The Boss Baddie Who Never Fights
 Poke Rangers: Geno Blast

Backstory: The disgraced Professor Locust, now an insectoid lifeform, attacks Pokemon Earth. His lair is an inaccessible island that can only be reached via his portals. His only goal, to Geno-Blast humans and Pokemon together placing himself as the supreme ruler.

Disposable Henchmen:

Name: Chimerans

Description: Armored similiar to Lairon, arms of a Scyther, legs of a Machop, and a head like a Blastoise. Their tail is a Pikachu and they can fire electric blasts from their armblades.

Group Founding: A cooperation of Silph Co. and Devon Corporation with permission from the governments of the regions has begun to search for Rangers to combat the threat.

If I have permission, then I would welcome submission for Rangers, allies, and other villains.

For the allies and Rangers, I'm looking for people from several walks of life. You know, normal Pokemon Rangers (The ones with the stylus), trainers, Professors, Scientists, Nurses, and cops. Use your imagination.
