Posts: 2,214 Group: AWOL Member #10 Joined: September 20, 2004	Okay, I'm always looking for something new, and I must say, music is a pretty influentual part of my life, so name a band (or person or whatever) and a song that you would recommend to anyone. (And do NOT name any rap, because I will not listen to it.) And you know what Peaches? I'm going to listen to Frank Zappa, and I'm going to listen to Peaches en Regalia or WTF ever, because if you like that song THAT much to name yourself Peaches, then that has to be a good song. Anyway, the more people the better.

I have no idea WTF they're saying and WTF they stand for. All their music basically screams acid trip (to me anyway). I used to like them a few years back, but I was into a lot of commercial junk as well. Anyway, I already listen to Slayer, I've already been listening to Rammstein ( I just, in fact, started d/ling "The Very Best of" and it's a freaking 89 meg file, and that's after being compressed into a .rar archive. Rammstein is awfully hard to come by around here). I've heard about Iced Earth before, so I'll try that, and I've also heard about Dream Theatre. Aren't they more instrumental? (A kid brought one of their albums to like 6th or 7th grade several years ago so I think I vaguely remember the sound. I believe it was kind of industrial.)(Industrial is good BTW.) I don't care for Tool or Perfect Circle, tho but I'll try that other stuff. As for Peaches, I suppose you're really into the older rock stuff. [If you're located in the U.S.] are you Southern? (I've heard a LOT of the songs you've mentioned.) Anyway, what I'd REALLY like (so far the suggestions have been nce and welcomed) is music with meaning. (I suppose this is why I'm an avid System of a Down fan) So if you (as in general) can list songs that have amessage, all the better.
