hehehe... nopes.
 Definitely not the darn buses  Even emergency vehicles aren't technically allowed to go through red lights unless they're in a special condition (sirens going, lights on). And, so far as I know, not the turning traffic, either
There is just one vehicle that's allowed, though. |
