END OF DECEMBER

Jack Shephard/Recruiting Coordinator Utah
6-3 (0-0) RPI:135
The have a shot at the post season but i don't like his chances of getting a Head Coaching job

Donald Doccers Jr./Coaching Assistant Oregon
6-4 (0-0) RPI:76
They are where they were last season, which means he won't be a Head coach next season.

Summers Howe/Recruiting Coordinator #1 Kentucky
12-1 (0-0) RPI:1
He will be a Head Coach somewhere nest season if they keep this up.

Christian Heyward/Recruiting Coordinator #25 Cleveland St.
8-3 (2-1) RPI:5
Maybe he did know something but it seems unlikely that he will be a Head coach next season.

Michael Bauer/Recruiting Coordinator #2 Princeton
11-2 (0-0) RPI:3
He is in a good position to get a head coaching job.

Scott Harmon/ Recruiting Coordinator LSU
8-4 (0-0) RPI:103
The have a shot at the tourney but he doesn't have a shot at a Head Coaching job.

Nick Gage/Lead Scout Vanderbilt
4-5 (0-0) RPI:263
Not much to look forward two other then a better assistants job.

Tyler Millhone/Recruiting Coordinator #16 Iowa
8-4 (0-0) RPI:6
They are ranked which will be great for Millhone's prospects

J.P. White/Coaching Assistant #3 Charlotte
12-2 (0-0) RPI:2
Great performance thus far by Charlotte JP should be calling the shots somewhere next season

KoKo B. Ware-Recruiting Coordinator Wake Forest
2-8 (0-0) RPI:310
Just a terrible start It will take a few years for his career to get going.

END OF CONFERENCE

Jack Shephard/Recruiting Coordinator Utah
11-18 (5-13) RPI:186
Ouch He wont be a Head Coach net season.

Donald Doccers Jr./Coaching Assistant Oregon
13-15 (7-11) RPI:118
He just has to leave Oregon if he wants his chance.

Summers Howe/Recruiting Coordinator #3 Kentucky
26-5(12-4) RPI:3
If the do well in the Tourney he will have his choice of Jobs.

Christian Heyward/Recruiting Coordinator Cleveland St.
19-11 (11-7) RPI:51
He's on another NIT team he needs to get to a big time Program.

Michael Bauer/Recruiting Coordinator #1 Princeton
28-4 (15-1) RPI:1
Did well to go to Princeton because its going to open doors for him.

Scott Harmon/ Recruiting Coordinator #21 LSU
19-11 (10-6) RPI:24
He will coach on a tourney team this season and that will help him get a better job as an assistant elsewhere.

Nick Gage/Lead Scout Vanderbilt
11-18 (6-10) RPI:223
Bad decisions slow down a coaching career and going to Vandy was a bad decision.

Tyler Millhone/Recruiting Coordinator #7 Iowa
21-9 (12-4) RPI:6
He's sitting pretty needs a deep tourney run but still may be able to get a head coaching job if there is a lot of movement.

J.P. White/Coaching Assistant #5 Charlotte
26-5 (14-2) RPI:7
Made a good Decision to go to a team with final 4 potential.

KoKo B. Ware-Recruiting Coordinator Wake Forest
9-19 (6-10) RPI:231
As sad as it is this team actually improved from where they were before.

Season Preview

Michael Bauer Head Coach :Maryland Eastern Shore
Team Prestige:23
Goal: Finish with .500 Conference Record
He is the first to get a top job they went 6-12 last season he needs to get to 9-9 its not perfect but its a start.

Jack Shephard/Lead Scout Florida
He moves to a place where all the assistants get head coaching jobs, a great move.

Donald Doccers Jr./Recruiting Coordinator South Alabama
Finally got sick of Oregon and moves to a Tourney team it still may be a season or two for him.

Summers Howe/Recruiting Coordinator Kentucky
Stays in Kentucky and for good reason it gives him the best shot at moving on.

Christian Heyward/Recruiting Coordinator Syracuse
Hired by the Defending National champions, they make another final four and he should be a head coach.

Scott Harmon/ Recruiting Coordinator Florida
Jumps to Florida too deep run by the Gators and he will be in head coaching discussions.

Nick Gage/Lead Scout South West Missouri St.
Its a move up for him but not a move up too high. He will be an assistant next year.

Tyler Millhone/Recruiting Coordinator Arizona
A great place to be if your looking for a head coaches job, one of the top Programs.

J.P. White/Coaching Assistant Charlotte
Probably was on a lot of short lists last season if they do well again he will get a shot.

KoKo B. Ware-Recruiting Coordinator LSU
Had no place to go but up and LSU is not a regular launching pad but could be with a good season
