Doctors, after making examinations decided that his penis was oversize and caused his affliction. One doctor offered to remove a section of the penis in order to resolve the stuttering. This seemed like a wonderful idea to the fellow and had the procedure taken care of. However, the fellow found to his dismay, that he lost his popularity with the ladies, so returned to the doctor and asked if the section could be put back in place. The doctor, shaking his head, replied "N-N-N-No t-t-t-hat is o-o-out of the Q-q-q-question, the P-P-P-Penis section is not, n-n-now a-a-a-available"!
