Well, since you would reccommend it and I am curious about the series since I keep hearing it mentioned everywhere, I grabbed a copy of the first book the other day when I was doing my Christmas shopping... then I saw that they had a 3 for 2 offer so I figured that I should buy the next two as well since it was part of a series... and THEN the girl on the counter said that they had the new hardback on offer of book 4. So oops, I went in for just one book and came out with four.  Plenty for me to read now, I guess.
