daughter makes similar cakes although usually in ramekins. I will have to tell here about this particular baker. My only concern is the amount of sugar used for each one - I did not check the actual recipe but it appeared the sugar was a tablespoon per dessert for some.
The 'mugs' would be nice for a Sunday brunch or special lunch like Mother's Day. Just take care that teacups with gold rims are not used in the microwave.

Thank you for raising the sugar point blizzard. I use unrefined sugar as a safer option and then only half the amount.

You could also use Xylitol or honey :45_yes.gif:
