I think many of you will enjoy this recipe site. Now that meat is so expensive I intend to have more meals centered around pulses. There are also non gluten recipes.

On the week end, I made curried chickpeas and cauliflower as well as raita to go with it. I will try it with coconut milk next time.

That sounds delicious, Erka. I have been craving East Indian food. My son left a lot of spices and cans of coconut milk when he went back to Edmonton and I should make use of them.
