a number of times on here (and other boards) people have fallen foul of the 'multiple choice' option in polls. Multiple choice doesn't mean that it allows you to list more than one choice (else it'd be a pretty one-sided poll) but that it allows voters to choose more than one option, which isn't always what's originally intended. Make sure you choose 'Single Choice' in this case so... 1) pick your question and set the type of answer you want to allow, single or multiple choice (with as many answers as people are able to vote for) http://www.fmstudiosamvs.co.uk/images/poll/pollmulti1.png 2) set poll answer choices, one per line, up to 15 choices http://www.fmstudiosamvs.co.uk/images/poll/pollmulti2.png 3) type in any blurb (a better explanation of the poll, for example) http://www.fmstudiosamvs.co.uk/images/poll/pollmulti3.png 4) click to add your poll and finish posting http://www.fmstudiosamvs.co.uk/images/poll/pollmulti4.png 5) well, you're done if you picked Single Choice, you'll see a radio button by each choice, if you picked Multiple Choice, you should see a tickbox by each choice.http://www.fmstudiosamvs.co.uk/images/poll/poll-woo.png |
