Where the PAST comes alive AGAIN

2010 - WWE:NXT debuts. There they are to set out to find the NEXT WWE Superstar. But what about all of the WWE Superstars that have come and gone? Opportunities missed, careers cut short, wrestlers released. When will the likes of Maven, Shane Helms, Shelton Benjamin, Charlie Haas, and Carlito get their shot again? What about people like Ian Richardson, Jon Cutler, Tony Santorelli, Mike Kruel, and Dakota Darsow that never got the opportunity to be a WWE Superstar? Well these are the stories of these men and those like them. This is WWE:PST, Where the Past comes alive AGAIN!

Summer 2010 - With a lot of talent sitting unemployed, I got the idea to do a promotion with all EX-WWE Superstars. Which means anyone who was in WWE or WWE Development were fair game to pick, therefore any on-screen (Wrestling) talent you see will only be EX-WWE Employees. During the game, if someone is released from the WWE they are fair game, as you will see a lot of my current Development guys were released early on. I tried to find a good balance of 'Main Eventers' (I have 2), and guys who never got the 'true' opportunity. I won't give you a full roster just yet, as I'd like it to be a surprise, however I will announce a preview for the first show.

WWE:PST and FX Network proudly present, WWE:PST Flashback. Hosted by Scott Hudson and Todd Pettingill.

Flashback will debut Wednesday August 4th at 8PM EST. Not much is known about the debut show, but it will open with the General Manager, MIKE ADAMLE making a huge announcement. Join us at 8PM for the monumentous occasion, and let the Past come alive AGAIN.

QUICK NOTE: Some of my early shows may be very short and not very detailed, that is because I am trying to plow through my Title Tournament (yes I've had this idea prior to my poll and had the Tournament all planned out beforehand, well except for who was IN IT) so after I get out of the first 2 rounds of the tournament, there will be greater detail, just please be patient. And even though it's not very detailed, still a lot of important stuff going on ;)

WWE:PST Flashback
Wednesday August 4th, 2010

Presented by Camel, Coors Light, Stacker 2, and K-Y
Live on FX Network

'I once was a World Champion'
'I won Tough Enough'
'I've held countless titles in different promotions'
'I've wrestled all over the world, but never Main Evented anything'
'I'm supposedly past my prime'
'I've never gotten my shot'
'I want one more shot at the top'
'I'm tired of being told I don't have it anymore'
'I want to show everyone what I can do'
'THIS IS WWEPST, where the PAST comes alive AGAIN'

After the opening video, the camera scans the crowd and they are all jumping up and clapping as we head over to the announce table where Scott Hudson and Todd Pettingill welcome us to WWEPST, and welcome to the very first episode of Flashback. They tell us that we are all in for a treat as there is a lot of talent in the locker room, and some pleasant surprises... suddenly the American Gladiators theme hits and General Manager Mike Adamle struts out towards the ring.

Adamle welcomes everyone to WWEPST, a collection of former stars and those who never got the chance. Adamle says he does not want to waste a lot of time, but is out here to talk about his own shot. How he was told to portray a confused, mixed up GM up in Stamford, and how he lost all credibility to the fans. Well that's not who he is, he's Mike FN Adamle. Former football player and host of American Gladiators! Adamle says enough about him, he is here to announce the Championship Quest! A 3-Month 64 man tournament to crown the first WWEPST World Champion. Starting today and lasting until Halloween Night, 64 men will compete and on Halloween Night 1 Man will stand tall at the end and become the FIRST World Champio....

Suddenly Adamle is cut off by Maven Huffman, who struts to the ring. Maven looks at Adamle and laughs. Maven talks about how he was the FIRST Tough Enough winner. How he eliminated the Undertaker from a Royal Rumble, and how Adamle should forget about the tournament and just award him the title. Adamle says no deal and Maven gets into his face. Suddenly, Orlando (Caprice) Coleman runs in and steps between the two. Coleman looks at Maven and turns to clothesline Adamle!!! Maven laughs and shakes hands with Coleman, cementing his heel turn, and the two walk out gloating.

Championship Quest Tournament Round 1: BG James vs. Kung Fu Naki
The first match in PST history is the former Jesse James and Funaki. It turns out that the tournament bracket was done 94% at random (had to change a few slots so that it didn't ruin any plans, though most plans were done after bracket was randomized) and these two faces started the tournament. It was an ok match between the two, but no one ever thought Funaki would get the win, and in the end James scored the victory.

Mike Adamle is getting checked on by an EMT in the back when backstage announcer Steve 'Mongo' McMicheal comes up to check on him. Adamle says this is not the start that PST needed and he is making a Main Event of Orlando Coleman and Maven Huffman vs. Huffman's former mentor AL SNOW and new signing SHANE HELMS!

Championship Quest Tournament Round 1: David Flair vs. Scott Taylor
Another big name match, as David Flair comes in to wrestle Scott Taylor. The match was all Taylor until Aaron Aguilera walks to the ring and distracts Taylor, this allows Flair to roll him up and use the tights to get the victory. Flair and Aguilera embrace as they walk away from the ring.

On the ramp, Mongo reaches Flair and Aguilera and Flair tells Mongo that the 4 Horseman will RIDE AGAIN and walks off.

Championship Quest Tournament Round 1: Honky Tonk Man vs. Eric Perez
The 'Greatest IC Champion' takes on Vickie Guerrero's most recent boy-toy. And really why would I want to push Eric Perez??? Err... at least right now. HTM wins.

Marty Jannetty is walking towards the ring for a match when he is suddenly jumped from behind by Carlito! Carlito throws Jannetty into the wall and gets on top and starts pounding on him when suddenly, BOOKER T runs over and tosses Carlito off of him. Booker goes to hit Carlito, but Lito high-tails it out of the area as Booker checks on Jannetty.

Championship Quest Tournament Round 1: Chaz Warrington vs. Chase Stevens
This was a 'meh' match and 1/2 of the Headbangers wound up advancing. The big news from this match however was that GM Adamle had booked Carlito vs. Booker T for Next Wednesday's Main Event!!!

Championship Quest Tournament Round 1: Vito vs. Evan Karagias
Before the match, Evan Karagias asked for a moment and began singing 'Quit Playing Games with My Heart' playing up his current Boy Band gimmick, before he could finish Vito nailed a stiff big boot on Karagias and took the victory.

As Karagias was trying to pull himself up, The Honky Tonk Man came out and got into Evan's face. Honky says that the Boy Band fade is over and if Evan wants to be a true Rock and Wrestling Superstar, than he must follow in Honky's footsteps. Therefore Honky is offering to tutor Evan to become the best that he can be. Honky sticks out a hand for a handshake, but Evan shoves Honky aside and rolls out of the ring.

Main Event: Shane Helms and Al Snow vs. Maven Huffman and Orlando Coleman
Huffman and Coleman come out first and then Al Snow walks out to some nice pops. Shane Helms walks out in a mask building on his Hurricane persona, but throws the mask off when he gets to the ring. Helms and Coleman start, but Helms quickly tags out to Snow, and Snow charges Coleman. Snow beats down on Coleman until Maven runs in the ring but the ref is distracted. Snow hits a suplex on Coleman and tags in Helms. Helms waits for Coleman to get up and charges but stops. Helms turns to look at Snow and Coleman nails Helms from behind and rolls him up, 1....2...SNOW stops it. Snow is arguing with Helms as Coleman tags out and Maven comes in and nails Snow with a forearm. Maven tosses Snow to the outside and Helms catches Maven with a dropkick sending him out too. Snow and Maven are brawling on the outside and Helms goes to jump on Maven, but Maven moves and Helms lands on Snow. Coleman runs over to the outside and throws Snow onto the apron. The ref orders Coleman back to his corner as Helms is slow to get up on the apron. As Helms gets up, Maven tries to suplex Helms in but Helms reverses it and lands behind Maven. Helms runs Maven into the ropes going for a rollup but Maven powers out at 2 and sends Helms into Snow making a legal tag. Snow comes in and hits Coleman. He hits Maven and as is doing so, Helms is in and almost hits Helms but stops and says 'My Bad' to which Helms kicks Al Snow in the midsection and hits a Shining Wizard! Helms gets out of the ring as Maven gets up and DDTs Snow and picks up the victory.

After the match, Maven and Coleman approach Helms and the 3 men embrace. Maven grabs a microphone and tells everyone that they have just witnessed the birth of the one faction that will Revolutionize Wrestling again. He would like to introduce everyone to Huffman, Helms, and Orlando... H20... WATER IS THICKER THAN BLOOD.

With that, Maven, Coleman, and Helms stand over Snow as the show ends. Hudson reminds us that Next Wednesday, Carlito and Booker T will headline as well as 5 more 1st round matches!

Ricky Ortiz! WOO! Interesting premise and I am eager to see who gets the pushes. With a 64 man tournament I assume a lot of guys will just get axed following their tournament losses but I am already digging some of these gimmicks.

Honky as a mentor to Evan could be great, the 'new' four horsemen can be played for comedy or legit and Maven always seemed to have top tier potential.

WWE:PST Flashback
Wednesday August 11th, 2010

Presented by Camel, Coors Light, Stacker 2, and K-Y
Live on FX Network

On August 4th we opened our doors.... On August 29th, we are welcomed to Pay Per View!!!

We open to see Pettingill and Hudson standing in front of their announce table and they mention that in just 18 days WWE:PST goes Pay Per View. They announce that one whole Region will be featured on Pay Per View and they will announce that region later on tonight! But as they are talking they are cut off by Carlito's music. Carlito makes his way to the ring with a microphone.

Carlito gets into the ring and begins running down the fans. Then he begins running down the WWE saying they made up a story about him being addicted so they could fire him. Well, since that day he has vowed to be on top of the Wrestling World and will do that here in PST. But last week he was ambushed by some no good uncool punk. That punk he says is Booker T. Carlito says that Booker should just retire and leave so that Carlito can have his time. And that Booker T is NOT cool, but in tonight's main event, Carlito will beat Booker and THAT is Cool.

Championship Quest Round 1 - 'Double A' Aaron Aguilera w/David Flair vs. Brian Lawler
Aguilera and Flair walked out together laughing at the crowd and being arrogant. Lawler then came out and charged right at Aguilera. It ended up being a decent match between the two, but Flair distracted Lawler allowing Aguilera to hit a seated chokeslam to end the match and steal a victory.

We come back from commercial and Scott Hudson announces that at Open For Business we will see the following 1st Round Matches:
Rick Steiner vs. Jimmy Snuka
Lance Cade vs. Antonio Thomas
Rene Dupree vs. Nick Mitchell
Kenn Doane vs. Chuck Palumbo
Mark Copani vs. Shane Helms
Manu vs. Junior Snuka
Al Snow vs. Balls Mahoney
Booker T vs. Justin Credible

While he is announcing this, Shelton Benjamin has made his way to the ring. Benjamin gets a microphone and says it is about time that 'The Gold Standard' gets his opportunity? It is about time for Shelton Benjamin to get his, and it starts tonight.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Cassidy Riley vs. Shelton Benjamin
A squash match. Benjamin wins this one easily to advance.

Evan Karagias is working on dance moves in the back and Honky Tonk Man again comes up and offers to mentor young Evan. He says he knows Evan was upset about losing last week, but Honky won, and he can show Evan how to win... Evan shoves Honky and the two begin to brawl. Which leads to....

Honky Tonk Man vs. Evan Karagias
The two brawl out into the arena and in the ring. Both men are going back and forth pounding on one another until Evan sends Honky down. Evan climbs the turnbuckle but Honky is up and tosses Evan off. Honky charges at Evan but Evan nails a dropkick and Honky rolls to the outside. Evan begins celebrating and goes and leaps at Honky who moves out of the way. Honky looks under the ring and pulls out a guitar. The ref gets in his face and takes the guitar for him. Evan charges at Honky and nails a clothesline. Evan rolls Honky in and waits for him to get up. Evan hits a running clothesline and goes to the top. Karagias goes for his corkscrew but Honky moves out of the way. Honky is quickly up and hits the Shake, Rattle, and Roll and covers Evan to get the 3! Honky just looks down at Evan and eventually helps him up. Honky yells at Evan, and finally Evan gives in and shakes Honky's hand and the two walk out together.

As we come back from commercial there is a promo video hyping BILL GOLDBERG for next Wednesday Night!

Championship Quest - Round 1 Kip James vs. Sean O'Haire
Another 1st Round match starts with James and O'Haire. O'Haire was impressive here showing his youth (in comparison to James) and speed, but James used his veteran know-how to steal a victory and advance.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Ricky Ortiz vs. Doug Basham
Ortiz and Basham square off here, but Ortiz was the one who was made to look like a million bucks. Ortiz his a pitcture perfect dropkick to get the win.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Rob Conway vs. Doink The Clown
Another squash, Conway defeats Doink easily.

Main Event - Booker T vs. Carlito
Carlito is out first and awaiting Booker when the fans erupt to his music. As Booker gets into the ring Carlito attacks him and begins beating him down. Carlito kept attacking Booker until the ref pulled him off and Carlito screamed to the crowd, THAT'S COOL. Carlito went back after Booker but was bet with a chop to the midsection. Carlito started reeling but caught Booker with a forearm and went back on the offensive. Carlito was toying with Booker slapping his head and begging for him to get up, and Booker grabbed Carlito's legs and took him down. Booker was on top wailing away on Carlito until the ref broke them up. As the ref pulled Booker off, Carlito rolled to the outside and started to walk to the back. Booker left the ring and nailed Carlito from behind and dragged him towards the ring. Booker threw Carlito in but Carlito popped up and hit a baseball slide on Booker before he could get in the ring. Carlito then stood waiting to leap over at Booker, but Booker grabbed a hold of Carlito's leg and dragged him out of the ring. The ref was counting them out as Booker slid back in and ran off the ropes, Carlito ducked a clothesline but Booker put on the breaks and hit a side kick sending Carlito down. As Carlito got back up he walked right into a BOOK END from Booker who got the 1...2...3!!!

As Booker T is celebrating, Scott Hudson reminds us that next Wednesday we will see the debut of GOLDBERG!!!

WWE:PST Flashback
Wednesday August 11th, 2010

Presented by Camel, Coors Light, Stacker 2, and K-Y
Live on FX Network

We are live and joined right away by Mike Adamle standing in the ring. Adamle has a microphone in hand and says, why wait? Without further ado, here is THE man, Bill Goldberg!!!

Goldberg's music hits and the fans jump to their feet. The music continues to play but there is no sign of Goldberg.... finally, there is a shadow in the sparklers... but it isn't Goldberg... it's GILLBERG!! The fans begin to boo as Gillberg struts to the ring. Gillberg gets into Adamle's face and says that the true superstar is here, GILLBERG. Adamle holds back the laughter, and Gillberg gets in his face. Gillberg asks what is funny and Adamle says nothing. Gillberg then says that if you don't believe it, he will prove it. Gillberg grabs Adamle by the shirt but as he does this, Goldberg sprints from the back and slides into the ring. Adamle points behind Gillberg and as he turns is met with a SPEAR!!! The crowd goes nuts as Goldberg pops up and celebrates.... Adamle says if Gillberg wants a shot it's next.

Special Challenge Match - Goldberg vs. Gillberg
Gillberg is still down as the bell rings. Goldberg is just standing in the ring looking at Gillberg totally out of it. Gilberg finally gets to his feet and starts shoving the ref. The ref yells at Gillberg and tells him to turn around. Gillberg turns around and is nearly broken in half by yet another spear! Goldberg then easily tosses Gillberg onto his shoulder and nails a Jackhammer for the quick 3. Goldberg laughs as he leaves the ring.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Sylvan Grenier vs. Jimmy Wang Yang
Yang is still working on his cowboy gimmick as Grenier walks out and asks for the French National Anthem to be played... Yang tells Grenier they are in America and Grenier attacks Yang. Grenier controls most of the match, but after a near fall he begins arguing with the ref and Yang surprises him with a rollup to steal the victory and advance!

We come back from commercial and Maven Huffman, Orlando Coleman, and Shane Helms, the newly formed 'H2O' walk out to the ring with smiles on their faces. Maven grabs a microphone and begins talking about how none of these men ever got a real chance. Maven says that he was supposed to be the WWE's future but they decided he couldn't cut it. He says that Orlando never got a chance in the show, and that was complete crap. And then there is Mr. Helms. The man who did nothing wrong and was canned. All the while being stuck with a stupid super-hero gimmick. Well, enough is enough, it is time for the three individuals to take what they should have been given before. It is about damn time that people stood up and noticed these three men. That PST will never be the same now that they have banded together and everyone is in for hell, because WATER is thicker than Blood.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Orlando Coleman w/Maven Huffman and Shane Helms vs. Barry Horowitz
Coleman stays in the ring as Maven and Helms stood on the outside and Coleman had a lucky draw. Coleman easily beats Horowitz as H2O leave celebrating.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Danny Basham vs. Colin Delaney
Another easy victory as Basham easily manhandled Delaney. Delaney is an interesting case as he is only on an open contract, and while there is the desire to do something with him... there's just nothing right now.

As we come back from commercial, the Horseman theme hits and David Flair walks out. Flair grabs a microphone and says that the Horseman will ride again. Flair then complains that in tonight's main event, GM Adamle is making himself and 'Double A' take on two sore losers in Too Cool. Flair says that people never took him seriously. But he is DAVID FN FLAIR. The son of the 'Dirtiest Player in the Game'... but if you've seen that guy lately, he's losing his mind. And that David Flair is the TRUE Dirtiest Player in the Game. And to be the man, you have to beat ME.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Charlie Haas vs. Koko B. Ware
For Koko this was pretty much just the opportunity to get a nice pop, as yet another 1st round squash occured. Charlie easily gets the win.

Booker T is standing by backstage with Mongo. Mongo asks Booker if he is ready for his 1st Round Match in 2 weeks on PPV, as he will Main Event against Justin Credible. As Booker goes to talk, he is ambushed by Carlito. Carlito throws Booker against the wall and begins beating on him with steel chair. Carlito tells Booker T that it isn't over between them, and that's COOL.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Mike Knox vs. Mike Mondo
Knox came out full beard and all as Mondo game out sans Spirt Squad ensamble... Knox dominated much of the match and took the fall.

Main Event - David Flair and 'Double A' Aaron Aguilera vs. Too Cool
Flair and Aguilera are out first and hold the Horseman sign up the entire time towards the ring. Too Cool sprint towards the ring to attack the two without doing their dance routine. After sending Flair and Aguilera to the outside they start dancing around. The match begins after Aguilera gets in the ring with Lawler, not much to note of the match it was ok, until the ending. With Flair and Taylor in the ring, and Aguilera and Lawler holding the refs attention, The Naturals (Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens) sprint to the ring and attack Taylor. They nail the Natural Disaster on Taylor and slide out of the ring. The ref turns to see Flair with the cover and steals the victory. After the match The Naturals get back into the ring and Flair, Douglas, Stevens, and Aguilera stand tall holding up the Horseman sign.

Matches
Goldberg d. Gillberg 54/52/56

Quick Update so I can get the promotion going at the level I want. Still 2 more shows of 1st round matches, but they have a lot more going on so they will be of higher quality than these have been....

Lord Edgar Von Grasshopper IV
www.wrestlenewz.com

Hey guys, just came back from the latest WWE:PST show. I'd say the arena was half full. It holds about 11,000 and there couldn't have been more than 5,000 at the show. Anywho, it wasn't a bad show as it was their 'go-home' show for their first PPV, but the PPV isn't much of a card, I know I won't order it. Anyway here's the quick results.

Carlito beats Armando Alejandro Estrada in a Tournament Match. Carlito was getting mega heat after he berated Booker prior to the match. Estrada seems to be getting his chance to wrestle. He is supposedly working with some of the veterans on off days, at least thats what I've heard.

Booker T is in the back and is holding an interview telling Carlito that anytime he wants a piece to come find him, can he dig that? SUCKA?!?!

Marty Jannetty beat Andy Douglas in a Tournament Match after Chase Stevens accidentally hit Douglas and Jannetty nailed the Rocker Dropper. Jannetty got out of harms way before Stevens and Douglas could take them down.

Jimmy Snuka is walking backstage when he is jumped by Manu Anoai. Manu keeps screaming I'm an Anoai, and we're better than you... until Junior Snuka throws Manu off. Junior goes after Manu until security breaks them up and Manu tells him to wait until Sunday. Oh, and makes sure his dad can get there..

Scott Steiner beat Bob Backlund. Backlund was upto his crazy antics and Steiner wanted everyone to know that he was their hookup. Surprisingly Backlund put up a hell of a fight but Big Poppa Pump went over. Hopefully Backlund sticks around.

Goldberg is walking around backstage when Gillberg gets in his face. Gillberg says he wasn't ready for a match last week when he lost to Goldberg. Gillberg says that Goldberg doesnt have a say since Adamle all ready booked it.

Maven Huffman d. Aaron Stevens in a Tournament Match. Maven was arrogant and playing up his new asshole heel gimmick. Nice little match, but clear Maven was going over.

Kenn Doane came out and said he is NOT a male cheerleader and that he is destined for great things. He says he will watch the next match with great interest...

Trevor Murdock d. Jaden Jeter in a Tournament Match. Jeter was clearly thrown off his game by Doane being out at ringside. Jeter continually kept looking over at Doane and was easily distracted, allowing Murdock to take the win.

Goldberg was on his way out for his rematch with Gillberg when suddenly he is nailed over the head with a guitar. The Honky Tonk Man and Evan Karagias then pounce on Goldberg and beat him down, and cut Goldbergs head open. The two beat him down and finally Honky steps back and yells instructions to Evan. Security comes to pull Evan and Honky off Goldberg. Honky yells at Evan 'Good Job' as they walk off smiling.

Main Event Time! Booker T, Al Snow, and The Snukas against Steiner, Credible, Balls, and Manu. A decent back and forth match, some belong, some don't (cough Jimmy) but in the end Al Snow scores the victory over Balls.

Overall a decent show. The PPV probably won't be AS entertaining.

AL SNOW INJURED; Replacement to be at PPV
Sad news to report just days before the PPV. Al Snow was injured at a house show in a match with Barry Horowitz just days before the PPV. We are told that it is a serious injury and that Snow will be on the shelf for 15 months as it is a serious knee injury. We wish Al Snow the best of luck and a speedy recovery. The question now is who will replace Snow at the PPV?

WWE:PST Presents Open For Business

Main Event
Championship Quest First Round Match
Booker T vs. Justin Credible
- No Brainer here

Championship Quest First Round Match
Balls Mahoney vs. TBA
- I think Snow was to go over and this could be a good chance for a surprise debut/win

Championship Quest First Round Match
Junior Snuka vs. Manu Anoai
- I feel Snuke has more potential, but this is actually pretty much a toss-up.

Championship Quest First Round Match
Shane Helms vs. Mark Copani
- Like the above but with two pretty good draws. I am interested to see if Copani is using his Hassan gimmick or not.

Championship Quest First Round Match
Chuck Palumbo vs. Kenn Doane
- Doane has lot's of time to develop and has a potential feud with Jeter. Palumbo is a good draw and a solid hand and would best be used now before he starts to get too old.

Championship Quest First Round Match
Nick Mitchell vs. Rene Dupree
- Dupree is just way better than Nicky.

Championship Quest First Round Match
Antonio Thomas vs. Lance Cade
- Like the above, one is just far superior.

Championship Quest First Round Match
Rick Steiner vs. 'Superfly' Jimmy Snuka
- Jimmy has no place other than to maybe tag with his son and act as a mentor.

Special Tag Team Challenge Match - Signed by GM Adamle
Honky Tonk Man and Evan Karagias vs. Goldberg and Gillberg
- No way are Honky & Evan ready to take down freaking Goldberg.

1. Who is the Mystery Opponent for Balls Mahoney thanks to the Al Snow Injury? I'll go with D'Lo Brown
2. Will anyone interfere during the Booker T/Justin Credible Match? Yes, but it will be botched.
3. Who takes the loss in the Tag Team Match? Evan Karagias so that Honky has more to grill him about.

WWE:PST Presents - Open For Business
Sunday August 29th, 2010

<Kenn Doane> "One Day, My Destiny will be Achieved"
<Rick Steiner> "I still have something left, I'm not a waste, hoo hoo hoo"
<Manu Anoai> "I will rise to the top for the ANOAI Family"
<Junior Snuka> "My father is a legend, and one day I hope to be as great as him, Long Live the Snukas"
<Shane Helms> "Never again will I be held back"
<Booker T> "There is a lot of gas left in this tank"
<Rene Dupree> "Je suis le plus grand superstar au monde"
<Justin Credible> "I'm not just the coolest, I'm not just the BEST, I am JUSTIN CREDIBLE"
<Mike Adamle> "We're here and we're not going away... We are OPEN FOR BUSINESS"

With that the PPV begins with Pyro and we are sent to Scott Hudson and Todd Pettingill.

SH: Welcome to Open For Business. WWE:PST's very first Pay Per View extravaganza! We have 8 big First Round Tournament Matches, and a special last minute addition in a Tag Team Contest between The Honky Tonk Man and Evan Karagias against Goldberg and Gillberg.

TP: It should be a heck of a night Scott. I for one am amped up!! But let's not forget that Carlito has to be around here somewhere stalking Booker T.

SH: That may very well be true Todd, but no doubt that Booker is ready. The other big development has to be Al Snow's injury. Clearly he was a favorite to advance in the tournament.

TP: Yes Scott, but with only a few days to find a replacement, can the replacement be ready for the crazy Balls Mahoney?

SH: We will find out Todd, but first let's get the night started.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Rick Steiner vs. 'Superfly' Jimmy Snuka
Rick Steiner comes out first and barks towards the crowd which elicits a small reaction. Then 'Superfly' comes towards the ring and he gets the nostalgia pop. Snuka gets into the ring and the match begins. Steiner charges at Snuka but is dropped by a chop to the chest. Snuka then begins laying kicks into Steiner as he rolls out of the ring to regroup. Jimmy starts doing poses as he walks over to the ropes and tries to pull Steiner in, but Steiner grabs Snuka's legs and pulls him to the outside. Steiner throws Snuka into the guardrail and begins putting the boots to him as the ref begins counting them out. Steiner rolls back in to stop the count but rolls right back out and picks up Snuka bodyslamming him onto the outside. Steiner starts barking again but this time he is met with a chorus of boos from the crowd. Steiner again rolls into the ring to break up the count and back out to get Snuka. Steiner is getting too full as himself as he slowly goes to pick up Snuka and Jimmy hits a shoulder to the midsection. Snuka again hits Steiner and finally nails a chop to the chest sending Steiner reeling. Jimmy bounces up and chases after Steiner, catching him and whipping him into the steel steps. Snuka rolls into the ring to catch his breath and wait for Steiner. Steiner gets in at the 7 count and is hit with a dropkick from Snuka. Jimmy looks at the corner and gets ready for a Snuka Splash. Snuka took too long to get up the turnbuckle and is thrown off by Steiner. Steiner quickly gets to the second rope and as Snuka gets up nailes a second rope bulldog and covers for the 1...2...3!! Rick Steiner gets up and starts barking again as the fans boo him walking towards the back.

SH: What a good match! But Rick Steiner was just too much for Superfly and he advances just like his brother did.

TP: Jimmy looked a little slow in that match, hopefully his son will do better.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Antonio Thomas vs. Lance Cade
The next match really looked like there was no possible way Lance Cade could lose. Thomas was out first and he was followed by Cade. Cade took an early advantage to the match and never looked back. Cade finished Thomas off quite quickly and will advance in the tournament.

SH: What a terrible showing for Antonio Thomas.

TP: I wouldn't be surprised if he left PST quickly. But...

Championship Quest Round 1 - Nick Mitchell vs. Rene Dupree
Before Pettingill could continue Rene Dupree walks to the ring carrying the French Flag. Dupree has a microphone in his hand and begins shouting:

Silence. Silence. Vive La France, Vive Rene Dupree.

After Dupree's rant, Nick Mitchell walks out to the ring and tells Dupree to go back to France, which ends up getting people on Mitchell's side. Mitchell then charges at Dupree and nails a clothesline getting a quick cover, 1...2..but Dupree kicks out. Dupree rolls out of the ring and starts holding his jaw yelling at the referee 'Injuste, Injuste'. Mitchell goes to the outside to get Dupree but Dupree catches Mitchell with a rake of the eyes. Dupree rolls Mitchell into the ring and begins putting the boots to him. Dupree then starts strutting around the ring and yelling 'Vive La France' as the fans boo heavily. Dupree picks up Mitchell, but Mitchell shoves Dupree off and goes for a lariat but Dupree ducks and nails a superkick. Dupree picks up Mitchell and hits the Dupree Driver to get the victory. Dupree picks up his French flag and begins waving it around as he leaves the ring as the fans boo.

SH: Dupree sure is hated here Todd.

TP: Well, when you try to ram France down everyone's throats, they are bound to hate you.

SH: Yes Todd but you can't deny he is talented. I think everyone should watch out for Rene Dupree.

TP: Agreed Scott. But we have more action coming up, with another young superstar, Kenn Doane looking to make an impact.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Kenn Doane vs. Chuck Palumbo
Palumbo comes out on a motorcycle, continuing his motorcycle gimmick. Palumbo is on the motorcycle at the top of the ramp when he is suddenly ambushed by a chairshot to the head. Doane picks up Palumbo and bodyslams him onto his motorcycle and drags Palumbo towards the ring. Doane rolls Palumbo in and slides in. The ref starts checking on Palumbo and Doane screams at him to ring the bell. The ref looks uneasy about it and rings the bell and Doane goes for a cover, 1...2...THRNO! Palumbo gets his feet on the rope much to the chagrin of Doane. Doane gets angry and starts stalking the ref as Jaden Jeter sprints to the ring and slides in. Doane swings for Jeter but Jeter slides out of the ring and Doane follows him. Jeter is on the outside looking up at Doane as Palumbo charges and kicks Doane over the top rope to the outside. Palumbo falls backwards as Doane lands in front of Jeter. The ref yells at Jeter and Jeter backs off. Doane gets up and screams at Jeter as he goes to slide in the ring but Palumbo catches him with a baseball slide. Palumbo starts clapping as the fans clap along and he goes to leap on Doane, but Doane moves out of the way and Palumbo hits the outside hard. Doane rolls Palumbo in and yells at Jeter again as he goes to the top and nails his legdrop! The ref counts, 1...2..But the ref stops as Jeter gets on the apron. The ref tells Jeter to get down, and Doane is irate. Doane gets in Jeter's face and begins arguing as Palumbo gets to his feet. Palumbo charges and goes for a big boot but Doane moves and Palumbo nails Jeter! Doane quickly grabs Palumbo from behind and rolls him up for the 3! Doane gets out of the ring and celebrates as he walks up the ramp.

SH: What a robbery! Kenn Doane not only attacks Palumbo pre-match but he steals the win thanks to Jaden Jeter!

TP: Yes Scott, but Jaden did not want to help Kenn Doane in anyway.

SH: I can tell you one thing Todd, Chuck Palumbo is not going to be happy and I have a feeling we have not heard the end of this triangle. But it is now time to change gears here as Mike Adamle has signed a unique tag match up next. The Honky Tonk Man is going to team with his new protege Evan Karagias to take on Goldberg and his adversary over the past two weeks Gillberg. I don't know why Adamle would stack the odds against Goldberg.

TP: Well, I heard that Gillberg was angry at Honky and Evan for denying him a rematch with Goldberg this past Wednesday so he is out for revenge.

Special Tag Team Challenge Match - Evan Karagias and Honky Tonk Man vs. Goldberg and Gillberg
Gillberg is out first and is waiting in the ring as Goldberg's music hits. The big screen shows Goldberg exiting his locker room and walking towards the ring when suddenly he is jumped from behind by Evan Karagias and the Honky Tonk Man. The two nail Goldberg in the back with a steel chair and a lead pipe respectively. They beat him down and throw him through the bathroom door. Honky throws Goldberg through a stall and the two handcuff him to a rail attached to one of the stalls. Goldberg tries to fight them off but cant and gets his arms handcuffed to the rail. Karagias laughs and then throws the keys in the toilet and flushes. Karagias tells Goldberg he'll miss beating him in the ring. Karagias and Honky finally make it to the ring and we now have...

Special Tag Team Challenge *Handicap* Match - Evan Karagias and Honky Tonk Man vs. Gillberg
Karagias and Honky get to the ring laughing and feeling proud as Gillberg charges but the two are just too much for him. They both take turns beating up on Gillberg and Evan ends it by hitting Shake, Rattle, and Roll on Gillberg. Evan gets the win but the two aren't done as they continue to beat him down until Goldberg finally makes it out and spears Honky. Evan gets out of harms way as Goldberg picks up Honky and nails the JACKHAMMER! Goldberg jumps up and yells as Evan high tails it out of the arena. Goldberg then turns his attention and checks on Gillberg.

SH: What cowards! Honky and Evan should be ashamed of themselves.

TP: I think it was a brilliant move. They obviously felt that Goldberg was too much for them and took out their only threat in the match. Once Goldberg was MIA, it was easy to beat Gillberg 2 on 1.

SH: I just can't wait until Goldberg finally gets his hands on those two punks. They will wish they never messed with him. But that will need to wait for another day as we need to move on in our Championship tournament.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Mark Copani vs. Shane Helms
We move on in the Championship tournament as Mark Copani makes his way towards the ring. Copani has a microphone and starts talking.

MC: My name is Mark Copani, and I am an American. But that doesn't mean that I am 100% happy about how this country works. I guess you could say I am an Anti-American, but I am NOT a terrorist. I am NOT Muhammed Hussan, and I will NOT lose.

After Copani's tirade, Shane Helms comes to the ring. Helms gets in and goes to shake Copani's hand. Copani extends as Helms slaps it away and kicks him in the midsection. Helms then hits a few rights sending Copani into the ropes and Helms whips him across the ring. Helms catches Copani with a flying forearm and jumps up to pick Copani up for a suplex. Helms goes for a quick cover but only gets a 2. Helms picks up Copani again and goes for another suplex but Copani blocks it and hits his own suplex. Copani quickly tries to apply the Camel Cluth, but Helms is right at the ropes. The ref tells Copani to break off, but Copani nails Helms with a kick to the head. The ref gets in Copani's face and starts yelling at him as Copani goes back for Helms and Helms grabs him by the tights and throws him through the middle ropes. Helms gets up and waits for Copani as he gets onto the apron and Helms kicks him in the midsection. Helms goes for a suplex Copani but Copani reverses and gets behind Helms and runs him into the ropes attempting a roll up, but Helms holds onto the ropes as Copani rolls backwards. Helms quickly turns and nails a Shining Wizard on Copani and gets the 3 count. Helms spits on Copani as he walks out of the ring.

SH: What a good match. That one really could have gone either way. I think Mark Copani is on a mission to make people recognize him and if he can continue like he did tonight he may make that happen.

TP: Even more Scott, all 3 members of H2O have advanced to round 2!

SH: They could be more dangerous than any of us had originally thought.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Junior Snuka vs. Manu Anoai
Manu comes out first dressed in Samoan garb and has a microphone in his hand. Manu begins speaking..

MA: My name is Manu Anoai. I am the son of the legendary Afa Anoai. I come from the greatest Wrestling Family in history. And tonight I am to face someone who is a 'supposed' member of my family. But SNUKAS are NOT Anoais! They have no blood relation to me in any way. The Snuka's have done NOTHING in Wrestling History. The only thing Jimmy Snuka has ever done is get his head bashed in with a coconut. My family has held multiple Tag Team, Intercontinental, and World Championships. And Manu Anoai will soon be added to the long line of great Anoai's and it starts with the dismantling of Junior Snuka. I'm an Anoai and I'm better than you!!

Junior runs out at the end of the speil and attacks Manu. Junior looks extremely angry and wants revenge for the attack on his father by Manu just days ago. Junior is finally pulled off by the ref as the match begins. Manu tries to sneak a low blow on Junior but the ref catches it and calls for the quick ending to the match. Manu snaps and nails the ref with a Samoan Drop. Manu then slides to the outside and grabs a chair and nails Snuka in the head with the chair. Manu then hits a Samoan Drop onto the chair and goes up to the top rope. Manu nails a diving headbutt on Junior Snuka and leaves him lying out cold as he walks out angered.

SH: That was a mean streak I didn't know Manu had in him.

TP: I think the ref was wrong for calling for the bell so quickly. Let the men fight. That ref is going to have to answer to Manu Anoai I am sure of it.

SH: You still don't do something that stupid Todd.

TP: I don't think that match was about winning to Manu. I believe his intent was to hurt Junior Snuka.

SH: We've had some great action, but there are still 2 more great matches to go. And the first involving a replacement for Al Snow.

Balls Mahoney comes out to the ring and stands awaiting his opponent. Suddenly some Asian sounding music hits and the Japanese Buzzsaw TAJIRI makes his way to a loud pop. Balls gets a smile on his face and begins clapping as Tajiri makes his way into the ring.

SH: The Japanese Buzzsaw Tajiri is here! What a surprise!!!

TP: And two former ECW Stars will go at it to advance.

SH: That's right Todd and both have a great deal of respect with one another.

Championship Quest Round 1 - Balls Mahoney vs. Tajiri
Tajiri and Balls Mahoney shake hands as the bell rings. The two lock hands and go for a test of strength. Balls quickly has overpowered Tajiri and Tajiri drops to a knee. Tajiri tries to fight back as the fans start clapping for him. Tajiri starts to fight up but Mahoney hits a knee to the midsection. Mahoney hits the ropes and drops Tajiri with a shoulder block. Mahoney hits the ropes again and hits another shoulder block. Mahoney goes for another one but Tajiri hits a dropkick and both men are down. Tajiri is first one up and he goes for his Buzzsaw kick but Balls ducks and drops Tajiri with a clothesline. Balls picks up Tajiri and hits a samoan drop and goes for the cover, but Tajiri kicks out. Balls gets up and picks Tajiri up for the Nutcracker Suite, but Tajiri wiggles out and goes for a flying crossbody. Tajiri is caught by Mahoney and hit by a Powerslam. Mahoney picks up Tajiri and whips him into the ropes and bends down to hit a back body drop, but Tajiri stops and kicks Mahoney in the face. With Mahoney reeling, Tajiri connects with a Buzzsaw kick dropping Mahoney. Tajiri quickly covers and gets the 3!! Tajiri gets up and celebrates. Mahoney gets up and spins Tajiri around. Mahoney stares at Tajiri and finally extends a hand. Tajiri shakes it and the two embrace as the fans cheer.

SH: What a nice surprise! And a nice matchup between two friends.

TP: That kick of Tajiri's is dangerous and people better watch out!

SH: Well, we only have our Main Event left tonight, but before that I would like to announce our RETURN to PPV, Sunday September 26th, 2010. We will present - Sweet 16. There we will have the 16 remaining superstars compete in 8 HUGE matches. And this will clearly be the best of the best. So join us for Sweet 16 next month!!

Sunday September 26th

TP: That's great news Scott, but it is now time for THIS PPV's Main Event!!

Main Event
Championship Quest First Round - Justin Credible vs. Booker T

Credible is the first one out to a chorus of boos. Credible just looks at the crowd and gets into the ring all business. Then the crowd erupts when Booker T's music hits. Booker gets into the ring and the match starts. The two lock up and are at a stalemate until Credible kicks Booker T. Credible then goes on the offensive and hits chop after chop on Booker T before attempting to whip him into the corner. Booker reverses however and Credible hits the turnbuckle hard. Booker follows up with a side kick sending Credible to the outside. Booker waits as the ref starts his count. The ref only gets to 5 as Credible is back in the ring. Credible charges at Booker but is met with a boot. Booker whips Credible into the turnbuckle and begins choking him with a foot in the throat. The ref counts, 1...2...3...4.. and Booker lets up. Booker then whips Credible into the other turnbuckle and runs at Credible but Credible moves out of the way and Booker hits the corner. Credible takes out Booker's knee and goes to work on it. Credible begins hitting knee drops to the knee he just attacked and locking Booker up in a leg lock. Booker is in pain but does not tap out. Credible breaks the leg lock and drops and elbow onto Booker's knee to which Booker yells out in pain. Credible then pops up and locks on a Boston Crab. Booker is in visible pain. Credible sits down lower but Booker starts to crawl towards the rope. Credible pulls Booker back towards the center of the ring and Booker is about to tap....the fans start cheering 'Please don't tap' and Booker again makes an attempt to crawl to the ropes, and this time he gets there. But Credible quickly pulls Booker off and drops a knee to the bad knee. Credible screams 'That's Incredible' to a chorus of boos from the fans. Credible however took too much time as Booker hits a right to the stomach. Booker hits another to Credible's stomach but Credible hits a headbutt to end the comeback. Credible then picks up Booker who is having trouble standing and goes for a clothesline, but Booker ducks and attempts a sidewalk slam, but can't put weight on his right leg. Credible quickly hits an elbow drop and pops up and extends his arm screaming like a madman. Credible picks up Booker for That's Incredible but Booker gets out of it and lands behind Credible but quickly falls when he lands on his right leg. Credible hits a running dropkick and Booker T rolls to the outside. Booker is really slow to get up and Credible goes for a baseball slide but Booker dives out of the way. Credible is right behind Booker and tries to run him into the ring post. Booker reverses and sends Credible in and both men are down on the outside. Booker uses the apron to pull himself up and into the ring. Credible is in after him as Booker is crawling to a corner. Credible catches Booker T and kicks the right knee. Credible picks Booker T up and hits an elbow to the side of the head as he again attempts to pick up Booker for That's Incredible, but Booker again weasles out and hits a side kick on Credible. The fans erupt as Booker tries to get to his feet. Booker is up and Credible charges but is caught by Booker and hit with a spinebuster. Booker gets up but his knee crumbles and he is down on the mat again. Booker uses the ropes to pull himself up as Credible is also up. Credible charges at Booker but Booker ducks and when Credible turns around Booker kicks him with his left leg. Booker somehow balances and sets Justin up for a Book End, but Justin elbows Booker in the side of the head and dropkicks Booker's knee. Credible picks up Booker and goes for a DDT, but Booker hits an Atomic Drop and a clothesline. With both men down, Booker T does a SPINEROONI. Booker is up and waits for Credible who is slow to get up and turns into a BOOK END! Booker slowly crawls over and drapes an arm over Credible and gets the 1...2...3.!!! The fans erupt as Booker gets the win. The ref helps Booker to his feet and raises his hand, and suddenly Booker is nailed with a BACKSTABBER! Carlito just stares down at Booker and walks out as he is smiling.

SH: Booker T just won a war with Justin Credible and Carlito, that snake just attacked him. Carlito seems happy with himself, but I am disgusted.

TP: Carlito will pay for this one surely Scott, but we are out of time.

SH: For Todd Pettingill, I am Scott Hudson, Thanks for joining us folks! Tune in Wednesday Night on FX to see what is to come of Booker T and Carlito, and please join us next month for Sweet 16!

The show ends as Carlito is standing at the end of the ramp with a smile on his face and mouthing the word's 'Now That's Cool'.
