This before the hot market hit - I think for those really watching could hear the beginning sizzle. Of course we did not say theirs was the only offer as another person had pulled out the day of signing papers and putting down a deposit. Drove by yesterday, everything appears to be just as it was when I handed over the keys. Still surrounded by trees

Wow, that is so much better than other housing markets that require MONEY.
