Sigs, same as members, can't be removed without proper consideration (unless Tulkas feels like it) they can be removed if there's a genuine problem/objection to them, however. If you have a problem with a sig or avatar that a mod/admin hasn't spotted and dealt with, PM one of the mod team, and they'll deal with it
