Rocka’s production has been off due to Hajj’s injuries, although Ron is having what is easily the best season of his career. Bears only one game back of Minnesota. Buffalo Bills Week 1: L @ Patriots 20-34 (0-1) Sausage Stats: 80.8 Rating, 17/33, 224 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 4 Att, 3 yards Week 2: W vs Dolphins 27-20 (1-1) Sausage Stats: 80.6 Rating, 26/44, 370 yards, 3 TD, 3 INT, 4 Att, 3 yards Week 3: W @ Jets 45-42 (2-1) Sausage Stats: 153.1 Rating, 22/25, 281 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT, 8 Att, 139 yards, 1 TD Week 4: L @ Rams 12-23 (2-2) Sausage Stats: 61.0 Rating, 22/41, 260 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT Week 5: L vs Jets 24-27 (2-3) Sausage Stats: 61.1 Rating, 16/30, 125 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 3 Att, 87 yards, 1 TD Week 6: W @ 49ers 34-21 (3-3) Sausage Stats: 109.6 Rating, 11/22, 188 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, 4 Att, 104 yards, 1 TD Week 7: W vs Steelers 31-34 (4-3) Sausage Stats: 94.2 Rating, 39/59, 385 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT, 2 Att, 1 yard Week 8: W @ Titans 27-13 (5-3) Sausage Stats: 88.6 Rating, 21/30, 243 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, 3 Att, 3 yards Team Record: 5-3, 2nd in the AFC East, 6th in the AFC (8 Games) Sausage Stats: 90.0 Rating, 174/284, 18 TD, 10 INT, 28 Att, 340 yards, 3 TD Notes: Surprise, surprise. Sausage has used both his arm and his feet to throw the Bills in the AFC playoff picture. Disheartening is perhaps that he is the team’s leading passer and rusher. Cleveland Browns Week 1: T vs Bengals 20-20 (0-0-1) Tyler Stats: 25 Att, 85 yards, 2 Rec, 24 yards *INJURED-Out for Season with Fractured Hip Team Record: 3-3-1, 2nd in AFC North, 8th in the AFC Tyler Stats; 25 Att, 85 yards, 2 Rec, 24 yards (1 Game) Notes: The emergence of Jerome Harrison (113.2 yards per game) has already called into question whether or not Tyler will be the featured back next season. Expect one of them to be traded. Browns in the thick of the playoff hunt despite losing Tyler. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Week 1: W vs Panthers 27-24 (OT) (1-0) Doner Stats: 95.5 Rating, 34/51, 404 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT Week 2: L vs Giants 32-39 (1-1) Doner Stats: 59.5 Rating, 26/45, 340 yards, 2 TD, 4 INT Week 3: W @ Bears 27-24 (2-1) Doner Stats: 101.1 Rating, 34/48, 301 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT Week 4: W vs Cowboys 49-27 (3-1) Doner Stats: 133.6 Rating, 21/28, 298 yards, 5 TD, 1 INT Week 5: L vs Chargers 19-23 (3-2) Doner Stats: 79.0 Rating, 30/51, 282 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT Week 6: W @ Chiefs 26-20 (4-2) Doner Stats: 99.6 Rating, 40/55, 407 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT Week 7: L vs Cardinals 21-23 (4-3) Doner Stats: 47.9 Rating, 2/5, 12 yards.. 0 TD, 0 INT *INJURED in game Week 8: BYE Team Record: 4-3, 2nd in NFC South, 7th in NFC Doner Stats: 93.4 Rating, 187/283, 2,044 yards, 14 TD, 7 INT (7 Games) Notes: Ray Rice has not been as good as hoped, only on pace for a 600-700 yard season. Nonetheless, the Bucs need to be taken seriously as Doner can win a game at anytime. They almost upset the Cards, without Doner. Arizona Cardinals Week 1: W @ Packers 58-0 (1-0) Mofo Stats: 157.0 Rating, 22/29, 452 yards, 6 TD, 0 INT *#6 All Time Passing TDs in a game Dubb Stats: 5 Rec, 138 yards, 2 TD Week 2: W @ Jets 20-3 (2-0) Mofo Stats: 59.5 Rating, 18/28, 226 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT Dubb Stats: None Week 3: W vs Vikings 41-34 (3-0) Mofo Stats: 158.3 Rating, 17/20, 331 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT Dubb Stats: 4 Rec, 141 yards, 1 TD Week 4: W @ 49ers 47-7 (4-0) Mofo Stats: 158.3 Rating, 17/21, 320 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT Dubb Stats: 6 Rec, 105 yards, 2 TD Week 5: W vs Dolphins 52-24 (5-0) Mofo Stats: 152.6 Rating, 12/17, 275 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT Dubb Stats: 3 Rec, 121 yards, 2 TD Week 6: W vs Seahawks 45-10 (6-0) Mofo Stats: 144.1 Rating, 29/38, 354 yards, 5 TD, 0 INT Dubb Stats: 4 Rec, 19 yards Week 7: W @ Bucs 23-21 (7-0) Mofo Stats: 19/33,243 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT Dubb Stats: 1 Rec, 11 yards Week 8: W @ Rams 34-13 (8-0) Mofo Stats: 130.4 Rating, 30/42, 394 yards, 5 TD, 1 INT Dubb Stats: 2 Rec, 18 yards Team Record: 8-0, 1st in NFC West, 1st in NFC Mofo Stats: 139.9 Rating, 164/228, 2,595 yards, 29 TD, 5 INT (8 Games) Dubb Stats: 25 Rec, 553 yards, 8 TD (8 Games) Notes: Mofo’s season looks to be easily the greatest single quarterback season ever. And he has a top 5 running back in Frank Gore. Absolutely terrifying. Dubb is enjoying a good season too, but it will be tough to get #1 WR stats while Larry Fitzgerald is there. Indianapolis Colts Week 1: W vs Jets 37-7 (1-0) JB Stats: 23 Att, 43 yards, 2 TD, 1 Fum, 2 Rec, 76 yards, 1 TD Week 2: W @ Vikings 37-32 (2-0) JB Stats: 25 Att, 66 yards, 1 Fum Week 3: L @ Jaguars 14-21 (2-1) JB Stats: 23 Att, 91 yards, 1 TD, 12 Rec, 117 yards, 1 TD Week 4: L vs Bears 24-27 (2-2) JB Stats: 22 Att, 62 yards, 1 Rec, 12 yards Week 5: W vs Oilers 52-3 (3-2) JB Stats: 23 Att, 197 yards, 1 TD, 3 Rec, 88 yards, 2 TD Week 6: W @ Titans 30-24 (4-2) JB Stats: 28 att, 95 yards, 1 Rec, 12 yards Week 7: W vs Packers 28-6 (5-2) JB Stats: 27 Att, 99 yards Week 8: W @ Lions 23-13 (6-2) JB Stats: 18 Att, 61 yards, 1 Rec, 11 yards Team Record: 6-2, 1st in AFC South, 4th in AFC JB Stats: 189 Att, 718 yards, 4 TD, 20 Rec, 316 yards, 4 TD (8 Games) Notes: I’ve noticed the more Peyton Manning does the better the team does. JB’s production has gone down as a result though. Sometimes you need to trade stats for wins. Jacksonville Jaguars Week 1: L @ Titans 7-14 (0-1) Harmon Stats: INJURED for 2 Weeks CC Stats: 2 Rec, 10 Yards Shadow Stats: 8 Tackles, 2 Assists Week 2: W vs Patriots 33-28 (1-1) Harmon Stats: INJURED for 1 Week CC Stats: 13 Rec, 208 yards, 2 TD Shadow Stats: 6 Tackles, 4 Assists, 2 FumR Week 3: W vs Colts 21-14 (2-1) Harmon Stats: 70.5 Rating, 20/34, 258 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT, 10 Att, 112 yards, 3 TD CC Stats: 11 Rec, 238 yards Shadow Stats: 9 Tackles, 1 Assist *INJURED in game, Dislocated ankle, out two weeks Week 4: BYE Week 5: W vs Titans 42-21 (3-1) Harmon Stats: 157.0 Rating, 24/31, 378 yards, 4 TD, 1 INT, 5 Att, 88 yards, 1 TD CC Stats: 8 Rec, 172 yards, 3 TD Shadow Stats: 3 Tackles, 1 Assist Week 6: W @ Bears 38-29 (4-1) Harmon Stats: 102.4 Rating, 32/53, 337 yards, 5 TD, 1 INT CC Stats: 12 Rec, 127 yards, 3 TD Shadow Stats: 5 Tackles, 2 Assists Week 7: W vs Oilers 45-14 (5-1) Harmon Stats: 155.2 Rating, 14/19, 253 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT CC Stats: 3 Rec, 77 yards, 2 TD Shadow Stats: 5 Tackles, 1 Assist, 1 Sack Week 8: L vs Dolphins 25-28 (5-2) Harmon Stats: 79.1 Rating, 33/50, 364 yards, 1 TD, 2 INT, 2 Att, 4 yards *INJURED out 3 weeks with dislocated kneecap CC Stats: 5 Rec, 90 yards Shadow Stats: 5 Tackles, 1 Assist Team Record: 5-2, 2nd in AFC South, 5th in AFC Harmon Stats: 107.0 Rating, 123/187, 1,610 Yards, 13 TD, 4 INT, 23 Att, 261 yards, 5 TD (5 Games) CC Stats: 54 Rec, 922 yards, 10 TD (7 Games) Shadow Stats: 41 Tackles, 11 Assists, 1 Sack (7 games) If only Harmon could stay healthy. He’s still the best two way QB in the league. CC is having another absolutely dominant performance, but Shadow has regressed a little as well. It will be interesting to see if they can hang with the Colts while Harmon is out. New York Jets Week 1: L @ Colts 7-37 (0-1) Big H Stats: 5 Rec, 67 yards Week 2: L vs Cardinals 3-20 (0-2) Big H Stats: 6 Rec, 64 yards Week 3: L vs Bills 42-45 (0-3) Big H Stats: 24 Rec, 259 yards, 4 TD *New NFL Record for Receptions in a game, 4th in Receiving TDs in a game. Week 4: L @ Patriots 9-34 (0-4) Big H Stats: 1 Rec, 11 yards Week 5: W @ Bills 27-24 (1-4) Big H Stats: 7 Rec, 100 yards, 1 TD Week 6: W vs Oilers 33-21 (2-4) Big H Stats: 12 Rec, 198 yards, 3 TD Week 7: L @ Broncos 35-40 (2-5) Big H Stats: 4 Rec, 102 yards Week 8: W vs Seahawks 24-17 (3-5) Big H Stats: 7 Rec, 93 yards Team Record: 3-5, 3rd in AFC East, 12th in AFC Big H Stats: 66 Rec, 894 yards, 8 TD (8 games) Notes: A little inflated stats due to the record setting game vs the Bills. Nonetheless, a superb season from Big H, despite nothing else really going right for the Jets. Detroit Lions Week 1: L vs Vikings 35-42 (0-1) Droppy Stats: 14 Att, 66 yards, 1 TD, 3 Rec, 28 yards, 3 KR, 210 yards, 2 TD, 2 PR, 3 yards Week 2: W vs Packers 32-14 (1-1) Droppy Stats: 19 Att, 44 Yards, 2 KR, 32 yards, 6 PR, 91 yards Week 3: W vs Panthers 15-10 (2-1) Droppy Stats: 14 Att, 45 yards, 1 PR, 12 yards Week 4: L @ Oilers 14-23 (2-2) Droppy Stats: 21 Att, 55 yards, 4 KR, 81 yards, 1 PR, 9 yards Week 5: W @ Seahawks 20-13 (3-2) Droppy Stats: 22 Att, 104 yards, 2 TD, 1 Rec, 9 yards, 4 KR, 80 yards, 1 PR, 8 yards Week 6: L @ Packers 17-20 (3-3) Droppy Stats: 30 Att, 84 yards, 1 Rec, 3 yards, 3 KR, 54 yards Week 7: L vs Bears 26-39 (3-4) Droppy Stats: 10 Att, 94 yards, 1 TD, 3 KR, 157 yards, 1 TD, 1 PR, 91 yards, 1 TD Week 8: L vs Colts 13-23 (3-5) Droppy Stats: 21 Att, 69 yards, 1 Rec, 24 yards, 2 KR, 44 yards, 1 PR, 10 yards Team Record: 3-5, 3rd in NFC North, 12th in NFC Droppy Stats: 151 Att, 561 yards, 4 TD, 6 Rec, 64 yards, 21 KR, 658 yards, 3 TD, 13 PR, 224 yards, 1 TD Notes: Perhaps the best return man in the game. Rushing wise, he’s regressed a bit. The Lions seem to be a little tougher this season, time will tell to see if they can steal the suddenly weaker NFC North. New England Patriots Week 1: W vs Bills 34-20 (1-0) Petza Stats: 9 Rec, 132 yards, 2 TD Week 2: L @ Jaguars 28-33 (1-1) Petza Stats: 7 Rec, 97 yards, 2 TD, 3 KR, 87 yards Week 3: W @ Seahawks 17-10 (2-1) Petza Stats: 10 Rec, 140 yards, 1 KR, 14 yards Week 4: W vs Jets 34-9 (3-1) Petza Stats: 6 Rec, 103 yards, 1 TD Week 5: BYE Week 6: W vs Rams 52-10 Petza Stats: 4 Rec, 186 yards, 2 TD Week 7: W @ Dolphins 34-24 (5-1) Petza Stats: 5 Rec, 87 yards, 1 TD Week 8: W vs Ravens 41-21 (6-1) Petza Stats: 6 Rec, 62 yards, 1 TD, 1 KR, 14 yards Team Record: 6-1, 1st in AFC East, 2nd in AFC Petza Stats: 47 Rec, 807 yards, 9 TD, 5 KR, 115 yards Notes: Began returning kicks a bit this season with average results. Nonetheless, another great season for Petza, the Pats look to roll right back into Super Bowl contention. Tennessee Titans Week 1: W vs Jaguars 14-7 (1-0) Bauer Stats: 1 Rec, 8 Yards Morron Stats: 3 Pancakes Week 2: L @ Browns 9-21 (1-1) Bauer Stats: 4 Rec, 30 yards Morron Stats: 2 Pancakes Week 3: L @ Oilers 16-24 (1-2) Bauer Stats: 1 Rec, 3 Yards Morron Stats: 3 Pancakes, 1 Sack Allowed Week 4: W @ Vikings 27-20 (2-2) Bauer Stats: 2 Rec, 18 yards Morron Stats: 1 Pancake Week 5: L @ Jaguars 21-42 (2-3) Bauer Stats: 8 Rec, 69 yards, 2 TD Morron Stats: 1 Sack Allowed *INJURED in game, Abdominal Tear, out 2 weeks Week 6: L vs Colts 24-30 (2-4) Bauer Stats: 1 Rec, 4 yards Morron Stats: INJURED out one week Week 7: BYE Week 8: L vs Bills 13-27 (2-5) Bauer Stats: 1 Rec, 19 yards Morron Stats: 7 Pancakes Team Record: 2-5, 4th in AFC South, 14th in AFC Bauer Stats: 18 Rec, 141 yards, 2 TD (7 games) Morron Stats: 16 Pancakes, 2 Sacks Allowed Notes: Poor Bauer. Was traded to Tennessee to be involved more in the passing game with Aaron Rodgers, but it hasn’t worked out thus far. Morron is having a career best season so far, but the Titans are way off the mark without Sausage. Minnesota Vikings Week 1: W @ Lions 42-35 (1-0) WC Stats: 99.0 Rating, 21/34, 311 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT Week 2: L vs Colts 32-37 (1-1) WC Stats: 130.9 Rating, 30/38, 466 yards, 4 TD, 2 INT Week 3: L @ Cardinals 34-41 (1-2) WC Stats: 110.7 Rating, 29/42, 355 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT Week 4: L vs Titans 20-27 (1-3) WC Stats: 105.5 Rating, 16/28, 215 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT Week 5: W vs Bears 30-11 (2-3) WC Stats: 84.3 Rating, 17/32, 232 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT Week 6: W vs 49ers 48-0 (3-3) WC Stats: 137.9 Rating, 17/22, 268 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT, 3 Att, 4 yards Week 7: BYE Week 8: W vs Packers 42-6 (4-3) WC Stats: 128.0 Rating, 34/49, 401 yards, 5 TD, 0 INT Team Record: 4-3, 1st in NFC North, 4th in NFC WC Stats: 114.8 Rating, 2,248 yards, 164/245, 20 TD, 5 INT Notes: Vikings have not kept the pace of last season, but are still a huge threat. Amazingly, as great as Mofo has been, WC isn’t that far behind. Should make a great MVP race down the stretch. Losing to the Titans killed their chance of taking the division. While statistically Ron improved, he must be disappointed with missing the playoffs yet again. A big consolation prize was upsetting the Cardinals on Week 17 and ruining their perfect season. If they beat Indy, they win the AFC East. Still, Sausage has a lot to build on for next season. Cleveland Browns Week 1: T vs Bengals 20-20 (0-0-1) Tyler Stats: 25 Att, 85 yards, 2 Rec, 24 yards *INJURED-Out for Season with Fractured Hip Team Record: 6-9-1, 3rd in AFC North, 12th in the AFC Tyler Stats; 25 Att, 85 yards, 2 Rec, 24 yards (1 Game) Notes: Strange season for the Browns. The Jerome Harrison-Tyler debate will happen a lot through the offseason. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Week 1: W vs Panthers 27-24 (OT) (1-0) Doner Stats: 95.5 Rating, 34/51, 404 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT Week 2: L vs Giants 32-39 (1-1) Doner Stats: 59.5 Rating, 26/45, 340 yards, 2 TD, 4 INT Week 3: W @ Bears 27-24 (2-1) Doner Stats: 101.1 Rating, 34/48, 301 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT Week 4: W vs Cowboys 49-27 (3-1) Doner Stats: 133.6 Rating, 21/28, 298 yards, 5 TD, 1 INT Week 5: L vs Chargers 19-23 (3-2) Doner Stats: 79.0 Rating, 30/51, 282 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT Week 6: W @ Chiefs 26-20 (4-2) Doner Stats: 99.6 Rating, 40/55, 407 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT Week 7: L vs Cardinals 21-23 (4-3) Doner Stats: 47.9 Rating, 2/5, 12 yards.. 0 TD, 0 INT *INJURED in game Week 8: BYE Week 9: W @ Falcons 23-20 (5-3) Doner Stats: 103.6 Rating, 27/39, 271 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT Week 10: W vs Saints 25-6 (6-3) Doner Stats: 140.9 Rating, 18/24, 280 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT, 1 Att, 5 yards Week 11: L @ Eagles 13-27 (6-4) Doner Stats: 46.5 Rating, 26/51, 224 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT Week 12: W vs Falcons 28-9 (7-4) Doner Stats: 99.5 Rating, 33/51, 393 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT Week 13: W @ Saints 38-12 (8-4) Doner Stats: 133.3 Rating, 19/28, 342 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT Week 14: W @ Panthers 20-17 (9-4) Doner Stats: 71.6 Rating, 32/43, 277 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT Week 15: W vs Raiders 45-16 (10-4) Doner Stats: 121.5 Rating, 10/15, 223 yards, 2 TD, 1 INT, 2 Att, 8 yards Week 16: L @ Redskins 10-20 (10-5) Doner Stats: 74.9 Rating, 27/44, 249 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT Week 17: L @ Broncos 21-24 (10-6) Doner Stats: 120.5 Rating, 20/30, 213 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT Team Record: 10-6, 2nd in NFC South, 5th in NFC Playoffs Doner Stats: 93.9 Rating, 399/608, 4,216 yards, 30 TD, 15 INT (16 Games) Notes: Ray Rice picked it up in the 2nd half of the season and the Bucs appeared to be rolling. Unfortunately, the two losses at the end of the season cost them the division, and now instead of a first round bye they need to travel to Minnesota. Still an overall exceptional year for Doner, but still, the end of the season had to be a let down. Set a record for points in a season, and also had a near top of the league defense to go with it. They were one point away from perfection. If they don’t win the title, it would be an absolute chokejob. Dubb flourished as a #2 receiver, and Mofo owned the league again. CC had a phenomenal season, and if it wasn’t for Drew Brees isolating Colston two seasons ago, he’d have the yards record. Shadow regressed a little, but still had a good season. Jags are always a threat to do damage and if everyone stays healthy, they could outright win the conference. They travel to Oakland to face a Raiders team that let up more points than they scored. Horrifying 6 game losing streak to end the season, and they only won the division when the Bills failed to beat the Colts on the last week. Petza still had a great season, and fell about 18 yards short to entering the top 10 in all time receiving yards for a season. Will the Patriots survive the playoffs without Tom Brady? Nonetheless, the fact that the Patriots lost 6 games in a row and host a playoff game, while the Titans won 8 in a row and miss (with a better record no less) is a crime. NFL Playoff Prediction Contest So, to steal an idea from Rocka's Road to the Hall of Fame, there will be a prediction contest. You'll get one point for correctly guessing a team in the Wildcard round, two points for divisional round, three for conference title and four for Super Bowl victory. Also, don't forget the NFL re-seeds for the Divisional Round Also, 2 Points for Pro Bowl. Prizes for winning the contest: You may have any non EBL player in the league traded to your team, most likely for draft picks. You'll have direct influence on who your Head Coach is next season. You may have a trade demand to any team requested and granted. If you have an expiring contract, you will get a mammoth contract extension, or, sign with any team you want for a massive amount. Automatic starting job next season/No Trade Clause Ok, a little change here. Right now, we will only do the Wildcard Round. After that the voting for the rest of the playoffs will take place. As of now: AFC #6 Jaguars (10-6) @ #3 Raiders (9-7) #5 Ravens (10-6) @ #4 Patriots (9-7) *Tom Brady is injured NFC #6 Panthers (10-6) @ #3 Cowboys (10-5-1) #5 Buccaneers (10-6) @ #4 Vikings (9-7) |
