XD I'll get together some proper linkies and stuff tomorrow (sleep now), but I will say now that it's Fred Perry's artwork. He's famous for the Robotech manga, Legacy, contributing to Ninja High School, and, his greatest work, Gold Digger. All available from Antarctic Press (except Robotech... yet to find that one )

It's got little to do with gold digging (at least Sheila herself has), but Gold Digger is the title of the comics that she comes from Gold Digger is about a treasure-hunting, exploring girl and her were-cheetah sister... treasure hunter = gold digger...
