This has been one of my favourite animes for a while now. Both the art and the music are beautiful. The OST is one of my favourites of any anime. My favourite characters are Fay, Mokona , Kurogane, Yukko and Syaron.

Anyone else watch this?

I've been a fan of Tsubasa ever since I brought the manga about 2 and a half years ago. I think you all can guess the main reason why I brought the manga because I am a massive fan of Cardcaptor Sakura for god knows how long lol.

I agree the OST is great, it's one of my favourite Anime OST's. My favourite songs from the Anime are Yume no Tsubasa (Yui Makino's version, the English version sounds abit weird), Jasmine, Loop, Aikoi and Kazemachi Jet.

Also I don't think the dates for season 3 has been announced yet.

Thats bad news, theres so much story left in the manga which can be turned into an Anime, but as most fans say season 2 kinda screwed up because it didn't follow the manga really well (I can't really comment on this since I haven't seen many eps of season 2 because I have loads of uni work to do)

I have visited the official Tsubasa site and read the news page. On the date "5th May 2007" which is the latest news on the page it says something like "Broadcast ended. Thank you for your support. From May 12th where Tsubasa Chronicle is schedule will broadcasts the show "Electric Brain Coil". (The site is in Japanese, so I'm not sure if my translations are accurate, but it did reflect on what most people say about season 3. ) So I'm guessing that this program is showing on Japanese TV to replace the date and time scheduled for Tsubasa ~ http://www3.nhk.or.jp/anime/coil/index.html

Yeah, Yui Makino's version is better ^^

I only like it when Yui Makino sings it alone because her voice doesn't go with any other voice. I would have liked the English version if they got someone with a better voice to sing the song.

I haven't read far enough in the manga yet, but season 2 is good, and Tsubasa is a series where the anime and manga can follow different paths, it's diverse enough to do that. Oh well, not that it matters anymore XD

Yeah, the english version is good, but it could be better if they had someone else sing it.

Good news! :D

CLAMP has confirmed an upcoming Tsubasa OVA with the name Tokyo Rlevations. This OVA will take up the story after the second season of Tsubasa Chronicle, and will be in three parts.
Production I.G. will take over the production of this OVA, eventhough is was Bee Train who was behind the first and second seasons pf the series. But this is not that unexpectet, as it was Production I.G who was the makers behind Tsubasa Chronicle the Movie: The Princess of the Country of Birdcages.

The story in the OVA will follow the volumes 21 - 23 of the manga, and the the different pars of the OVA will be released at the same time as the mangas will be released. The first part of the OVA, as well as volume 21 of the manga, is to be expected in Japan november 16th 2007.

Ohkawa Ageha from CLAMP is writning the script, and Shunsuke Tada from Production I.G will be the director. Tada has earlier directed the Prince of Tennis OVAs. The voice actors will be the same as earlier. :)

Hehe, online manga ^^ I'm on chapter 156 of the manga now and can't wait for this OVA. It's going to be released with the manga in Japan? I wonder, will we get the same ^^ I doubt it >.>

Just had to bump up this topic because I found out some good news for UK fans.

Tsubasa is going to be released in the UK on 17th September (thats about 11 days time) and it seems as though they are going to release the first volume with as a limited edition with the box just like the US version, more info can be found on the revaltion site ~ Limited edition box edition / Standard edition

However don't order from that site because you can get it cheaper from MVM or Amazon.co.uk, both sites sell the DVD's for the same price and offer free shipping.

EDIT; I just found it cheaper on play.com for £14.99 wioth free shipping

Oh, that's fantastic! :D
I never would have expected the UK release to get the same treatment as the American one.
Great to see ^^

Thanks for the heads up, Berry-chan!

And hopefully you can get Monica to sign it for you next year ^^

I haven't watched the OVA yet, though my brother owns the Japanese DVD's. I am only up to volume 16 of the manga and don't want the OVA's to spoil the story for me.
