Guess everyone wants their own Trudashians

Too funny: Couldn't make this up if I tried, now the Liberals are keeping secret their internal memos about openness. :ChickenDance: OTTAWA — Federal proposals on how to make the government more open are being kept secret. The Treasury Board Secretariat has chosen to withhold key memos to minister Scott Brison on reforming the antiquated Access to Information Act. |

I can’t believe this one either !!! Read the last two paragraphs of this G & M story, it’s priceless. Pressing issues like $150 billion in new Liberal debt, a new phase of another 25,000 Syrian refugees when cities across Canada are already crying uncle on the first wave.... --- And what does the Globe do… yup… "grills" Trudeau on what his wife will be wearing to the State dinner with the Obamas ! Bet if we had a female PM they wouldn't ask a question like that of her spouse? https://theconversation.com/new-defence-trade-controls-threaten-academic-freedom-and-the-economy-55310 |

Nobody wants to hear about endless debt, and the refugees are tired old news now hardly even selfie worthy. Now, a state dinner is another kettle of fish, dining, dancing, good times, wine flowing like water, expensive fashions, costing the taxpayers on both sides of the border a bundle, along with endless smiling photo ops for both Trudeau and Obama. Camelot revisited. |

I doubt their lack of transparency and openness will change no matter who wins the U.S. Presidency. |
