*votes Motoko* maybe she's the weaker sister, but she's way more protective of people (everyone, and Su in particular) than Tsuruko seems to be maybe it's the way Tsuruko approaches things, but I don't see that same protective instinct in her.maybe Tsuruko would be better at the bigger picture, at defending the island, but I think Motoko would be more than good enough for that too... starting with the inn and working up from there... plus, Tsuruko was impressed enough to leave the School in Motoko's hands, so she knows how to deal with a big responsibility. Su-chan is a big responsibility XD

soo... people would vote for the sister that gives up after one defeat? not a great quality in a defender. <_< Motoko is way more determined than Tsuruko. And she's only started coming into her own, while Tsuruko was content to fade away and let Motoko get on with things... that and Motoko is a good friend of Su's and Motoko is one of the few people who seemed able to put up with her for any length of time
