I didn't know this. Will go to the store and buy diapers as I am setting up a herb garden by my window.

Potting soil with hydrogel in it is available here. OK for the temporary hot summer stuff like hanging baskets and maybe for starting things in the house. Not good for anything overwintered here as the soil in the pots stays soggy drowning the roots.

And you can buy it separately too, no need to pay for diapers which can be expensive.

Didn't know this, I think it would be good for me as I keep forgetting to water and I also want to start my herb window garden. Will look for it.
