My daughter and son-in-law finally got their neurologist on board with prescribing pot for my grand daughter's epilepsy. But he will only prescribe pot from an outfit in Saskatchewan. |

Has anybody applied to a Doctor to get marijuana for old age? Pot will not cure old age, but it does make it more bearable. |

I will have to google this, didn't know they had facilities there. My friend had his shipped from kelowna, and there's a big facility in Nanaimo. |

I knew you could smoke it but I didn't know about the oil so I googled it. This was what I found. I would like to try it for my arthritis and headaches. Cannabis Oil Precautions It is important to remember that cannabis is a medicine, and as a result needs to be initiated carefully to avoid side effects. Cannabis oils do offer some benefits including the ability to accurately measure a dose. Once a patient determines the amount of cannabis oil that works to manage their particular symptom, they can ensure that doses remains consistent time after time with the use of a measured oral syringe. Here are some pointers to keep in mind regarding cannabis oils: 1. Takes longer to take effect: When cannabis, or cannabis oil, is ingested it is processed through the liver. What this means is that compared to cannabis inhaled through vapor or spoke that takes effect almost immediately, oil preparations will have a much slower onset time and the effects will last longer. 2. Wait before the next dose: It can take anywhere from 1 to 1½ hours before patients notice the effects and can take two to four hours to reach its peak effect. To avoid overconsumption, patients are encouraged to wait four hours after the first dose before taking a second. http://www.everythingzoomer.com/cannabis-oils-now-available/ |

I want some marijuana to experiment with the ingesting bit. It might come in handy at some time in my life. I don't expect the ex Toronto Police Chief, Blair, to improve the supply situation for recreational use. It takes a giant step forward to simply decriminalize say six plants for private use. There are too any ex politicians now investing in the Harper grow ops. |

I don't think you'd get into much if any trouble if you grew a couple of plants. |

I do not know why but this link caused a problem with Firefox and I was unable to open it as it froze my computer. Firefox came up with a list of my last 10 functions and asked which I thought caused this problem. I receive Zoomers mail all the time, but had not received this one. How odd. Could others open the link ok? Take care, Pat |
