MVP: My Big 3: Brandon McCracken/Charles Wilson/Jarred Yount
Runner up: Billy Okeefe

The fact that all 3 of my "big 3" were able to score 26+ point per game over at least 76 games is, simply, insane. As long as I've been in a FBB sim league, I have never seen that type of offensive production over a entire season. So Brandon McCracken, Charles Wilson, and Jarred Yount all get to share the honor as Team MVP as their scoring is easily the #1 reason for why the 2058 Indiana Pacers are EBL Champs! Oh, and Billy Okeefe's addition was also key as he was the perfect PF to place beside Olds and allow my outside snipers to get their shots off, and still get his own. So thank you, Billy!

Defensive MVP: Ronny Olds
Runner up: Billy Okeefe

Olds did make his first post-season team with a nod on the 2058 All Defensive First Team, so he gets the nod for Defensive MVP. While Billy Okeefe gets the nod as runner-up by default, as my other players are mostly known for their scoring.

Rookie Of The year: N/A
Runner up: N/A

No rookies stayed here a entire season, and the ones I did have never played much, but I'd like to thank Fred Drummond, Ty Jennings, and Ted Cruse. Drummond was key in acquiring Okeefe, while Jennings/Cruse helped acquire Brady Murrell!

Most Improved: Ronny Olds
Runner up: Brandon McCracken

Ronny Olds topped the 13 rpg average for the first time in his playing career, so he gets the nod as the most improved. As Brandon was able to bounce back, in a huge way, from a down season and lead this team to a Championship.

The Terrence Jones Award (6th man of the year): Brady Murrell
Runner up: Yi Hou

Once Brady came in, via trade, he played the role of my 6th man as backup SG/PG perfectly. As he was able to give me a nice scoring punch at both roles, and even filled in as a very good starter - when needed. While Yi Hou had a much limited role, he was too key to my team. As I've always been a fan of his rebounding and think he could be a quality starter in the league, if you had a defensive PF next to him.

Biggest Surprise: Winning 69 games
Runner up: Finally winning that 2nd EBL Title

Coming into this season, I was very unsure how my big 3 and the addition of Okeefe was going to work. As many GMs can confirmed, across the league, I was actively shopping Charles Wilson, and was strongly trying to break up this group to give my team new life. So for me to be unsuccessful in trying to get a new "big 3" and then for my team to win 69 games over a 82 game season.. Well, that's just unheard of for a team that I have built. And then to top it off with a 2nd EBL title was just icing on the cake. I've been burned countless times in the playoffs, so I had no confidence that I was going to be abel to make it through the tough Eastern Conference.

Satnam Award (Biggest disappointment): N/A

I won, so how can I be disappointed!! :umad:

MVP: Ray Tyler

After having a slump for the first 30 days (2 sims), he came back strong and consist all year which is why he's my MVP

Runner up:Vito Damron

He came late to the scene after being traded from a scoring heavy magic's team. Since then he exploded and showed EBL he can be a #1 scoring option even at 20. His ppg went from about 14.7 to 19 ppg near the end of the season

Defensive MVP: Ray Tyler

He's my MVP overall and Defensive MVP because he played great on both ends of the ball and can't complain when you're 2nd in blocks with 4.0 behind that robot in Miami

Runner up: Lucas Davidson

Through 3 sims Lucas blew up and was 2nd in blocks for a good stint, Lucas showed he can be a shot blocking machine and great compliment to Tyler for years to come

Rookie Of The year: Colombus Tidwell

I mean he's my only rookie I believe and played decent off the bench

Runner up: John Rivera

My other rookie but haven't played in EBL yet

Most Improved: Lucas Davidson

Lucas was a bench player last year who didn't do much coming from the nuggets but I had faith in the young man and he showed me he can be a great starter in this league.

Runner up: Ray Tyler

He had a similar year to last year but I have no one else for the award

The Terrence Jones Award (6th man of the year): Marcel Washburn

Sounds crazy but this guy is a hell of a two guard last year and this year, he only played 30 games because I shut him down for the rest of the year once I made a trade where I thought I found a better him but I was wrong.

Runner up: Jared Horton

He played productive in his limited action this year.

Biggest Surprise: The Trading of Vito, Fan in LA were excited to finally have their franchise player. This was a surprise considering we were pursuing him all year and the magic made it clear that he wasn't available and we kept pursuing and we landed our guy.

Runner up: Trading Marty Hegg

I still have a soft spot for you 😭😭😭

Satnam Award (Biggest disappointment): Not being able to land Romeo from the cavs, I felt as if that was the missing piece to the puzzle and we failed in that department.

Runner up: Marty Hegg

We made the tough decision to Trade him because he was having a poor year which is why we decided to go another direction with our build and compete method.

MVP: Jarrett Dobson

Even though we fell short of a 4th straight finals, Dobson was his usual great self and now holds the top 5 best PPG seasons in EBL history.

Runner up: Darren Frisby

He wasn't quite in MVP form, but still was elite in what may have been his final EBL season.

Defensive MVP: Mayhew Brousse

Whether he was at C or PF, he did a great job as a defensive anchor for us.

Runner up: Dylan McNeil

He fits best in a bench role, but he impacts the game in a big way on the defensive end for 20-25 MPG.

Rookie Of The year: Kirk Webster

I forgot I even had a rookie

Runner up: N/A

Most Improved: Cyril Higgs

He played steady as a starting SF once I got him and could be a long term solution there with more development.

Runner up: Dylan McNeil

His improvement as a rebounder from where he was originally is a massive upgrade.

The Terrence Jones Award (6th man of the year): Dylan McNeil

I love him

Runner up: Keith Meehan

He bombed as a starter, but as a backup combo guard he excels.

Biggest Surprise: Losing 28 games

After back to back 70 win seasons and then 66 wins last year, going 54-28 this year was a surprise since I brought back Dobson/Frisby but we struggled to find the right supporting cast next to them all season.

Runner up: Memmon Aguilar

Once he took over as starting C in sim 8 our team played much better and gave the Pacers a run for their money in the ECF.

Satnam Award (Biggest disappointment): Losing game 6 to Indiana by 1.

I feel like if we won game 6 anything could've happened in game 7 and we could've won another title, but alas it wasn't meant to be.

Runner up: Meehan/McNeil as starters

Both proved their effectiveness is limited in higher MPG.

MVP: Floyd Barker
- He unseats Kenny Hegg and lead us to our red hot start. He did everything great and was also very efficient. Really showed what he's capable of this year.

Runner up: Kenny Hegg
- His production was a bit lower, but changes to the roster and a wasted sim on some crappy team made his numbers worse.

Defensive MVP: Orlando Figueroa
- He was solid all year as a rebounder and shot blocker and helped us to a solid defense overall.

Runner up: Andrew Bush
- He did well as a starter and with a full year at the spot I'm interested to see what he can do.

Rookie Of The year: lol

Runner up: N/A

Most Improved: Gilberto Moore
- He really came out of nowhere and before the trade for Hegg was putting up career best numbers. Even after his minutes dropped he still was a much bigger part of our team this season.

Runner up: Floyd Barker
- He dropped a bit in scoring but upped his efficiency, rebounding and especially his passing.

The Roscoe Brown Award (6th man of the year): Gilberto Moore
- He was great for us as a scoring punch off the bench and someone I was completely comfortable slotting into a starting role as well.

Runner up: George Hazel
- He does what bigs here do well. Rebound and block shots while not taking away shots from our shooters.

Biggest Surprise: Gilberto Moore
- I can't emphasis enough how stunned I was by his work. He was maybe going to be my back-up PG and instead had an amazing start and was a great 6th man.

Runner up: Starting 16-4
- It was pretty stunning given my modest pre-season expectations. Things just clicked early.

Satnam Award (Biggest disappointment): Playoff Exit
- It's always a bummer losing a series with home court. Losing on the road sucks too, but to lose with that advantage is a disappointment.

Runner up: Every sim after the first two
- Considering our start it's actually 37-25 isn't really that great a finish although we still broke 50 wins so whatever :shifty:
