Eh, really, the canon Bionicle storyline is limited to what Greg writes. There are so many conversations which could have been had which will never happen. A bit like these ones...

Conversation 1
Gali Nuva has returned to the island of Mata Nui to free the Bahrag and allow the Bohrok to do their job and destroy the island. But as she works to break the Queens' prison, she finds herself conversing with them.

"Ah, Gali Nuva. We knew one of you would come back. You had to at some point. So why did you come here?" Cahdok cackled. It was a harsh cackle, diluted under many a week sitting in a chamber with only her sister for company. Yeah, there was the broken Bohrok in the corner, but that little pile of junk didn't have anything interesting to say.

Gali tried to ignore her. She knew the Bahrag were powerful telepaths, and that the shields imprisoning them couldn't keep everything at bay. For some reason, though, she found herself answering the Bahrag.

"I was the best choice. Most likely the one least corruptible by you."

A small, quite and almost frightened voice perked up from the corner. "But how would you know if you had been corrupted or not, Toa? How do you know that you have not already been corrupted?"

The Toa sighed. She was a wise Toa, but she hated riddles like this one. "And how does a Bohrok, even an elite one such as you, know anything about corruption? You're just a Bohrok. A machine with no emotions, nothing. Without that Krana of yours, you're just scrap metal."

The Bahrag laughed at Gali's answer. They knew she didn't have a proper one. "The little Tahnok is right, Gali. You don't know. You wouldn't know. And as for your comment about Tahnok-Kal there being nothing but metal, well, he was a Matoran once. An Av-Matoran, a Matoran of light. He was just unlucky enough to be 'chosen' to become a Bohrok. And as a Bohrok, he has served us very well. Well, of course, up until his failure to free us. I suppose you've had the 'nightmare', Toa Gali. Well, Tahnok-Kal here lived through his very own version. He may not have true emotions like Matoran and Toa, but the fact that he's a Bohrok-Kal gives him more... Matoranic experiences..."

Gali sighed again. She knew exactly what they meant. The horrible, recurring dream of watching as her brothers and all those she loved and cared for die around her, being unable to save them. She also realised that, from what Gahdok and Cahdok were saying, that they had felt something similar.

"E-every time we killed a Bohrok, you felt it, didn't you?"

"Yes, we did. And watching our prized Bohrok-Kal burn and melt and dissolve in front of us was the last straw."

In the corner, the Bohrok was trying to move. Its legs were tattered and broken, the electricity it unleashed when it lost control frying most of the circuits in its limbs. Gali considered helping it, but changed her mind. She had more important matters to deal with. The Bahrag, though, had other ideas.

"Tahnok-Kal, why don't you enlighten Toa Gali here about how you watched as your brothers tore themselves to pieces? It really is an interesting story..."

"Why would the Toa wish to know, my Queens? She was present when the event occurred. She was the cause of our destruction."

Gahdok stared at the Bohrok. It knew it wasn't wise to argue with her.

"There is not really much to tell. All I can say is that, as each of us disappeared from view, as Nuhvok-Kal was crushed underneath its own gravity, as Kohrak-Kal was torn apart by its sonic powers, as Gahlok-Kal was buried under a mountain of rubble, as Lehvak-Kal disappeared into orbit and as Pahrak-Kal melted through the ground, leaving nothing behind but some molten metal, I felt this pain, deep down inside of me. I know that it was not the pain from my own electricity powers. But that pain was far greater than my losing control. It was... Real pain..."

Gahdok put her clawed hand up, telling the Bohrok to stop.

"I don't suppose you ever thought about your actions. No one was ever supposed to be on this island. Especially not you Toa. If all had gone as planned, our Bohrok-Kal would still be in their chambers, asleep. Every time you hurt a Bohrok, you hurt a Matoran too."

Gali listened with intent. She didn't feel guilty for what she had done, but that was what was bothering her. Should she be feeling guilty for their deaths? No, they didn't have true feelings. They weren't alive. They were no longer Matoran, but robotic destroying machines. Having to kill mad rahi was one thing, 'killing', if she could call it that, a Bohrok was something else entirely. But the Bohrok's words didn't seem... Fake...

That Bohrok. The Tahnok-Kal. Maybe, just maybe, she could turn it back into a Matoran? It wasn't like it was going anywhere. It would only be destroyed along with everything else on the island. It was odd, though, how the Queens referred to it as a 'he'.

Finally, the cage dissolved and the queens were free.

"Before you do anything, Bahrag, I'm taking the Bohrok. I have... Plans... for it."

The Queens looked on in curiosity. "Plans? Of course. Take him, we don't need Tahnok-Kal any more, now that we are free to do our duty. Take him, with our blessings..."

Gali lifted the Bohrok to its feet, then folded it up into a ball. Despite being mechanical, it seemed fairly light.

"What are you going to do with me?" Tahnok-Kal asked as the Toa rolled him away from the safety of its nest.'

"Just you wait and see..."
I have a whole website. It's kinda lame though.
