RWF - Prime Time

Show 1.1

Tony Shiavone and Michael Cole are our announcers for this fine show.

Welcome to the Jungle
The first ever episode of RWF Prime Time opens up with some fast paced generic rock music followed by pyro from the stage. The crowd is their feet and ready for what this new company has to bring them.

Out comes...Vince Russo?

Russo comes to the ring amidst boos from the crowd. He climbs into the ring and takes the microphone.

Russo explains that what we are about to witness is going to revolutionize this industry. And we will all have HIM to thank for it. Yes, when you watch the results tonight we will all know that if anyone had anything to do with what we witness in this promotion from here on out...it definitely had to be RUSSO that made this happen. So we all owe him all our thanks.

But not everyone likes what they hear from Russo.

"Medal" plays and out comes The All-American Americans - Kurt Angle & Jack Swagger

Kurt Angle does all the talking here for the team, as Swagger nods his head in agreement to everything Angle has to say. Angle explains that a real travesty has occured in the planning of this company - he was left off the brackets for the World Title tournament. He's a freakin' Olympic gold medalist! If anyone deserves a spot in the tournament, it's him.

Russo apologizes to Angle, explaining there were only so many spots available - but that he and Swagger are in the Tag Title tournament.

Angle says this is poppycock. As an Olympic gold medalist, someone else should have been bumped in his favor. He wants all the gold - not just the tag titles.

"Real American" plays and The Mega Powers seem to take issue with what Angle has to say.

Hulk Hogan first does some posing around the ring before taking the microphone. He says that Angle needs to just cool his jets, maybe go back to the locker room and enjoy him some Wheaties that he no doubt might be on the box of. He tells Angle he shouldn't be worrying about having all the gold, because they won't even make it past The Mega Powers.

Vince Russo interjects himself as things begin to get heated between the two teams. Russo says he just had a brilliant idea. He says if Angle wants into the tournament, he'll give him a spot if he can earn it. He'll have to take on Randy Savage. If Angle wins, he get's Savage's spot. Angle seems satisfied, while Randy Savage takes the microphone and welcomes the challenge but promises that after next week, Angle will still be on the outside looking in...OOOHHH YEAAAHH.

Match 1 - Goldust vs. Test
In the first official match in RWF history, Goldust and Test meet in an opening round matchup of the RWF title tournament. And yes, it will be a match that will be remembered for AGES as the historic first match....anyway, the crowd doesn't seem to really know who they should be behind - but Goldust's comic antics are enough to get them a little behind him over the more egotistical Test. Unfortunately for Goldust, Test simply overpowers him and powers off Goldust's homoerotic manuevers and finishes him off with the Big Boot for the victory to advance to the Sweet 16.
Winner - TEST by pinfall

Match 2 - Tons of Pain vs. 3 Count (w/Evan Karagias)
This has to be the biggest mismatch in the history of professional wrestling, or atleast that's what Tony Shiavone called it. As you might expect, the team of Vader and Yokozuna easily over powered Shannon Moore and Shane Helms in the ring. With the cruiserweights getting literally no effect offense in against the super-heavyweights, it seemed all but over for the munchkins. However, a bit of miscommunication between teammates caused referee Billy Silverman to force Yokozuna out of the ring as Vader went up top for the Vadersault to Helms and Moore who were both laid out on the canvas. With the referee distracted, Karagias climbed onto the apron and with all his might - shook the top rope until Vader lost his balance and straddled the turnbuckles groin first. Vader fell to the apron where Karagias managed to pull him to the floor. Billy Silverman turned around to find Vader on the floor outside the ring while Helms and Moore were still out cold in the ring. Silverman turned his back on Yokozuna and began counting out Vader. Karagias around the ring to Yokozuna, and delivered an uppercut to his groin just to be safe as well. With Yokozuna immobilized and unable to help his fallen partner - 3 Count get the victory and advance! Post match, 3 Count were unable to perform for their hit single "Can't Get You out of my Heart."
Winner - 3 COUNT by countout

It's Time for Evolution
Backstage, Mene Gene Okerlund was with Triple H who was not in action tonight, but just likes to hang out backstage with Mene Gene, and who wouldn't? HHH promises that RWF will be his for the taking and he would dominate. He said times are changing in this industry, and that an Evolution of wrestling is coming. Not really sure what he's getting at here, but he looked intense while saying it.

Match 3: Diamond Dallas Page (w/Kimberly) vs. Evan Karagias
Karagias barely had time to transition from groin attacks to having his first round match in the World Title tournament against DDP, who is clearly the fan favorite in this match especially with his hot wife at ringside. With Moore and Helms presumably getting medical attention backstage, Karagias was at it alone in this one. He does manage to get in some offense on Page - which causes the match to be more back and forth than you might expect. But Page became too much for Karagias, and gave him the Diamond Cutter out of the fireman's carry for the definitive victory.
Winner - DDP by pinfall

The Cat's Corner
It's time for an interview segment featuring Ernest "The Cat" Miller as our host! The Cat starts the segment off by welcoming us to the show and then "entertaining" us with some dancing. But finally, he introduces us to the first guest on the Cat's Corner - Brian Pillman. Yikes.

Pillman seems awfully calm as he comes to the ring...but in a crazy, paranoid kinda way. The Cat welcomes him to the ring and makes small talk for Pillman - asking Pillman what he thinks of his dancing shoes and asks Pillman to show us some of his dance moves. Pillman is clearly trying to hold back his anger hear - he asks The Cat why he's wasting his time out here. He makes several threats to the Cat, about how he's thinking about ripping his head off and using it for a game of basketball...but then immediately takes it back and apologizes, saying he's under a lot of pressure right now to win the World Title. The Cat laughs and says he understands the pressure, but says not to worry about it too much because it's actually going to be THE CAT who wins the world title.

Pillman's eyes grow wide and he clearly is losing it. The Cat, not one to get blood on his dancing shoes, high tails it out of the ring as Pillman begins throwing a tantrum in the ring.

"Enter Sandman" hits the PA system. The fans get to their feet as The Sandman appears in the fans with beer and singapore cane in hand. He has a beer on his way to the ring, although it looks like he gets more on him than in him - much like a one year old. Not drinking beer, of course.

The Sandman enters the ring and says he hears that Pillman is under a lot of pressure and wants to help him out. He offers Pillman a beer, explaining it should help calm him down. Pillman seems interested, and accepts the beer from Sandman. Pillman pops the top and takes a big sip. A sour expression comes across his face and he then spits the beer right into Sandman's face.

Not taking this well at all, Sandman thanks Pillman for that with a singapore cane shot to the head. Pillman hits the mat and rolls out of the ring. Sandman gives chase, whacking him several times with the cane up the ramp until Pillman disappears backstage. Sandman stops at the stage and has another beer. He doesn't have time to continue chasing, as he must go back to the ring becase, according to Mr. Shiavone, his match...IS UP NEXT!

Match 4: The Sandman vs. Sting
Two big fan favorites collide, and it's mostly a brawl here as Sandman controls a majority of the match - literally beating the face paint right off of Sting. But with the crowd's support, Sting fights his way back in. A couple of Stinger splashes lead to the Scorpion Deathlock. However, Sandman was not about to give up that easily. He made it to the ropes which causes Nick Patrick to break up the hold. Both men show signs of fatigue as the match wears on, but Sandman started to take control again and seemed to having the match wrapped up as he connected with the DDT to Sting. But before he could make the cover - CM Punk made his way down to the ring and collected the cans of beer Sandman left at ringside. He opened up each can and then proceeded to pour them out while shaking his head in disgust. Sandman, visibly upset about the waste of good beer, was distracted and displayed his frustration from in the ring. He finally said to Hell with it, I have a match to win, and turned around to make the pin. But when he went down for the cover, Sting surprised Sandman with a small package roll up for a three count to advance.

Post match, Sandman was upset but CM Punk had already returned to the back. Sting offered a handshake to Sandman, who shook his head but then revealed he had a few more beers hidden at ringside. He tossed one to Sting and then exited through the crowd.

Winner - STING by pinfall

We Are The Nation
Backstage, Mene Gene was with Owen Hart & Faarooq who are calling themselves The Nation. Faarooq explains that he and Owen have a lot in common - both have been in the shadows of opression - him from the "Man" and Owen from his family name and his brother. He said they're coming together as The Nation to stick it to the people who have held them back all these years. Owen Hart re-iterates this idea and wants to quiet all the critics who have said he can't live up to the Hart name. He says when he's done with this industry - the Hart name won't be able to live up to him.

Match 5: The Nation vs. Buff & Tough
A battle of two heel tag teams leads to a pretty uninterested crowd. I guess they wish both teams would lose - but SOMEONE has to win! Perhaps the biggest cheater? Both teams do plenty of that, as much as they can behind referee Mike Chioda's back. Scott Steiner had Owen Hart locked in the Steiner Recliner, and victory appeared to be on his way until Faarooq broke it up. Mike Chioda had to bring Faarooq back to his corner. Meanwhile, Buff entered the ring with a chair. He swung at Owen, but Owen ducked and then connected with a dropkick to the chair. This laid out Bagwell and allowed Owen to pick up the chair and crack it across Steiner's skull. Owen disposed of the chair just in time as Mike Chioda turned back around - Owen made the pin to get the win and advance his team to the semi's.
Winners - THE NATION by pinfall

Rated RKO
Mene Gene was once again in the back, this time with partner's Edge and Randy Orton - the latter of whom had a match up next in the main event. Orton promised the Age of Orton had begun, which is such a huge coinicidence that it coincides with the beginning of RWF! Rated RKO, much like The All-American Americans from earlier, proclaim once these tournaments are over - they will have all the gold in RWF.

Main Event: The Undertaker vs. Randy Orton (w/Edge)
The dead man enters first with a long and slightly scarey entrance. The fans love the dead apparently. Orton gets loud boos on his entrance along with Edge. With Edge at ringside, ORton had the clear advantage - but The Undertaker is a tough out for anyone. Orton found himself on the receiving end of quite the butt kicking for most of the match, as no matter what he threw at Taker - Taker would just sit up and fight back. A Tombstone looked to be in Orton's future, as Undertaker signaled the match was over with a cut-throat motion. But Edge jumped onto the apron quickly. Undertaker, noticing Edge - grabbed Edge by the throat. Undertaker lifted Edge over the top rope with one arm to bring him into the ring. He then lifted Edge back up in the air and gave him a Chokeslam. Edge hit the mat and rolled out of the ring. However, Taker turned back around and was met with the RKO! Orton immediately made the pin for the three count! Orton escaped with a victory over Taker, and he wasted no time leaving the ring after the victory.
Winner: RANDY ORTON by pinfall

Undertaker sat up almost immediately after the match was over. Randy Orton was already halfway up the ramp. He watched from the stage as Undertaker pulled Edge back into the ring. He lifted Edge up and walked to the center of the ring. Undertaker delivered the Tombstone piledriver much to the delight of the crowd. Undertaker kneeled on his knee before the fallen Edge and lifted his arm into the air as Orton watched in terror from the stage.

The show comes to an end with a shot of Undertaker's eyes rolling back into his head.

BUT, not before Tony Shiavone can pimp out next week's show!

The main event will feature: Randy Savage vs. Kurt Angle with a spot in the tournament on the line!

Tune in next week for more random action!

RWF Prime Time

Show 1.2

Tony Shiavone and Michael Cole
are our announcers.

The Real Show Stopper?

"BREAK IT DOWN" - welcomes us in to the second addition of RWF Prime Time. "The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels makes his way down to the ring to a loud pop from the crowd. He slides into the ring and gives a couple crotch chops that cause pyro to go off behind him. He takes the microphone.

Shawn Michaels welcomes us to the SECOND show, and wonders why in the world he was not on the FIRST show. He's the SHOW STOPPA - and it was a real crime that he was not included, but that just means that tonight's show will TOP last week's because here he is to kick the show off. He says, sure, he may not have a match tonight - but he IS in the World Championship Tournament, and plans on bringing the belt home and being the first champion.

"I Came to Play" interrupted Shawn Michaels, bringing out The Miz to boos from the audience. The Miz saunters down to the ring and takes his time, climbing the stairs and entering the ring and getting his own microphone.

The Miz wants HBK to "Hold the phone." He's not the only one who was left off the first show, but if anyone drives the ratings up, it's certainly not him - it's THE MIZ. He predicts a HUGE spike in the ratings now that he's on the television, but also predicts that once he returns to the back, they will skydive back to the plateau they were on when HBK was out.

Michaels says that Miz has a lot of balls to come out and go toe to toe with the Showstopper, but he actually respects him for coming out and speaking his mind. To which Miz corrects Michaels - he says that he has been replaced - The Miz is the REAL Show Stopper in RWF. Michaels thinks that this is an interesting theory, and that perhaps they will be able to test that theory, because it looks like how the brackets lay out...if they both win their opening round matchup - they will face off in the second round.

Miz fully expects to be there, but says he has his doubts about Shawn Michaels. But he certainly hopes HBK is there - because he wants to prove to everyone that he is the real SHOW STOPPER!

Michaels laughs, and then answers - WHY WAIT? before blasting Miz across the side of the head with a hard right hand which draws a big pop from the crowd. Miz hits the mat and rolls out of the ring, dumbfounded by Michaels' response. HBK gives Miz a crotch chop in his direction as Miz rubs his face while walking back up the ramp.

Match 1: Triple H vs. "Lionheart" Chris Jericho
The opener this week puts Triple H up against the young Chris Jericho who is a big under dog here against HHH. But he certainly holds his own and manages to get several nearfalls against this multiple time champion in the world of professional wrestling. The crowd was enjoying every minute of seeing Jericho come within inches of knocking off one of the early favorites in the title tournament. With HHH down, Jericho tried to put it away with a Lionsault, but HHH got his knees up. A wounded Jericho was left groggy following this as HHH got to his feet and lifted his knee straight into Jericho's chops. He then pulled Jericho down and flattened him with The Pedigree which would give HHH the clean victory.
Winner - TRIPLE H by pinall

WHO'S BETTA THAN KANYON?
The next match was going to put Chris Kanyon up against Hulk Hogan in a first round matchup. Kanyon came out first to introduce himself to the crowd, who welcomed him with warm boos. Kanyon said ignorant people usually get this question wrong - but he hopes this town is different and actually knows the correct answer.

WHO'S BETTA THAN KANYON?

"EVERYBODY!" - Responds the crowd. NO - NO - NO - IT'S NOBODY!

Kanyon wants to try this again, because he understands the people in the crowd have tiny, peanut brains and they just needed to have their hands held through it. So, take two.

WHO'S BETTA THAN KANYON?

"Real American" fires up just as the question finishes, perhaps answering the question? Hulk Hogan made his way out for the match.

Match 2: Chris Kanyon vs. Hulk Hogan
Hogan came right out at Kanyon and Kanyon ducked to ringside as Hogan entered the ring and did his posing, much to the delight of the crowd. Kanyon complained to referee Mickey Jay - and said he needed time to prepare for the match. Hogan got tired of waiting, and gave chase to Kanyon at ringside - Kanyon, playing the cowardly heel, returned to the ring and hid behind referee Mickey Jay. Hogan pushes Mickey Jay out of the way and clocked Kanyon with a right hand. Hogan dominated early from this point, but Kanyon slowed the Immortal one down with an eye poke and then got in some limited offense before Hogan hulked back up. Off the ropes, Kanyon ran into the Big Boot which led to the big Legdrop that gave Hogan the easy victory to move on to round 2.
Winner - HULK HOGAN by pinfall

Join the Nation?
Backstage, Ahmed Johnson was busy talking to some random road agent when Owen Hart and Faarooq approached him. They shoved the road agent out of the picture and surrounded Ahmed. They told him that they know he has to be feeling the pressure from "The Man" and that they know how he feels. They want him to join forces with the Nation. Johnson pretty much blows them off - thanks, but no thanks. Faarooq continues pressuring Ahmed, talking about their brotherhood and how together they will break the glass cieling and dominant this company. Once again, Ahmed replies with a thanks, but no thanks. Faarooq pretty much says, whatever, and seems to leave that at that...but it doesn't end that easily for Ahmed. As he turned to walk back down the hallway, Faarooq and Owen Hart returned - attacking Johnson from behind. Together they throw the muscular powerhouse into the wall twice before dropping him to the floor and stomping a mudhole into him. "That was your only offer!" Faarooq spit before walking off, leaving Ahmed struggling to regain composure on the floor.

Match 3: Rated RKO vs. Patriotic Power
Prior to the match, we get a video recap of what happened last week as Randy Orton defeated The Undertaker to move on to Round 2 of the World Championship tournament. Now, Randy Orton along with teammate Edge look to move forward in the tag tournament as well. Against Lex Luger and The Patriot - they had a tough task against the powerhouse of a team. Patriotic Power took it to the heels early, but some strategic double teaming behind referee Mike Chioda's back allowed Rated RKO to isolate The Patriot and make him our face in peril for the match. They kept The Patriot cut off from making the tag to Luger - but could not manage to put the Patriot away as Luger did make last second saves for his partner. After Edge got too cocky, Patriot snuck in a jawbreaker that allowed him to make the hot tag to Luger. Luger came in with forearms ablazin' - laying out Edge and Orton both. A scoop and a slam from Luger to Orton sent him out of the ring. Luger continued in control until Edge snuck in a low blow and tagged Orton back in. Orton came in and looked to finish off Luger when the lights went out. The DONG over the Undertaker's music goes off. Purple lights flicker through the arena. The lights came back on and Orton was frantically looking everywhere for The Undertaker - but maybe he should've been looking for Luger. Luger came up behind Orton and lifted him up into the Torture Rack which led to a submission victory for Patriotic Power.
Winners - PATRIOTIC POWER by submission

After the match, Orton and Edge began to argue over the distract - but the lights went out again. This time when they came back on - the Dead Man himself was in the ring with both of them. Orton shoved Edge into the Undertaker, who grabbed Edge and delivered a chokeslam. Orton, once again, high tailed it out of the ring before Taker could lay a hand on him.

The Cat's Corner
The Cat came out for this weeks' edition of the Cat's Corner. After his dance routine, he brought out this week's guest - who also happens to be his opponent tonight - Mankind!

Mankind solemnly made his way out to the ring, and sat in the corner, rocking back and forth.

The Cat cautiously approached Mankind and asked him why doesn't he get up and join The Cat in dance. He can tell Mankind is sad about something, and that nothing makes you feel better like dancing.

Mankind said he doesn't like to dance. He then began to rant about how one time he had a cat. He named his kitty Elroy. He and little Elroy spent all their time together. But then - one day, little Elroy went into his big brother's room....he was not allowed in his big brother's room. When he went looking for Elroy, he found that his big brother was BASHING IN THE KITTY'S HEAD WITH A ROCK. Mankind goes into detail about the horrific scene...much to the horror of The Cat...and everyone really. Mankind sums the story up by saying he was going to do what his brother did to Elroy...to HIM. As he said this, Mankind lunged out from the corner and literally took a bite out of the Cat's leg. Alrighty then...that was disturbing.

Match 4: Ernest "The Cat" Miller vs. Mankind
The Cat ordered referee Billy Silverman to disqualify Mankind for biting - but unfortunately for him, the match had not started yet at that point. So the Cat had to shake off the pain and get into the match. The deranged Mankind seemed to have the upperhand on Miller for the majority of the match - as The Cat kept trying to escape from Mankind's offensive onslaught in favor of getting a timeout at ringside. At ringside, The Cat was able to gain some momentum after avoiding a charging Mankind and sending him crashing into the ringsteps. Back in the ring, the Cat took advantage and made several attempted nearfalls, but could not keep the mental one down. But Mankind was not going to be beaten - he battled back and locked in the Mandible Claw! But Cat escaped by stomping on Mankind's foot. This staggered Mankind enough for The Cat to level him with The Feliner! The Cat made the cover for the three count.
Winner - ERNEST "THE CAT" MILLER by pinfall

Say NO To Alcohol
Backstage, Mene Gene Okerlund was standing by with CM Punk - who had some questions to answer regarding his appearance last week during the Sting vs. Sandman match. CM Punk started by explaining his lifestyle - that of the Straight Edge. He explained that the Sandman is a horrible role model...he smokes, he drinks - and that is everything that he is against. He wanted to show Sandman what drinking does to you - it makes you a LOSER. He said he wants to help save the wrestling community as whole from degredation. Too many people are being lost to vices like drug addiction and alcoholism. He plans to find the lost souls of RWF, and show them how being Straight Edge will save their lives. He is sorry that The Sandman had to find it out the hard way, and he sincerely hopes that The Sandman will reconsider his lifestyle and join him as he cleans up the RWF.

Match 5: Brian Pillman vs. Doink the Clown
Fresh off his caning from the Sandman a week ago, Pillman looked to take out some of his anger issues on something everyone wishes they could take out their frustrations on - a clown! Doink started the match off with some hi-jinks, spraying Pillman with a flower filled with water...which was just a bad idea as Pillman went on to beat Doink from pillar to post. CM Punk walked down to ringside and became a spectator for the match as he watched Pillman letting loose a flurry of stomps to Doink in the corner. It got to the point where referee Nick Patrick had to step in and threaten to disqualify Pillman if he didn't stop. Pillman, clearly did not care, as he shoved the refere aside and just kept on stomping into Doink's ribs in the corner. With no choice, Nick Patrick called for the bell to disqualify Pillman.
Winner - Doink the Clown by disqualification

Post match, CM Punk gave a sadistic smile as he watched Nick Patrick trying to restraint Pillman. Pillman turned and laid out Nick Patrick and went back to assaulting the clown.

"Enter Sandman" began to play over the PA system which immediately caught the attention of Punk, who started to backtrack up the ramp as The Sandman appeared in the crowd. He rushed down the aisle and leaped the guardrail. Punk decided to not stick around as The Sandman slid into the ring. Pillman turned around and was whacked across head with the singapore cane. Pillman, almost unphased, DEMANDED Sandman to do it again. Sandman shrugged his shoulders and began to repeatedly crack the cane across Pillman's head until Pillman dropped to the mat - blood spilling from his head. Medics came to the ring to check on both Doink and Pillman as Sandman celebrated with a beer at ringside. The scene cut away with a shot of Pillman struggling to his feet, smiling through the blood.

Get Jiggy With It
Backstage, Mene Gene was with John Cena who was all decked out in basketball shorts and a jersey with a chain around his neck. He proceeded to go into a freestyle, dissing his opponent in the first round of the tournament - Razor Ramon. Somthing about being greasy, slimy, and Italian. Which was all well and good until Razor Ramon himself walked into the scene, tooth pick and all. Ramon glanced John Cena up and down as if to ask, "and you are?" He chuckled and tossed his tooth pick right in Cena's face before walking out of the shot. Cena overreacted to the tooth pick like it was diseased. I believe he told Gene that what just happened was "whack" or something.

Main Event - Tournament spot ON THE LINE
Randy Savage (w/Hulk Hogan) vs. Kurt Angle (w/Jack Swagger)

The stipulation here is if Angle won, he would replace Randy Savage in the title tournament. Knowing Angle would have Jack Swagger with him at ringside, Hogan decided to join his friend at ringside for the match. Referee Earl Hebner was going to have his work cut out for him here if he wanted to keep control of the match. From the opening bell, it went back and forth. Angle tried the more strategic and cerebral approach as he worked over Savage's arm to try and take away from the Elbow Drop. However, Savage kept fighting back - not quite as technical as Angle but more interested in just putting some punishment to him. With Savage in control, Swagger tried to interject - but Hogan put a stop to that. With Hogan and Swagger brawling at ringside - referee Earl Hebner had to do something to regain control - so he ejected them both! Swagger and Hogan were both sent to the back leaving just Angle and Savage in the ring to settle this. Savage laid out Angle with a piledriver and began his slow ascent to the top rope, calling for the Elbow Drop. The fans got their feet as Savage encouraged them to cheer him on from the top rope. Off the rope rope, Savage flew and landed the elbow drop perfectly! But the damage had been done to Savage's arm that he himself was in pain after the move and unable to make the pin. Earl Hebner began to count both men out. Savage finally made it over to make the cover at about eight of the ten count. Angle suprisingly kicked out right at three, much to the surprise of the crowd and Savage himself. Savage asked Hebner if he was sure it wasn't three, but Hebner confirmed that it was indeed still just two. Savage reluctantly reached down and began to pull Angle back up, but Angle suprised Savage by locking him in a Fujiwara Armbar! With Savage's elbow weakened, he found himself in a world of pain from Angle's submission hold. Savage struggled to reach the ropes, but fatigue and pain were taking over...he could no longer fight the pain and tapped out!
Winner - KURT ANGLE by submission

"Medal" played as Kurt Angle struggled to his feet and celebrated, now taking Savage's spot in the World Championship tournament.

Jack Swagger ran out to join his teammate in celebration, and looked to possibly do some more damage to Savage. But Hulk Hogan came running to the ring, chasing Angle and Swagger to the back. Hogan tended to his fallen partner as the show came to an end.

RWF PRIME TIME

Show 1.3

Tony Shiavone and Michael Cole
are our announcers.

Match 1: John Cena vs. Razor Ramon
We kick things right off tonight with the first match of the evening and a first round tournament match. It's like a match of two guys trying to "out-cool" each other. It looked like Razor Ramon's expierence over the younger Cena was going to pay out, but expierence doesn't help when you're cocky...and as Ramon did some showboating to the anti-Ramon crowd, Cena was able to catch him by surprise with a clothesline. Cena took control and had Ramon set up for his F-U finisher, but Ramon clawed his eyes to escape. Ramon stumbled to the ropes where Cena charged in - but Ramon ducked - pulling down on the top rope to send Cena crashing to ringside. Referee Charles Robinson gets in Ramon's face about his cheating...but as his back is turned, Triple H runs down to the ring. As Cena gets up, he's met with a boot to the gut, followed by the Pedigree to the floor! Triple H lifted Cena up off the floor and rolled him back into the ring. Charles Robinson turned back around only to find Cena on the mat and HHH at ringside, but oblivious to what just happened. Razor Ramon made the cocky, nonchalant pin for the victory.
Winner - RAZOR RAMON by pinfall

This is an Evolution
Backstage, Mene Gene Okerlund was with Triple H and Razor Ramon - wanting to know what was going on here. Triple H explained that he promised an evolution to the wrestling industry...and he knows the Razor Ramon exemplifies the attitude that Evolution is all about. It's not about sucking up to the fans. It's about winning. It's about jet setting. It's about being cool and raking in the big bucks. But he promised this was only the beginning...and if anyone wants to live the high life with them, he suggested they come see him because only a few spots remain in the Evolution limo.

Match 2: The Sandman vs. Brian Pillman
Pillman has been on the receiving end of Sandman's singapore cane twice in the two shows put on by RWF...so now he received his opportunity to get some payback. And being on the receiving end of a Pillman rage attack is not pretty - just as Doink the Clown after last week's show. In this matchup, Pillman found himself at a size and power disadvantage, but he looked fine early - using his speed to the advantage. He seemed cool and collected, as he kept Sandman off his feet with his rapid fire offense. But he began to become unraveled when he was unable to put Sandman down for the three count. After connecting with a missle dropkick, he only got another two-and-a-half count which set him over the edge. He grabbed referee Mike Chioda by the collar and threatened him, to which Chioda threatened to DQ him. Pillman turned around and was met with a big right hand from the Sandman. Sandman took over and finished Pillman off with the DDT for the three count victory.
Winner - THE SANDMAN by pinfall

CM Punk offers Anger Management Lessons
Post match, Brian Pillman was throwing a tantrum backstage - tossing trash cans and tables galore. CM Punk approached cautiously and asked for a moment of his time. Pillman was wild-eyed, but Punk spoke calmly to him. He told him he can see that he is in a lot of pain and anger. He thinks that Pillman has a lot of promise in him, but he needs to learn to control that anger and harness it. Pillman's breathing slows as he listens to what Punk has to say. Punk explains that he thinks he can teach Pillman to control his anger and bring him into a much more worth-while existence that he will find both pleasing and rewarding. Do you want to change your life? - Punk asks of Pillman. Pillman simply nods his head in affirmation. "Then come with me" - Punk responds.

Mega-Powers UNITE
Elsewhere backstage, Mene Gene was standing by with the Mega-Powers - Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage, both of whom had varying results last week. Hogan advanced in the World Championship tournament while Savage lost his position to Angle. Savage explained that he may have lost last week, but he has not lost sight of their other goal, which is to win the tag team championship. Hogan promised different results this week and hoped that Angle and Swagger were taking their vitamins and saying they're prayers this week..BECAUSE WHATCHA GONNA DO, WHEN THE MEGA POWERS RUN WILD ON YOU?

Match 3: 3 Count vs. La Parka, Chris Jericho, and Rob Van Dam
In a match clearly designed only to get 3 Count back on television between rounds and give La Parka, Chris Jericho, and Rob Van Dam some screen time - the two teams put on an entertaining, fast paced matchup. Jericho and RVD do most of the high flying for the face team - while La Parka gets the crowd energized with his impressive dance work on the apron. Prior to the match, Evan Karagias promised us a special concert when they won the match...but unfortunately, we would not get to hear this concert. Because Owen Hart and Faarooq came to ringside to "scout" their opponents in the semi-finals of the tag title tournament. As RVD went off the top for the Five Star Frog Splash, Shane Helms rolled out of the way, leaving both men down and struggling to make the tag. However, when Helms got to his corner, he found that Karagias and Moore were busy on the floor arguing with Owen Hart and Faarooq - going toe-to-toe with them. Before Helms could get their attention, RVD made the tag to La Parka. Helms turned around and walked into a spinning heel kick from La Parka who then went to the top rope and executed the La Parkinator corkscrew moonsault to pick up the victory.
Winners - LA PARKA, CHRIS JERICHO, & RVD

Moore and Karagias finally realize what just happened and slide into the ring but it's too late. Owen Hart and Faarooq head back up the ramp, satisfied with their work while Moore and Karagias tend to Helms.

The Cat's Corner
Out comes Ernest "The Cat" Miller, who last week advanced in the World Championship Tournament himself, for his weekly Cat Corner segment. This week he has not one, but TWO guests. Rated RKO - Randy Orton and Edge. They come out and right off the bat, Edge wanted to compliment The Cat for his mad dancing skills. The Cat asked if Edge wanted to show off some moves of his own, to which Edge did not hesitate to bust out "The Robot." But this is an interview segment, so Cat had to get down to business...like how does it feel to be made The Undertaker's bitch two weeks in a row while Orton watched on from the ramp. The fun ended as Edge wanted to go right after the Cat now, but Orton held him back. Orton explained that The Undertaker is a sore loser and is just throwing a zombie's version of a temper tantrum over losing to Orton. On cue, the lights in the arena went out and purple strobe lights flickered through the arena. When the lights came back on, the three were standing across the ring from The Undertaker. Edge and Orton look to each other and proceed to shove The Cat into Taker and dart out of the ring. The Cat found himself in the Undertaker's palm by the throat and pleaded with Taker not to hurt him. Undertaker, apparently taking pity on his soul, released him and turned to face the ramp where Orton and Edge had retreated. He gave them the slit throat motion, and turned around into..THE FELINER from the Cat! The Undertaker was laid out on the mat!

The Cat picked the microphone back up and says NO BODY interupts his show, not even dead freaks.

HIT MY MUSIC!

The Cat began dancing next to The Undertaker's prone body as Orton and Edge seemed to be enjoying it from the ramp. They started to walk back down the aisle...but THE UNDERTAKER SAT UP! Edge and Orton stopped in their tracks and tried to warn The Cat, who was still oblivious - dancing away. He moonwalked right into The Undertaker which made the Cat go as white as a ghost. Cat pleaded again, but it was no use - The Undertaker lifted him up and delivered the Tombstone piledriver!

The Undertaker's music replaced the Cat's as Orton and Edge could only watch on in fear as The Undertaker folded the Cat's arms across his chest.

Match 4: CM Punk vs. Shawn Michaels
CM Punk, fresh off of his apparent recruiting of Brian Pillman, was out by himself against Shawn Michaels. These two measured each other up early, as The Miz walked out onto the stage to watch from a distance. Punk and Michaels go on to put on an entertaining match, with neither man having the advantage for too long. But it looked like the match was going in Shawn Michaels' favor as CM Punk was left groggy following a belly to back suplex. HBK began warming up the band for some Sweet Chin Music, much to the delight of the crowd. But Miz decided to run down the ramp and jump onto the apron, distracting HBK. HBK stopped warming up the band to get in Miz's face. This allowed Punk enough recovery time. Punk shoved HBK into Miz and rolled him up for the three count.
Winner - CM PUNK by pinfall

Post match, CM Punk left quickly leaving Shawn Michaels in the ring, visibly upset as The Miz laughed as he backtracked up the ramp. But HBK decided to put an end to the Miz's laughter, as he darted out of the ring and started running towards the Miz. Miz tried to escape, but HBK caught up to him and the to began brawling on the stage until RWF officials and security stepped in to break it up.

The Stinger
Backstage, Mene Gene was with Sting - who was as highly energetic as ever. He was very excited to be a part of RWF and talked about how great the fans are. He said that all the Stingers out there HAVE to be looking forward to this second round match up against Hulkamania himself. The Stingers vs. The Hulkamaniacs - a match for the history books, for sure! He said that he does not know who will walk out the winner when they do meet up, but the real winner will definitely be the fans.

Match 5: Bret Hart vs. Mike Awesome
Both men making their RWF debut in their first round matchups in the RWF title tournament - and neither men are well liked by the crowd. Bret Hart made sure to make the crowd know how much he disliked them on his way to the ring, while Awesome pretty much ignored them. But during the match, the fans started to get behind Awesome more than anything due to his impressive offense for a man his size. But Bret Hart immobilized the surprisingly speedy big man by working over his knees in an effort to set him up for the Sharpshooter. Awesome would fight back, but a poorly thought out superkick from Awesome to Hart actually seemed to hurt Awesome more, as he dropped to the mat holding his leg in pain. Hart recovered, and took advantage by locking on the Sharpshooter. Awesome refused to quit, and fought his way to the bottom rope where Bret Hart was forced to release the hold - but not before holding it as long as possible without DQ. Bret Hart continued on the attack. When he went for a piledriver, Awesome countered with a backdrop. Hart rolled back to his feet but Awesome leveled him with a lariat. Hart was clearly surprised at Awesome's comeback and was unable to counter as Awesome laid him out with an impressive Running Awesome Bomb. Awesome set Hart up in the middle of the ring before climbing to the top turnbuckle and hitting Hart with the Awesome Splash! Awesome got the three count in what has to be considered a big upset.
Winner - MIKE AWESOME by pinfall

The Winning WILL Continue
Backstage, "Mene" Gene caught up with Kurt Angle and Jack Swagger before they headed out to the ring for the main event. Angle promised that tonight the All-American Americans will keep up their winning ways and make America proud. Hogan can claim to be a "REAL AMERICAN" but he's not an ALL-AMERICAN like they are. And THAT will be the difference in this match - Oh it's true, it's DAMN true.

MAIN EVENT: The Mega-Powers vs. The All-American Americans
What a huge first round match this is - certainly worthy of Pay-Per-View, but we get it for FREE! Hogan started the match out against Angle, and had clearly had the upperhand. Hogan and Savage were looking dominant early, but Savage soon found himself in no-man's land as Jack Swagger overpowered him and cut him off from making the tag to Hogan. Swagger went back to work on Savage's elbow that Angle had focused on the week prior. Swagger made the tag to Angle, held Savage as Angle climbed the ropes and came down, driving all his weight onto Savage's elbow. The All-American duo kept this up, working over Savage's arm and keeping Hogan out of the ring. Savage finally managed to break up Swagger's resthold and made the tag to Hogan. Hogan came in and cleaned house on both Angle and Swagger. Angle and Swagger regrouped at ringside as Hogan posed in the ring to a huge pop from the crowd. Angle and Swagger had a huddle at ringside, and then both climbed into the ring slowly. Swagger charged at Hogan first, but was met with a boot to the midsection. Angle attacked Hogan from behind, but Savage recovered and evened up the sides. Savage tossed Angle into the corner and then Savage and Hogan teamed up to send Swagger over the top rope with a double clothesline. Angle came running out of the corner, but Hogan lifted him up and bodyslammed him to the mat. Hogan then pointed to the top rope, to which Savage climbed and signaled to the crowd....and came flying off with the Flying Elbow! Savage rolled off in pain, but Hogan took advantage by bouncing off the ropes and dropping the Legdrop to Angle! Hogan made the pin for the three count victory!
Winners - THE MEGA-POWERS by pinfall

"Real American" played as Hogan helped Savage to his feet after the match. Swagger pulled Angle out of the ring and helped him up the ramp as the show ended with Savage and Hogan celebrating in the ring.

RWF PRIME TIME

Show 1.4

Tony Shiavone and Michael Cole
are our announcers.

Match 1: Kurt Angle (w/Jack Swagger) vs. Rob Van Dam
We get the show kicked off with a high profile matchup in the opening round of the World Championship Tournament. Swagger was in Angle's corner, decked out in his All-American sweatsuit. Angle's point of attack was to ground the speedy Rob Van Dam, taking him out of his element. But everytime Angle seemed to have RVD grounded, RVD would feed off the crowd's energy to fight his way right back into the match. Unfortunately for RVD, Swagger's prescense at ringside was a big advantage for Angle, who used every opportunity to cheat to get the advantage. However, it was RVD who got the last laugh when Swagger climbed onto the apron to interfere. Angle attempted to Irish Whip RVD into Swagger, but RVD reversed it and sent Angle colliding into Swagger! Swagger dropped off the apron to the floor. RVD connected with a jumping side kick to drop Angle to the ground. RVD then leaped to the top turnbuckle and came off with the Five Star Frog Splash to pick up the win! RVD left after the match to celebrate before Swagger could get to him. Post match, Angle argued with Swagger over causing him to lose the match.
Winner - ROB VAN DAM by pinfall

CORONATION
Vince Russo came out to take care of some clerical business - he wanted to inform us all about RWF's first ever Pay-Per-View which will take place in three weeks. There we will crown the first ever champion. 8 Men will enter the event with the chance to walk out as champion - but only ONE will. That's good math skills from VinnyRu.

Match 2: Papa Shango vs. La Parka
A classic match if there ever was one - Papa Shango, the master of voodoo, took on La Parka - the "Chairman" in a skeleton outfit. The fans love La Parka, especially as he dances to taunt his opponent. Shango countered with some kind of crazy voodoo dance. The match itself was nothing to write home about - both men were sloppy at times, but La Parka was able to gain the upperhand late in the match and finish Shango off with his Skull Bomb for the victory.
Winner - LA PARKA by pinfall

Welcome to Straight Edge
Backstage, CM Punk wanted to introduce us to the new Brian Pillman. He explained that he is still a work in progress, but the new Brian Pillman is learning to follow Punk in the life of being Straight Edge. Once he has become a true member of the Straight Edge Society, he will no longer be held back by his uncontrolable anger - but instead will be able to harness his anger and make him a winner. Tonight will be Pillman's first test in his road to recovery. His match, is up NEXT!

Match 3: Brian Pillman (w/CM Punk) vs. Chris Jericho
Pillman certainly had a more clean-clut look this week - his hair slicked back and not as wild and crazy as it usually is. Walking to the ring with CM Punk by his side. The young "Lionheart" Chris Jericho came out to a good reaction from the crowd, especially the female demographic. Once the match got started, Pillman looked like a different person in the ring - a lot more calculated in his approach. Everytime Jericho mounted a comeback, Pillman quickly put a stop to it. After a Tornado DDT, Pillman thought he had the match won but Jericho kicked out at the last second. Pillman started to show signs of his old self...beginning to throw a tantrum, but Punk instructed him from ringside..Pillman took a few deep breathes and calmed himself down and returned to the attack. But Jericho caught a glimpse of the old Pillman and decided to egg him on. Jericho gave Pillman an insulting shove and then spit in his face. Pillman's face began to twitch as he tried to hold back his anger. Jericho mouthed the words "I Dare you" as Pillman's face changed to a different color red. Punk's encouragement from ringside was not enough as Pillman charged at Jericho and tackled him to the mat. Pillman wrapped both arms around Jericho's neck, choking the life out of him. Referee Nick Patrick tried to break it up, but Pillman was not letting go. Nick Patrick had no choice but to call for the bell.
Winner - CHRIS JERICHO by disqualification

CM Punk entered the ring and ordered Pillman to let Jericho go. Punk took the microphone and told Pillman he's better than this and he can overcome it. Punk managed to get Pillman back under control and told him to finish Jericho off the right way. Pillman lifted Jericho up into a Fireman's Carry before swinging him around into a DDT. Punk nodded his head in approval before they left Jericho laid out on the mat.

THE WARRIOR NATION
In the back, Mene Gene was standing by with The Ultimate Warrior who quiet possibly could be on some drugs judging by the things he was spouting off. I can't make heads or tails of the rant Warrior proceeded to go on, but I think the gist of it was that he was going to lead the Warrior Nation through the Hellfire and Brimestone and walk out victorious against Kane. Or something...

Match 4: Kane vs. The Ultimate Warrior
It's like a match of who can no-sell the other's offense the most! Who will prevail? The crowd, for whatever reason, is absolutely crazy for the Ultimate Warrior. His high energy entrance is enough to get anybody pumped up for the match. Warrior's early offense does not even phase the Big Red Machine, but on the other hand - everytime Kane knocked Warrior off his feet - Warrior popped right back up. Clearly this match will last for years and go down in history as the greatest battle of the titans ever...or atleast that's what Tony Shiavone calls it. In any event, The Ultimate Warrior actually manages to Gorilla Press Slam the Big Red Machine, which is about as impressive as you can ask for in this match. Off the ropes, he goes for his Warrior Splash, but Kane sat up and Warrior ate Canvas. Warrior found himself on the receiving end of a big boot, followed by a Chokeslam that was enough to put the Warrior down for 3 slaps of the hand. He popped right back up after the match though...cocaine is a hellofadrug.
Winner - KANE by pinfall

The Cat's Corner
Tonight, The Cat has a serious bone to pick after what happened last week. He was disrespected by The Undertaker when he interrupted the Cat's Corner. But that's still to come...right now he has this week's show to worry about. And tonight, he has a very special guest on the Cat's Corner - it's none other than Shawn Michaels. HBK came out and did his posing with his pyro, and The Cat gave him props for style. Because if anyone knows style, it's The Cat. But he goes on to say that another man with a lot of style is The Miz - who also happens to be the man who cost HBK a spot in the World Championship tournament last week. Shawn Michaels said he should have known better than to think The Miz would actually be a man and actually look forward to facing HBK one on one...so he had to go out of his way to make sure he didn't make it out of the first round. But HBK is a cool dude, he can understand a compliment when he receives one. HBK explained that the Miz gave him the biggest sign of respect without even knowing it - and he just wanted to thank the Miz. In fact, he might thank the Miz in person - later tonight. The Cat inquired just what kind of thank you the Miz might be receiving. Shawn Michaels just smiled and said you, just like The Miz and everyone here and at home...will just have to wait...and see. HBK gave a smirk before leaving the ring.

The lights went out.

GONG.

GONG.

The lights came back on and The Cat was scene scurrying to hide under the ring apron, but no Undertaker. The Cat tried to play it off and shouted "GET YO ASS OUT HERE!"

That match was NEXT!

Match 5: Ernest "The Cat" Miller vs. The Undertaker
The Undertaker did indeed make his way out to the ring, and The Cat was clearly trying to redeem himself after the embarrasment of being caught trying to hide - decided he would go toe-to-toe with the Dead Man. This...would turn out to be a bad idea. Cat's arsenal of martial arts kicks did little to slow Taker down as he pretty much absorbs everything Miller throws at him. After deciding he had enough of toying with the Cat, Undertaker made short work of Miller...sealing his fate with a Tombstone piledriver for the victory.
Winner - THE UNDERTAKER by pinfall

Hulkmania vs. Stinger
Mene Gene was backstage with his good pal, Hulk Hogan who was not in action tonight but instead was pimping out the second round of the World Championship tournament which will feature the huge match up of Hulk Hogan vs. Sting and that match will be NEXT WEEK! Hogan said he was looking forward to going to battle with a real man unlike the chumps he had been battling the past few weeks. He said there was no comparison between Sting and Kurt Angle/Jack Swagger. He responded to Sting's comment's last week and said that it would indeed be a great night for the fans. But he still had to wonder WHATCHA GONNA DO STING, WHEN HULKAMANIA AND HIS 24" PYTHONS...RUN...WILD...ON..YOU?!?!

Match 5: Ahmed Johnson vs. Owen Hart (w/Faarooq)
Tony Shiavone reminded us that two weeks ago, Ahmed Johnson had the chance to join The Nation and turned it down...and received a beating for his denial. This week, Ahmed Johnson got a chance to get some vengeance for that attack and show The Nation he does not need them. Johnson was making a good effort of proving just that as he simply overpowered Owen Hart and if it wasn't for some well placed cheating from Hart and his partner at ringside, Ahmed might just have dominated from bell to bell. But Owen did get in a well placed low blow which definitely slowed the powerhouse down. However, as Owen took control, 3 Count ran down from the back. Evan Karagias distracted the ref as Shane Helms clocked Faarooq in the back with a chair. Shannon Moore slid into the ring with chair in hand and took a swing at Owen. But Owen ducked and Moore clocked Ahmed Johnson with it! Moore looked confused as Owen responded by taking the chair from Moore. Moore quickly ran from the ring as Owen Hart tried to chase him with the chair. Owen threw the chair to ringside as referee Mickey Jay regained control and sent 3 Count to the back. The damage had been done, however, even if it wasn't in the way they had intended. Owen Hart climbed to the top and hit a moonsault to the unconscious Ahmed Johnson for the victory.
Winner - OWEN HART by pinfall

MAIN EVENT: The Miz vs. Edge (w/Randy Orton)
Got to love heel vs heel matches. The crowd was not sure who to hate more, so they both just got booed equally - chants for the Undertaker soon overtook the boos as the fans were hoping for another Dead Man sighting. At ringside, Orton was in a panic trying to quiet the fans. In the ring, the match went back and forth, but since it's free TV - they were not allowed to do too much before we get a nice Russorific finish. The lights in the arena went out.

GONG.

The lights came back on and sure enough, The Undertaker was on the stage. Edge, who had started to take control of the match, saw this and immediately ducked to ringside with Orton. They watched as The Undertaker suddenly was coming to the ring and a much more brisk pace than he usually stalks. Edge decided that his well-being was apparently more important than the actual match and they, fearing for their own lives, escape over the barrier into the crowd as The Undertaker gives a very slasher-movie like chase.

Referee Earl Hebner had no chocie but to count Edge out. The Miz took this news like he was the Super Bowl winning MVP as he jumped up and down in joy.

Winner - THE MIZ by countout

And the good things just keep on coming for the Miz, as several attendants start bringing out balloons, and fruit baskets to The Miz. Miz was handed the balloons while the gift baskets were placed along the ring apron. The Miz seemed pleased by his gifts, even if he wasn't sure where they were coming from.

A big forklift drives out from the back carrying a huge gift wrapped box. It drives all the way down the ramp and delivers the box to ringside.

The Miz, not sure what to make of it, but not one to turn down a good gift heads over to the box and slowly undoes the giant ribbon. As the ribbon comes undone, the side of the box falls open...and out comes Shawn Michaels delivering Sweet Chin Music to The Miz!

Thank you indeed.

With HBK's music playing to end the show, he climbed into the ring and posed for his pyro as the show came to an end.
