There's no messin' with this Fox! Posts: 838 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: June 12, 2007	My rat stripe is going to have babies! I got home from me and Nikkia's daily walk and found stripe in lighting cage she is an escape artist and she knows how to get in and out of cages. They should be born anywhere from the 23-27 of this month I'll post pics!

Posts: 838 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: June 12, 2007	I do to I didn't even want to breed her she's a rescue and my breeding par are purebreds who I wasn't going to breed until next year so this was all unexpected. I wanted to spoil her the rest of her life but oh well whats done is done.

Posts: 838 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: June 12, 2007	I love her she has such a cute little personality she grooms my hair and licks my fingers and my moms breed dogs for 3 years so I know they will inherite the parents personality's and lightning is the same way. So they should be awesome. My only problem is since Stripe is a rescue i don't know her genetics so I don't know if any of her ancestors had any illnesses that could be passed on to the babies.

Posts: 319 Group: Co-Admin Member #7 Joined: June 19, 2007	She barely let me have a hamster lol I told her they were great pets but she still won't let me, I actually miss my hamster...he was funny and he used to lick me too, He only bit me once but that was only cause I forgot to feed him.

Jewel was white with markings that looked like jewels down her back. Daisy was really crazy, so we called her crazy Daisy! Two years went by, and they both died. I really didn't want to breed them, since my mom can't handle a billion rats running around the house(she couldn't even handle 21 hamsters!) I hope the babies will be safe when they are born! Are Stripes and Lightning related?

Posts: 4 Group: Members Member #54 Joined: September 14, 2007	U have a rat, rats are awesome, I love them, I have a rat right now and I want to breed him, soo pretty... but anyway, his name is Arrowhead and my dad says if we get like 5 people that will take a baby rat then we can breed him but all the people I know think their cat or dog will suddenly materialize inside the cage... makes me so sad I hope it goes well... GOOD LUCK
