(Now THERE's a character battle! XD) Anko is awsome... I love her... She's out going... Naruto-ish... and she knows several forbidden Jutsu thanks to Orochimaru... But... I think Vicious is just more ruthless... Plus, he's got a killer Katana. And henchman. O_o I think Vicious would come out on top even if Anko has Ninjutsu. =P
