it's a new dawn.- The declining rate of education about the country has never been disputed. It's a fact. The average child can no longer accio their own pencil, let alone anything more complicated. An election promise to improve the education system hurls the Fidelglass Government into power, crushing the opposition into near nothingness. But this time, the curly talking politicians are determined to deliver. They're going to do whatever they can.
to better help them- The words are quoted from station to station, and throughout the newspapers. Finally, a government with vision - who will support the strugglers! All too often, it is heard that blood traitors are the cause of such inabilities. At long last, it seems that a government has taken charge, and is prepared to provide children with the support they need to catch up to their 'genetically advantaged' peers. With help and training, they will stand a chance of becoming as good, or better than the purebloods - and the gap between cross-blood families and the purists will be gone forever.
