With the redefined duties of our guild ranks, we're opening warehouse for Ranks 3 and 4. Meaning, we'll be giving permission to them on deposit and withdrawal of items from the warehouse. Of course, we're giving Rank 2s permission to view the warehouse but if they find items they need there, they can ask for it from Ranks 3 & 4.

Here are some of the rules for warehouse organization:

  • 200pcs of materials are allowed to be put in the warehouse
  • Only Superior Items are allowed to be deposited, unless the Green Items have nice stats (Green items with crap stats dumped in the warehouse will be sold to NPCs to add to the guild funds)
  • Do not put upgraded items if you don't want other people borrowing them
  • Items in the warehouse are for all the members
  • Put back borrowed items once you're done using them so they can be of use to other guildies
I'm quoting Amica's post:

Including me, we have been stuffing the Guild WH. However, because it's space is so lame, we need to reconsider what stuff are more important to stay.

1. I don't suggest leaving items unidentified. "Ehh, what will the stats be exactly?" Also it makes the members who identifies feel bad if the stats turn out to be totally irrelevant. A slot is used and you don't even know whether the item is good or what.

2. Superior or the normal with good stats only. Same old rule.

3. Level 16+ (or 24+) items only. Reason: Due to the small space..

4. What stats are considered good stats? Generally:

For armor, +Phys defense(priority) then +Mag defense.

For DG weapon, +Crit Rate(priority) & Hit Rate(if its a level wpn), then +Skill Max and Phys attack. For RM weapon, +Crit Rate, Phys attack & +Skill Max (I think*)

For Pally weapon +Hit Rate(priority) then Phys attack and +threat%(if its a tank wpn) For Pally shield, +Phys defense(priority) Crit resist and Perfect Crit resist are good as well

For Cleric and warlock gears I do not know much. I need inputs from others who know.

Hit Rate is a good stat on all weapons, but I didn't put on RM above because they have Eagle Eye self-buff already. Note that racial stats are not listed because they are situational.

By the way, +Movement and +Range attack are good but they aren't necessary. +HP/MP MAX and HP/MP regen depend on the builds. Anyway, use your judgment wisely.

5. I know someone likes to put reinforced items in WH. (Oops I think that was me.) I figured why I did it. It was because either I don't feel like to take my time to sell or some of them have good stats(but not all good stats). When an item is +4~+5 you don't feel like to throw it away. However, it would take up space for storage. And Guild WH just doesn't allow it. Here I come up with a solution. Unless its way better than some item, don't put them in the WH. And get rid of the ones that is replaced. Turn it into gold or something.

Early today I turned 2 stacks of Silver into Pure Silver. And 2 stacks of Cotton Fiber into Cotton Cloth. Because there are too many stacks of same mats. Until now I still don't know what to do with the Spike Leather.

The main idea is to clear up the space and have a variety choice of mats that we can use when we need them.

I suggest to organize mats this way. If the crafting happens to have bonus (double of the outcome), the one who crafts can keep the bonus.

You do know that there will always be those people who will steal from the warehouse. :(

That's why I limited access to ranks 3 and 4 to avoid people from stealing. Rank 2 can only view our storage so they can ask for items they need. :D

Well, I am sure someone in rank 3 is using mats.

My question here is, are mats meant to be used?

For those who love to craft, that's a yes. I put mats in the warehouse cause I don't craft often, so maybe you guys can use them if you want to craft. Melees are the best material farmers. My RM doesn't get as much as my pally ;o

I think its time to clean up Guild WH again..

Including me, we have been stuffing the Guild WH. However, because it's space is so lame, we need to reconsider what stuff are more important to stay.

Feel free to give some suggestions.

For Cleric and warlock gears I do not know much. I need inputs from others who know.

For Cleric weapons, +Heal lvl (Priority), +intelligence, +magic atk (pretty useless on later lvls), +% damage vs demon/undead (very useful for pve if you have Holy Signet and Archangel's Light, completely useless in pvp)
