As we fall To the floor We cruel up into a ball Hoping this is the last of it all We cover our face As we brace Brace ourselves as our hearts race We hear your menacing tone to lore Us toward the door We think of the days We felt gay To try to slip away We think of the stars That continue to shine So high and far The stars that glow in colorful lines Making everything feel fine The stars that blast Light like fireflies in a jar And make the moments we felt sore And saw much gore Leave our future and fade into the past The stars that are not mine But belong to the fast Moving sky's never ending vast Black that keeps up from feeling poor So we lay here Trembling and hoping for a break As we remove ourselves from our fear And try to fake That we carry no pain And continue to vear through the fires As we throw rain Down in order to gain Ground from the Liars For everyones sake We stand tall When you try and knock us to a fall 'Cause we've built up this wall Edited by I.Am.Unknown, Thursday, 17.
