Posts: 838 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: June 12, 2007	About 2 weeks ago I rescued an American Eskimo thats butt was severley matted and I had to shave it all off (so he was half and half LOL) I trained him and rehomed him with and elderly couple who needed a companion. I was very sad when he left.. I found another dog who had had an even worse life she had lived in a small dog run with two ferocous pit bulls who tore her to shreds she was so matted that we had to shave off all of her fur! She had bite wounds from the pits up and down her poor little body! The lady described her as a minature golden retrever but after looking at her closlely I have made the guess that she is a golden beagle mix. We shaved her, cliped her nails, gave her a medicated bath and everything else. Here are some pictures of where she has been living.
