Well, as suggested earlier, in a different topic, we'll try watching anime together here in Land of Shadow. But seeing as our cinema has just started up, it needs your suggestions as to what it should screen. So, name an anime you want to watch. A short decription what it's about. And how many episodes it's got. For your convenience our cinema will be showing the episodes whenever you want! (yes, that does mean you'll have to find them yourself, and watch them on your own screen :P). We will be setting some dates/deadlines as to when we can start talking about the different episodes though. A new topic, with the name of the anime, will be made for this purpose. Untill the time of deadline for watching the current episode has come, no one must start talking about it. When we start talking about an episode it is however allowed to guess and speculate about what will happen in the next episode, or how you think the series will end. But if you have seen the anime before you have to be careful in you choice of words as we don't want any spoilers. The current suggestion is to have two episodes per watch, two times a week. And yes, your calculators are right, that does indeed mean 4 episodes in total per week . But this is a number that can be adjusted when we see how many episodes the animes have got, and how much time people have to watch them ^^.I hope as many as possible join in, so we can have some proper discussions when such a time comes ^^. Now, show us your 'want to watch'-list, so we can start voting on what to watch

I've already watched most of the episodes but I'd suggest Victorian Romance Emma. I haven't noticed anyone mention it on the forum so I'm guessing that no-one or not many people here have watched it yet? It's basically about a house-maid in victorian England who falls in love with someone of higher class and how they have to fight against the views of society to be together. I think it's a really interesting and unique anime, since it's the only anime in this genre that I've heard of. Also I'm collecting the manga volumes as they're released and as an English person who loves Japan it's interesting to see in her notes how passionate about England the Japanese manga-ka is Anyways, here is a short tralier. There are quite a few more main characters that it doesn't show, though. ( 12 episodes long ) |

| I stumbled across one epi a while ago in one of my insomniac searches for anime. I agree, I think it would give and interesting perspective on Victorian England. I'm in. |

This probably will not be helpfull but I am good with anything and will work around what you guys need. My time is a little more my own than yours(plural) is, so I have no problem fitting into your perimeters. I think since no one has a problem with it Victorian Romance Emma is fine. |

| I don't really mind when we watch eps, so I'm good with Thursdays and Sundays if that's what you want to go with. |

| Well any days work with me, but it think sundays would be best, and in stead of two days, why not have the one? It would work the same way, 5 episodes or so a week and come d-day we can talk about those 5 episodes in as much details as we like? |

| Well we could, but I think if we watched that many all in one go we wouldn't be able to discuss the episodes as in-depth or get much chance to say what we think might happen next, especially with the shorter series as 5 eps would be almost half of the whole show. Just my thoughts on it, anyway ^^ |

Yeah, I'm thinking the same as Tsuchi-Chan. It the series is only 12 or so episodes long, we can only talk about it two or three times before it's finished... And by doing that this thing looses it's whole point: Finding something for people to talk about.. |

| I have to agree with the women, it is better to discuss the specifics that way. I do though understand some peoples occasional propensity to watch half a season of anime in one night, let alone one week. It may be hard to restrain ourselves but the discussions will be all the better for it. |

Hehe, so I take it we stick with with the 'two times a week'-plan then? At least for now ^^ So, time to get started then! ^^ *goes to make a new topic* Edit: Doesn anyone know a site where they stream Victorian Romance Emma? Can't seem to find it.. Only a few random episodes... <_< |
