Tyler Millhone Career Update 04/16/2024 Number 300 for Millhone: At Turner Field Tyler Millhone smashed his 300th career home run in a game against Florida today. The 32-year-old second baseman had a hand in the Atlanta Braves 4-2 victory with 1 home run and 1 run batted in. For the day he went 2 hits-3 at-bats. At the press conference after the game, Millhone downplayed his achievement. "Obviously, I've hit 300 home runs so I belong in that 300 club. But when you talk about the other guys that have done it, I'm not as good as they were. Those guys were the greatest of all time. I've just been able to scrape together some good years and stayed healthy and gotten there." Over his career Millhone is batting .305 with 300 home runs and 1141 RBIs. In 1755 games he has delivered 2127 hits, scored 1061 runs, stolen 100 bases and gotten on base at a .363 clip. |

Cody William Perkins Career Update 05/21/2024 Perkins Tags Number 500: Philadelphia's 4-3 victory over Houston was highlighted by Cody William Perkins's 500th career home run. His teammates congratulated him at home plate after he circled the bases. "I didn't see all of them out there," Perkins said with a chuckle, "until I rounded third base." He added sheepishly: "It was only a home run. It's not like I won us a World Series!" In 3 at-bats the Phillies first baseman collected 1 hit in his historic game, scored 1 run, and had 2 runs batted in. Lifetime Perkins is hitting .301 with 403 doubles, 19 triples, 500 home runs, 1433 RBIs and 1404 runs scored. He has appeared in 1912 games to date and delivered 2167 hits. |

Scott Harmon Career Update 06/14/2004 Harmon Slams Milestone Homer: A big sigh of relief erupted from Scott Harmon after he hit his 300th career homer. The New York second baseman said, "I'm glad it's over...now I can go back to just playing baseball." It was quite a day for Harmon. He got his name in the league record books with 2 hits, 2 runs batted in, scored 2 runs and his team, the New York Yankees beat the Boston Red Sox 4-3. Harmon knew it when he hit it. He raised his hands in the air, then ran the bases like a high school player, clapping and grinning. He told reporters in the postgame interview, "I was acting goofy running the bases... but it was my 300th home run." "It was great," his manager said. "He stood there and watched it...we all did. You just felt it was coming...you just had a sense he would hit it soon. He has been having a lot of good at-bats. It was great to get it out of the way." In a career spanning 1975 games, Harmon has batted .294 with 2335 hits, 300 home runs, 1210 RBIs, and 1356 runs scored. |
