When we sold our mother's house the eventual buyers included a note saying how much they loved the house and wanted to make it their 'forever home' plus a little about who they are. This before the hot market hit - I think for those really watching could hear the beginning sizzle. Of course we did not say theirs was the only offer as another person had pulled out the day of signing papers and putting down a deposit. Drove by yesterday, everything appears to be just as it was when I handed over the keys. Still surrounded by trees |

So then, it only requires a post card to get a house in Vancouver? Wow, that is so much better than other housing markets that require MONEY. (How can anyone sensibly write and publish an entire article about the buying and selling of a house without once mentioning the PRICE???????) Edited by Trotsky, Jun 29 2016, 04:19 AM.
