I found another South American, Chilean cheapy: SANTA ALBA Pinot Noir (2014, as if vintage is important in a $5.99 wine.) It is a delicious, fruity, Chilean "Burgundy" type wine that would be a good value at even twice the price. <And it has a CORK, not a screw cap. :ciao: > |

When I use to drink the odd bottle, I always bought red Chilean wine. It even had sludge in the bottom at times and was always a reasonable price. |
