Scott Harmon Career Update
07/04/2029
Harmon Pounds HR #400: The New York Yankees had something to celebrate today even though they dropped a 5-4 decision to San Antonio. The reason -- the splendid slugger Scott Harmon hit his 400th career homer in today's contest at New Yankee Stadium.

"I'm fortunate to be here," Harmon told the media after the game. "The Yankees have a classy organization and some great fans. Homer #400 was for them."

Harmon has a lifetime .292 average and .364 on-base percentage in his career with 3229 hits, 773 doubles, 115 triples, 400 home runs, 1673 RBIs and 1797 runs scored.

Steven Baldwin Career Update
08/29/2029
Baldwin Smashes 300th Homer: The New York Yankees defeated the Chicago White Sox 4-2 yesterday in a game that featured Steven Baldwin's 300th career home run.

In the clubhouse, the Yankees left fielder spoke about the milestone achievement. "To be honest, I don't even remember my first home run," he said. "But this one I don't think I'll forget. Who knows if I'll hit another hundred, or fifty, or even ten?"

On his historic day, Baldwin banged out 1 hit in 4 at-bats and scored 1 run with 2 RBI.

For his career Baldwin is hitting .298 with 300 homers, 1652 RBIs and 3358 hits.

Christian Benjamins Offseason
12/30/2029
LF Benjamin Signs with Colorado: When Christian Benjamin arrived in Colorado today to greet the media of his new home, nobody questioned the move despite his 38 years. Benjamin signed a $16,600,000-a-year deal that will run for 2 years.

He is generally seen as a veteran presence in the clubhouse and could act as a mentor for many of the younger Rockies players.

For his career Benjamin has hit at a .306 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 3364 hits, 775 doubles, 88 triples, 634 home runs and 1989 RBIs.

Justin Howe Offseason
03/03/2030
MR Howe Picks Los Angeles's $1,620,000 Offer: Los Angeles Angels fans welcomed Justin Howe into the fold, as the veteran announced he'd reached an agreement with Los Angeles brass.

Some were critical of the move, insisting that you shouldn't invest $1,620,000 in a 38-year-old man, no matter how good he might be on the field. The team believes he will deepen their roster and ultimately win a championship.

To date in Howe's career he has 448 saves with a 101-82 record and a 2.89 ERA.
