 Howdja get the -izers? Well...

You plug in Leaf Green (Magby) or Fire Red (Elekid).

Elekid can be caught on Route 204-South and the Valley Windworks. Magby can be find at Stark Mountain and route 227. They have a 5% chance of holding their respective -izers, so it's best to take a pokémon with Frisk (Stantler, Shuppet, Banette) with you to find out if they're holding the items. Then you catch them.
