#8 New Jersey Nets @ #1 Indiana Pacers
- Pacers in 5. I do think the talent and the injury factor will help the Nets take a game in this series, maybe, but overall this is the Pacers world and we are all just playing in it.

#7 Toronto Raptors @ #2 Washington Wizards
- Raptors in 7. Both of these teams took off after their GM's got their crap together, but for some reason I just like the way Toronto has been playing recently.

#6 New York Knicks @ #3 Atlanta Hawks
- Hawks in 6. If you told me that the Hawks would be the 3 seed after trading Dobson, I'd call you a liar. If you told me the Knicks would be in the playoffs with such a young team, I'd also call you a liar. This is a very improbable playoff matchup, and although the Hawks are hurting a little, I expect them to take the series over their young opponents.

#5 Cleveland Cavaliers @ #4 Detroit Pistons
- Pistons in 6. Cleveland time is coming, but I don't think they can quite get it done against the duo of Keefer and Parm.

Second Round
- Pacers over Pistons in 5. A rematch of last years ECF, this time around the Pacers are a complete and utter juggernaut, while the Pistons seem to be a bit worse than last season.

- Raptors over Hawks in 7. this is a tough one for me, and I could easily see it swinging the other way, but for the sake of argument...

ECF
- Pacers over Raptors in 5. This will probably be a sweep, honestly, but I feel like the Raps narrowly win a game at home before Indy drops the hammer.

West
#8 Minnesota Timberwolves @ #1 Memphis Grizzlies
- Grizz in 4. I love Kou, but the bottom of the West has no business in the postseason. sorry.

#7 Phoenix Suns @ #2 Sacramento Kings
- Kings in 6. Ambrose makes this series more interesting than it should be.

#6 Portland Trailblazers @ #3 Utah Jazz
- Jazz in 5. It's a mistake to think that Utah is simply just Dobson, but that being said, it is Dobson.

#5 San Antonio Spurs @ #4 Denver Nuggets
- Denver in 5. Denver being a 4 seed is unreal, really.

Second Round
- Grizzlies over Nuggets in 7. No real reason why, but CC's bid to lose 4 straight finals in a row is mercifully ended by Memphis. CC is thusly spared comparisons to the Buffalo Bills for the entirety of his EBL career.

- Jazz over Kings in 7. I said it before that the Jazz are more than Dobson, but he's the difference here as well.

WCF
- Grizzlies over Jazz in 6. Memphis' starting lineup is too good for the Jazz to compete with.

Finals
Pacers over Grizzlies in 7. I am probably being kind to predict 7 games, but both of these teams are stacked. The difference is that Indy has guys coming off the bench that can start for half of the teams in EBL.

#8 New Jersey Nets @ #1 Indiana Pacers

Pacers won season series 4-0

Nets in 6

The Pacers would not lose this series full strength and may still not, but for some reason I like this matchup a lot for the Nets and am calling for the upset. MVP Jansen and Sang are enough star power to keep up with Yount and company, and with Okeefe/McCracken out the first two and Bryant/Murrell out all series, the Pacers are reeling. Even with the injuries this would be a stunner, but I think it can happen.

#7 Toronto Raptors @ #2 Washington Wizards

Season series split at 2

Wizards in 7

Raptors are on a huge roll and could definitely be considered the favorite in this series, but ultimately the Wizards having homecourt and Hegg/Rouse/Moore/Hanson should be enough to hold off the Raptors.

#6 New York Knicks @ #3 Atlanta Hawks

Hawks won season series 3-1

Hawks in 5

With Soto and Turney out games 1 and 2, the Knicks need to at least split, and I don't see it happening. Knicks overachieved all year and it will catch up to them here.

#5 Cleveland Cavaliers @ #4 Detroit Pistons

Pistons won season series 3-1

Pistons in 5

Detroit has the big edge in star power here and the Cavs young core is in the playoffs for the first time. They'll be dangerous in the future, but this isn't their time.

West

#8 Minnesota Timberwolves @ #1 Memphis Grizzlies

Grizzlies won season series 3-1

Grizzlies in 4

Sorry kWo fans

#7 Phoenix Suns @ #2 Sacramento Kings

Season series tied at 2

Kings in 6

Torres vs Ambrose is a matchup of the two Western Conference all star PGs and should be fun to watch, but the Kings bigs are the key to this series as they are much better than what the Suns have to offer there.

#6 Portland Trailblazers @ #3 Utah Jazz

Jazz won season series 3-1

Blazers in 6

Tough to pick against Dobson, but I don't like the Jazz having a rookie starting PF in the playoffs and I think Portland has a big advantage at PG and SF. They'll get it done in my opinion.

#5 San Antonio Spurs @ #4 Denver Nuggets

Season series split at 2

Nuggets in 7

This is a tough matchup for Denver with the Spurs having two of the best wing players in EBL and Denver's defensive strength being their bigs. They will need a big series from both Pope and Hill to get it done, and I think they'll scrape by barely here.

Round 2

Nets over Pistons in 6

Hawks over Wizards in 6

Nuggets over Grizzlies in 4

Blazers over Kings in 7

Round 3

Nets over Hawks in 5

Nuggets over Blazers in 5

Finals

Nuggets over Nets in 6
