If you change your password to your user, you will never be able to access the folders again. Stupid microsoft -.- Always have to come up with a good idea, then make it stupid.

(The standard Windows zip folder will do fine.) Then go into the zip folder, right-click, and click "Add a Password". No download necessary. EDIT: Oh shit. I just realized how late this post is.

Silver Does the password thing work on rars? I'm assuming you're using WinRAR to RAR the files, and, if so, then, yes, it does. I've done it before, but it's not quite as simple as the method explained above. You have to add the password at the same time as the files. If I get around to it, I'll try to post the method on here, but you're liable to find it out by just playing around with it a bit.

Defender of MolMol Posts: 8,973 Group: General Member #1 Joined: September 5, 2004	adding a password to a rar file is ridiculously easy, Silver... create your rar file, then open it again. you should see two icons in the bottom left corner of the program, second one being a little key. Click it, type in your password and then again to confirm it. there you have it.
