Does anyone like her...or even heard of her? I love her song "True Love" she has a pretty cool voice..some of the songs..I dont necassarily like the beat...but she still has a nice voice. Hopefully someone has heard of her or likes her....*looks around for someone raising they hand and shouting "I do!!"" |

| I have heard of her, but the only song I know is Simple and Clean (something like that), anyway it was the theme song for Kingdom Hearts. |

| Yea thats true...well at least youve heard of her. Yea the title is simple and clean. I cant remember what song(s) it was but she wrote/sang some of them when she was only 15! Thats pretty good. The daily scribblings of a teeneager makes her a star. Life throws stuff at you...lol |

lol considering I never heard of at least half of them...i dont know..I have heard of: Metallica-pretty good Sum 41-good Jimi Hendrix- honestly dont remember what his songs were... <_< I never heard of the rest of them.......im not terrible now am I? Partly why I dont know anything about them is cause I dont watch music channels or anything...if I hear a song on the radio and I like it I find out what it is and listen to more of that singer....but I like a whole range (anotehr reason i think im a little unique in what i like) I like diff music such as (and not limited to) R&B Pop (and no not the boy band pop) lol outgrew that about 5 years ago lol) Celtic Christian Country Rock Some Metal and more.... |

you hate r&b but you have nothing against country? wow im amazed usually its the other way around....im assuming you have nothing against country due to the fact you didnt mention nothing about it.... and I am gonna start a new thread so we can talk about this subject...this thread is about utada...and we arent talking about her anymore so reply to this in the "general music" thread!!  And back to Utada...I think I would like Utada to sing one of her songs for FF...possibly in the future....in something like Yuna's theme "kimi he"...cant remmember the name of the singer right now..I cant beleive I forogt her name!! o well happens when you try to think of somethign and it flees from your mind....I bet I will remember it right before I fall asleep tonight.... |

:lol: I have 'Exodus' (which Kitty bought me!) I first heard the Kingdom Hearts theme and wanted more of her music, so I downloaded loads. I really want to go see her some time. Her concerts must be amazing. Yeah she does have a wicked voice, and a wicked body to go with it! *cough* anyway... My faveourite song has to be 'The Workout' or this one song that I can't type here seeing as it's in Japanese. It sounds slightly like 'Simple and clean' but slower, and in Japanese. So yes, I have heard of her and for a time I think I was in love with her

hikky rocks >.< my fave song is travelling, and i have her exodus album but i got to admit im into heavier stuff at the moment i downloaded a song called, 8 by scissor last night, its creepy carnival halloween type music its ace !!! |

| I got it...but its on its way ( i ordered it online, the stores dont have it in stock...they get like one of the cds and its gone fast) gggrr...they should order more! anywyas...ill get it in about 2-3 weeks lol i cant wait to listen to it in my car... |

| Well, I just downlaoded a few of her albums, haven't listened to all of them yet, but the sogs I have listened to were good. I have to say, a lot of artists I like for their music more than their voices, but Utada Hikaru is the first artist I can say I prefer her voice over her music, she has a wonderful voice. |

I agree. I LOVED her voice in the Kingdom Hearts games. I didn't know that she had an album out though... she doesn't have with an accent when she sings in english. She rocks!!! |

| yes, she has a great voice. Though the reason for her having no accent Game Freak, is cause she was raised in both the US and Japan, she travelled ALOT when she was younger, and her vice i guess u could say kinda blended with both languages, which i think is one aspect that makes her singing awesome |
