II normally prefer the manga of a series. It's much more long-lasting and you get time to appreciate the work a lot more :D

but if you say Hellsing's different, then fair enough. I still haven't checked into it ^_^

Try it if you don't believe me, but I'm honestly trying to save you money. Plus, all of the mangas aren't even out yet, and the releases are getting fewer and further between, so it could be frustrating having to go back and forth to check and see if the new one's out yet. It's not worth it. (Volume 4 came out a year+ after Vol. 3)

Now, if you want to talk about a manga series that's quality and worth buying (though we haven't yet), then you should seriously check out Battle Vixens. It has several nice...assets.

And in case you didn't get the subtle hint above, I mean it has lots of chicks and lots of boobs, so you should get it...If you're into that sort of thing, I mean.

as for Hellsing, I've never bothered with it before, but the only reason I would would be to get footage for an AMV... But if I go for anything, I guess I'll now go with the anime ^_^
