2 lbs. of ground bison or beef 2 cups of macaroni boiled until tender 2 tsp of salt 1 large onion chopped 1/2 cup of celery chopped 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 tsp of dry mustard 1 tin of tomato soup 1 quart of canned tomatoes whipped in blender ( I used a 28 oz can) 1 tin of mushrooms, optional Brown bison, add onion and celery cook until vegs. are tender, drain off any fat. Add cooked macaroni, seasonings, tomato soup, tomatoes and mushrooms. Stir together and transfer to casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until heated through! This makes two casseroles, I freeze one for future use. |
