Name: Nyura

Description: The head honcho. All of her power comes from her staff. The is also known as the Ice Queen, and her name is the Japanese name for Sneasel.

Name: Armens

Description: Purple, ice-coated foot-soldiers, serving under Nyura

Name: Sudos

Description: Nyura's first and most reliable(but thats not saying much) general. An evil Sudowoodo with a sword to match.

Name: Sketch

Description: Nyura's monster-maker. Very scared of anyone who would hurt him, he just wants a quiet, peaceful life, which is quite odd for a monster born into evil...

Name: Flutist Carvanha

Description: A Carvanha for a head, a muscle man body, and a flute that he cant play!

Name: Murky(not given in story)

Description: A big Murkrow. He'll do anything to protect his sister, and serve Nyuras wishes.

Name: Krowa

Description: Another big bird. Sister to Murky. She was devastated by the loss of her brother, and pledged to destroy the Poke Rangers for it, seving under Nyura

Name: Mimien

Description: A big blob, Ditto monster. With the power to change into anything, even objects, this makes for a very tricky foe.

Name: Cybatron

Description: Part Porygon, part Porygon2, this thing is able to get into and change anything digital.

Name: Jotin

Description: One of the monsters Greg faught in the Poke Rangers game, created by Cybetron. It was based on Joteon

Name: The Black Ranger

Description: Though not technically a monster, he was much more evil and more powerful. Nyura forced the Tyranitar morpher onto the innocent Kris Douglas' wrist, forcing him into evil, and making him a mind slave. Eventually, Kris broke free of Nyuras command, but was still evil, and it took Eddie destroying his morpher to break him out of it. Now, Kris helps the Poke Rangers, as the White Dragonite Ranger!

Name: Lé Mukus

Description: A french, sneezing Muk monster. Theres one word to describe him, and thats french(lol), but seriously, he's gross.

Name: Dark Dactyle

Description: A bunch of scientists in 2016 tried to resurrect the ancient pokemon, Aerodactyl, but it went wrong, and this beast was created. Fortunately, it was imprisoned by the years resident rangers, but Nyura let it out, and it took the Mil-Tank to finally stop it.

Name: Magmus(not named in story)

Description: Nyura went on a rampage after Kris got hold of her technology, and sent three monsters down at once, including this hot headed fire monster.

Name: Electo(not named in story)

Description: The Electabuzz monster that Nyura sent down along with two others.

Name: Missy Drevus(not named in story)

Description: The third of Nyuras monster trio, this one being a Misdreavus monster.

Name: Little Luvvie

Description: This Luvdisc is possibly Nyuras most sinister monster yet; it has the power to force people to fall in love!

Name: Mimeco

Description: A Mr. Mime with real mime powers(which any psychic pokemon could probably replicate) that Sketch made to ruin Miborgs birthday, but Miborg managed to save the day and help the Rangers destroy it.

First/Last appearance: Chapter 18; Mime Time


Name: Jinksy/Kerry

Description: This monster used its ability to turn into a beautiful girl into trying to get Kurtis to destroy the other Rangers! Thankfully, Rei helped break the spell before it was too late, and with his help, the rangers beat it.

First/Last appearance: Chapter 19; Love Is Green


Name: Digleminer

Description: An evil freak Diglett thing, constantly causing Earthquakes. It took the combined forces of all the Rangers to beat it.

First/Last appearance: Chapter 20; Digleminer Disaster


Name: Orion

Description: Celebi's long(not long if you're him!) lost brother, who has joined forces with Nyra to bring the Rangers down from the inside. Using Kris' magic remote, given to him by Sketch whilst he was the Black Ranger, they force Orion to randomly go through time.

Name: Mr. Mushroom

Description: The weakest monster Sketch has ever made, it was just made to be a distraction for Orion to attack Celebi.

Name: Sableye

Description: An overlarge Sableye that appeared from nowhere, that stole the soles of everyone except, Greg, Krowa, Celebi, Nyura, and Sketch, but he was on holiday... Greg had to beat his fear of ghosts, and draw on the others streght to destroy it.

First/Last appearance: Chapter 22; Soul Snatcher Sableye


Name: Fetcher

Description: A little fat Far'fetched made to kidnap Kurtis' sister, with the intention of only Kris being able to come and get her, and Nyura being able to destroy him, but Miborg built the Hover Boards, enabling the Rangers to break in and save her, and destroy Fetcher with the Ultrazord.

Name: Manyula

Description: When Nyura gets lonely, she has Sketch create this monster, whom Nyura then marries. He tries to prove his love with an attempt at destroying the Rangers, and nearly succeeds.

Name: Tails

Description: This monkey monster caused a LOT of trouble for the rangers with his six hands on tails. Using the Chaos Zord Balls, he managed to help Nyura capture the Johto Zords (minus Espeon) and it took their new Eon Megazord to bring him down. After the two-parter, the rangers are still without their original Zords.

Name: Red Gyarados

Description: Krowa came up with the idea to foce an innocent Magikarp to evolve, but something went wrong, and this fifety foot monster wasthe result, that went on a rasmpage destroying everything in reach, including the baddies!

Name: Assassin

Description: Nyura wakes up from a three day nap, and decides she wants a piece of the action, so she makes this Sneasel monster to help her cause mayhem.

Name: Cybatron-Too

Description: Reverse in appearance to the original Cybatron, this monster is much more powerful and can download people nto the internet! But with the help of a few old friends, they're able to defeat him.

Name: Ray-X

Description: A Xatu monster that can age you rapidly. He forced Anna and Sabrina to fight on their own, but he was destroyed by some new powers.

Name: Yan-man

Description: When Sketch has the idea to improve his and Nyura's first plan, he sends this screeching Yanma monster to the radio tower to "sing" on air, brain-washing the country!

Name: Armourens

Description: Upgraded versions of the Armens, with ice formed armour (hence the name) and weapons

Name: Sketch II

Description: A stronger, dumber version of Sketch(without the tailcoat) who the original created to distract the Rangers, whilst he tried to steal the Johto Zords for himself.

First/Last appearance: Chapter 33; Johto Zords, Return! Part 2


Name: Iceviper (pronounced Ice-seviper)

Description: When a meteorite causes a global heatwave, Nyura decides to take drastic action, and has Sketch create a monster to cool the planet down. However, Nyura's idea of "cooling down" ment causing a new ice age! The monster itself was a normal, upright Seviper, with icicles forming arms and legs, that were protruding from the entire of its body.

Name: Lunasol

Description: Though not technically a baddie, he did battle two rangers. It has the basic body of a Solrock, with the eiry glowing eyes of a Lunatone. The way it moves would make it seem as though it has some sort of body beneath its long draping cloak. It also has a floating staff, that can destroy anything within a huge radius.

Name: Bolterbee

Description: A large monster that resembles a bumblebee. Sketch revives this monster from 2106, when it was apparently destroyed by Sabrina, who he now wants terrible vengeance against.

Name: Balton

Description: A Baltoy monster Nyura created, allowing her to travel back trhough time, so she could work with Mariah to destroy one ranger group at a time. The plan failed spectacularly.

Name: Omnice

Description: Another monster who wasn't evil. Once Sketch had made him, Omnice said he didn't want to be evil, and soon teamed up with Kurtis, to try and escape, and be free.

Name: Fortron

Description: Nyura had Sketch create this self-destructing monster to help him find Omnice to get back his power.

Name: The Wicked Witch

Description: A monster Sketch created (based on Nyura) to break up the play the Rangers were performing in.

Name: Granny Bull

Description: Part Tauros, part, Granbull, part Grandmother, she was simply a background monster used to be in a battle and get destroyed by the Rangers.

Name: Prince Harry

Description: Johto's first British monster, based on Hariyama, it's almost omnipotent, and only one bumbling duo knows the secretof how to defeat him...

Name: Rocko (not named in fic)

Description: A large Golem monster, fuelled by a teenage buuly, causing it to do two of the most evil things anything ever could - stealng candy from babies and destroying kids sand-castles!

Name: Mail 'Mon

Description: A Delibird monster, snatched from its life as a delivery bird to ruin Kris' birthday. It's scared of his Growlithe.

Name: Spectra

Description: A Haunter monster, created by Sketch to tap into the Rangers memories in order to try and dishearten them, but instead it empowered them. According to Sketch, once Spectra is destroyed Nyura is weak enough to mutiny against...


For the final battle, Nyura also had Sketch create an army of monsters, including an Electrode monster, but no others were specified.


Series 2; Poké Rangers Neo


Name: Giovanni

Personality: Known to his underlings as "Sir" or "Boss", Giovanni has returned, wanting to mutate the worlds population. But he seems to have a bigger overall goal...

Physical Appearance: Still wear the same black suit, but now has white fur coating his head, with a white gem on his forehead, like a Persian, and his limbs are purple and spiky like a Nidoking.

Name: James

Personality: The lovable villain of the original season faces the Poké Rangers, but soon begins to doubt whether what he's doing is right...and his bosses sanity...

Physical Appearance: Purple, with a skull and crossbones, and basically huge and round person with no legs, elements from a Weezing, and a bell on top like a Chimeco.

Name: Jessie

Personality: The more dominating of the lovable trio, but later comes round to James' way of thinking about the boss...

Name: Meowth

Personality: Wise-talking, plan making, but still lovable, Meowth is often used as a scapegoat to lure out the Rangers out. Lucky for him cats have nine lives...

Physical Appearance: A tall Meowth with good posture that actually looks like he should stand on two paws, and slightly skeletal.

Physical Appearance: He has such a hump that its ripped open, like a Camerupt, and he's covered in brown fur, and has tusks like a Piloswine.

Name: Simon Jigglypuff

Physical Appearance: Just like the basic Unown's they're taken from, with arm and/or leg attachments.

Personality: Thief

Physical Appearance: A Pikachu with same figure Jessie once had, even with the hair formed by what was once ears. Can also disguise herself as the Yellow Neo Ranger.

Name: Eggsecuter

Personality: N/A

Physical Appearance: An Exeggutor with only one head, arms, and a Grim Reaper like attire.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 7; An Ex-plosive Situation


Name: Sirpe

Persoanlity: Reluctant to wrok with Neo Team Rocket; still loyal to Lord Dawson.

Physical Appearance: Before Mutation: A basic mix of Poliwrath and Gengar
After Mutation: A more complex mix of the two pokemon, with some added features (Eg, a tail).

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 8; Age Destroys Beauty


Name: Rocket Rangers (Red, Blue, green, Yellow, and Pink)

Personality: More complex than anything the Ranger have faced before, even more powerful than Nyura. Although that's only when they work together, alone they're not much more powerful than your average mutant.

Physical Appearance: Shiny black with armour in their colour, and an R acroos their chests, the colour of which depend on the mutants main colour. Rocket Red has a bulky torso (similar shape to Kris' Legend Armour).

Name: Tragzamne

Physical Appearance: Part Spoink, and part Chimeco. I've got nothing more specific that that...

Physical Appearance: A pokeball with Voltorb eyes, arms coming from its top half, legs from the bottom. He has disney style gloves for hands, and carries a pokeball which he uses to trap people in silent movies.

Personality: Magnetic! (More groans)

Physical Appearance: A Magnemite for a head, and another for his torso. Limbs made of magnets.

Name: Tyranno Hadro Rhino (translates fro Latin as Tyrant Big Nose)

Personality: He rules the anicent Earth, enslaving all humans and non-dinosaur pokemon.

Physcal Appearance: A thin and fragile upright Aerodactyl, with a huge nose with a horn on.

Name: Minotauros II

Physical Appearance: An upright Tauros with armour, and a large axe that can disable the Zords. Based on the original Minotauros that fought the MMPR's.

Physical Appearance: a Rapidash with the torso, head and arms of a Hitmonchan instead of a head.

Personality: Sorry, I'd say it but I have a ban on putting awful puns on the internet now...

Name: Cassidy

Personality: Basically the same as the original series...fierce rivalry with Jessie, yadda yadda yadda...

Physical Appearance: "Cassidy’s skin was now covered in black fur, and she had white rings of fur where her necessary clothes would be. She had huge sharp teeth, and was covered in diamonds, as well as having diamonds for her eyes. Her hair remained as it was, except that it was black."

Name: Borris...no wait, sorry, Butch...

Personality: He gets angry with everyone when they get his name wrong...so yeah, he's the same as the main series.

Physical Appearance: "Butch had grey fur on his front, arms, legs and face, and black on his back, hands, feet and head. He had a sharp horn on his head, sharp claws on his hands and feet, and most obviously, an additional tail-like-leg, or leg-like-tail."

Name: The Sundance Kid (aka TSK)

Physical Appearance: A tall Sunflora, with green, but otherwise human hands, in a coyboys attire (ie, the hat, the belt, the boots with spurs, and the holsters for his two very powerful guns.

Name: Canisoid

Personality: N/A

Physical Appearance: Parts of Arcanine combined with parts of Dusclops.

Name: Croaker (unnamed in fic)

Personality: N/A

Physical Appearance: A six-foot Croagunk

Name: Spearn

Personality: He has (or had) a strong friendship with Giovanni, to which he'd always remain loyal...and he thought Giovanni would do the same. Immensely hates the Kaku Rangers, as he, the triplets, and Team Rocket all claim they're the ones to blame for TR's freezing, and Spearn's incarceration, but they've never actually fought any of them before.

Appearance: Mainly like a large Beedrill, but with a few differences; he has another pair of limbs, between his arms and legs, which end in four-fingered hands, each holding a spoon (like Alakazam). It also has a large antennae on its head.

Name: Toxia, Moxia & Noxia the triplets

Personality: N/A

Appearance: Based on either Dustox, Beautifly or Butterfree respectively, but all have the same build: The body of the pokémon make their heads, and they have human shaped bodies beneath that. The wings from the pokémon are large wings on their backs.

Name: Kurtis' Costume

Appearance: Seriously messed up, it's made from like ten different things, about half of which are pokémon, the rest is just random stuff.

Appearance: A giant house of mirrors....only, come to life, with its front door being its mouth, and back door being...

Physical Appearance: A Hypno's figure, and Solrock's colouration and spikes round the head.

Physical Appearance: Like XD001 but with a more human shape...arms, and legs, etc. But he still has the wings.

Physical Appearance: They have The red "R" symbol of Team Rocket on their chests, and blades on their right hands like the Neo Grunts, silver cones on their bodies like the Horlics, and the basic black bodies shared by them both.

Personality: Deeply confused thanks to Neo Team Rocket meddling with his minds - both of them.

Physical Appearance: A Glalie for a head on top of a Scyther's body. The whole thing is Scyther coloured, with the pattern of Glalie. Horns and Scythes are jumbled up all over him.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 40; Silving Lining


Name: Borrose

Personaliy: Well his true personality is just monster of the week, but the simulation interprets him as all kinds of things, the loyal servant, or the successful traitor, who treats his new underlings well...over the space of 121 years he grows an intense hatred for Rei...and e's probably not too fond of Mibrg either...

Personality: He's the somehow reincarnated Cybatron, the latest model in the series. He's got a grudge against Greg for destroying hislower forms. But like the first two times, Greg trumps him.

Personality: Evil, sadistic, heartless. The general sort of things you expect in most villains.

Physical Appearance: A tall, thin Slowking with a Cloyster crown insteasd of Shellder. He has a large snout and blotchy skin; parts are regular Slowking colour, other parts of shiny Slowking colour. He wears the cloak of Tyranno Hadro Rhino.

Bio: Technically he should rule the planet alone, but he so graciously shares it with his family - but by choice or not? He still clearly likes to think he's in charge of the others...

Name: Juliet

Personality: Eh...bummer...can't find the original submission Phoenix gave me...well...she's flirtatious...later becomes conflicted...

Physical Appearance: Generally human-like, but with a tail, and a "slightly cat-like head" including big sharp nasty pointy teeth, and large cat ears. Mostly her fur is Delcatty orange, with Delcatty pruple where appropriate. Wears black and white attire.

Bio: Though little's been seen of her yet, she later becomes the main villain for James to fight, and after seeing his flirtacious side gives him the nickname Romeo, prompting him to think she fancies her. Cousin to Oday.

Name: Stegatrix

Personality: Quiet, and honourable. He'd rather help the Rangers and fight with honour than kill them without.

Physical Appearance: A black Rhyhorn, constantly perched on its hind legs, with its front legs (arms) extended, and a human posture. Carries a large spiky hammer.

Bio: Eh...well, not too much to put here that doesn't go under personality... Half-brother to Oday.

Name: Farrah

Personality: Once upon a time quiet and reserved. She showed she cared about her son by telling him to be careful, but showed no actual emotion because she didn't believe he was in danger. Post her son's death she feels nothing but fury for the Rangers, and wants them to pay...

Physical Appearance: An Aerodactyl with human proportions, coated in armour.

Bio: Eh...again, her personality has most of this. Half-sister to Oday.

Name: Jashinka

Personality: Greatly loves her husband. Perhaps, sometimes ignorant...

Physical Appearance: A persian, upright with human posture. She wears brown trousers, and an insane amount of weaponry (honestly Yankee, I do think you went overboard...)

Bio: See personality. Cousin to Oday. She, presumably with her husband rules a part of the south of Dinos, with a very intelligent population (though by Dinosian standards this could be considered average).

Name: Dorian

Personality: Scheming...he always find a way to get what he wants...no matter what it takes...

Physical Appearance: A large Toxicroak, with larger claws and a larger sac thing beneath his mouth. His head is covered with spikes like those on his shoulder, elbow and knee pads.

Bio: Whilst they don't let him or Jashinka know it (though he secretly suspects it), none of the rest of the family like him. Largely they feel that he doesn't deserve even a rock from the Earth, as he's only part of the family by marraige - if it weren't for Jashinka he'd have no place in the family. Is there more to him than meets the eye...? Cousin-in-law to Oday.

Physical Appearance: Similar to The Lizard from Spider Man, only orange and without the labcoat.

Bio: The grunts or foot soldiers of the Dinosian Empire's army.

Name: Relano

Personality: Loyal to the Dinosian Empire, and his Uncle, moreso than to his Mother. He'll do whatever he is commanded to do for the good of the Empire.

Physical Appearance: Primarily a giant Ledian, missing a couple of arms, and with Aerodactyl-purple coloured skin instead of yellow (but still red where appropriate). Aerodactyl wings, and a stretched face.

Bio: He was killed in the first battle against the Rangers (bear in mind that in the battle in the desert, no Rangers actually fought), fighting for the Empire on Oday's orders. First destroyed by the Dino Blasters, then after resurection destroyed by the Zords. (Half) Nephew to Oday.

Physical Appearance: Mostly like a Forslass, but with the headdress and legs of a Weavile.

Bio: Just one of those monsters at the beginning of some episodes that barely even appear, just to show something off, in this case the Megazord. He was destroyed by the Dino Blasters, and then again by the Megazord. He came from Stegatrix's region of Dinos.

Name: Stella

Personality: A bit of a joker. Like all Dinosians, she's determined to help the Empire regain the Earth.

Physical Appearance: Underneth her Shuppet's veil, she appears to be a small Steelix, with arms and legs.

Bio: Apparently an old friend of Juliet's, and refers to her by the nickname Julie. She jokes about how Juliet appeared to be flirting with the Black Ranger. Her dieing wish was for Juliet to kill the Rangers. From Juliet's region of Dinos.

Name: Felex

Personality: A good suicide bomber, but when the going gets tough, Felex gets going. You heard me.

Physical Appearance: The form of a Persian (seriously, it's constantly on four legs!), but the front end is white and the back end red, and he has the awful grin of an Electrode...

Bio: Used to plant bombs all over Johto, with his incredible speed meaning that half the city would likely be blown up before he could be stopped. Not counting on the Relicanth Riders...

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 4; Ritchie Rich


Name: WereAbsol

Personality: Eh...hungry?

Physical Appearance: Like an Absol, but with a larger scythe, red eyes, streaks of black fur, and your traditional werewolf posture. Traditional.

Bio: Created by Rotom in Nanene's body. Seperates itself from her when the Rotom is captured. The first opponent the Rangers faced that wasn't a Dinosian.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 5; I, Absol


Name: Lenox

Personality: N/A

Physical Appearance: More or less a large Exploud in a shell. Where's yellow undies with pink hearts.

Bio: From Juliet's region of Dinos, but worked with Jashinka on Juliet's orders. Like all Dinosians, fiercely protective of the leader of his region.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 6; Stage Fight


Name: Zhan Zar

Personality: Appears very angry, constantly. Hides behind others.

Physical Appearance: A Spinda with the physique of a Machamp. Cream coloured but without spots, wearing small amounts of beige/brown armour.

Bio: He came from Jashinka's region of Dinos, but worked with her husband. He used his powers to enslave Tom Willows, breaking Dinosian law, and ended up executed by Stegatrix.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 8; Crouching Persian Hidden Dragonite


Name: Deoxys

Personality: War-like. Determined. Overall, seems similar to Oday.

Physical Appearance: Exactly the same as any Deoxys - granted, he's shiny.

Bio: An old Dinosian General, who's won them many wars. He's also a personal friend of Oday's - it later transpires they were lovers.

First Appearance: Chapter 9; The Four Faces of Deoxys - Part 1

Name: The Barmy Starmie

Personality: Rather goofy, but good at what he can do.

Physical Appearance: A Starmie with its limbs stretched to resemble a humans. Yeah, that's how lazy I am, I just said a human-like Starmie.

Bio: His skills with radio waves got him noticed by Stegatrix, to manipulate an army of Dusknoir. He seems to have a particularly bad image on Dinos, which spreads to Earth thanks to his voice and name. He's able to burp the alphabet.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 11; February 32nd


Name: Whissy

Personality: Fun-loving, happy-go-lucky, unless she's placed in a strange situation such as lost down on Earth on her own, being attacked...

Physical Appearance: Approximately 4 feet tall, resembling a Whismer, with very large, human-like eyes, and hair similar to a Misdreavus instead of ears. She wears a Misdreavus’s necklace, used to literally silence her enemies.

Bio: Only 10 years old, and forced into battle by Jashinka, later resulting in a heart attack. Her Mother died a few years before, so her only family is her Father, Foster, who's devastated by his loss, and seeks revenge.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 12; Silent Kyle


Name: Foster

Personality: Perhaps slightly overprotective as a parent, and defensive after the death of his wife. Not as keen to regain the Earth as most other Dinosians that have been seen have been.

Physical Appearance: Like a tall Loudred, with a seperate head and torso. Small eyes and mouth, a curved horn for a nose, claws for hands, and rocky-textured skin.

Bio: Though he's from Jashinka's realm of Dinos, he forms a bond with Farrah over their common link of the Rangers killing their children. His wife died a few years ago, so Whissy was all he had left, and without her he has nothing.

Name: Drundon

Personality: Time for me to be lazy...he's basically very similar to Stegatrix.

Physical Appearance: Head and torso like a Dunsparce's, and a titanium drill for a right hand. His right hand is a shield like a Bastiondon's face, and he has a Bastiodon's legs.

Bio: From Stegatrix's realm, but he accompanied Dorian to Earth to battle the other Rangers whilst Stegatrix battled Rei on the train. He shows clear disdain towards Dorian.

First/Last Appearance: Chapter 13; Runaway Magnet Train


Name: Queen Vahsti

Personality: She's just bad to the...well not the bone...

Physical Appearance: Wears a golden robe with a pink staff in her hand. Has golden blonde hair, red eyes and sapphire teeth. Carries a purple spell book and a monster glossary.

Bio: Former wife of Baronaw, and technically no longer Queen of the Machine Fortress. She was instigating a plan against the Overtech Overdrive Rangers when Rei & co. showed up, and had it not been for their interference, she may have been successful.

Name: Dark Dactyle

Personality: Well, generally a bit annoyed with Rangers after the dozens of times they've defeated him over the years.

Physical Appearance: Shaped like a grey man, but with purple wings, with a hand on each to boot, giving it forty fingers. Has the head of an Aerodactyl.

Bio: The immensely powerful monster who first appeared in Johto is back. It seems he started out as a warior for Tyranno Hadro Rhino. The scientists in 2016 never stood a chance of bringing back an Aerodactyl. He agreed to take down the Rangers, but when he saw Anna, he recognised her as one of the Rangers that defeated him two years ago. He angrily kidnapped her, taking her into Mt. Chimney.
