Starting isn't important in Hockey. The 2nd line is just as important as the first. The fact that you are relied on for so many lines, is what shows you are good. You are a valuable commodity.

Starting isn't important in Hockey. The 2nd line is just as important as the first. The fact that you are relied on for so many lines, is what shows you are good. You are a valuable commodity.

In hockey often the team's second best offensive scorer plays a good amount of time on the 2nd line. If you're an 85 and the 2nd best player on offense you're team isn't bad.

In hockey often the team's second best offensive scorer plays a good amount of time on the 2nd line. If you're an 85 and the 2nd best player on offense you're team isn't bad.
The biggest problem with NHL 10 is that the player progression is crazy, almost every team has all 80's on their NHL roster now. And CC I played another season where you are starting on the first line but that is next season. You play RW on the maple leafs which is the same position there best player plays at.
