Yankee, if you're writing this just to get reviews, then you shouldn't be writing in the first place. A true writer writes for the love of writing, not to become popular.

The reason you have less readers/reviewers nowadays is because everybody does; there are simply less people reading the series now, for various reasons. For example, I no longer read Poké Rangers because I don't have time.

But you think that's a low number of reviews?

Johto: 140
Neo: 147

You get way more than I did.

There are, however, various reasons why Turbo could be less popular. One is that you're basing it on Power Rangers Turbo, arguably the least popular series of Power Rangers of all time. Because of how unpopular Turbo was, the show was due to be cancelled after PRIS, but that series was so popular they kept going (that's why before IS it was one long cotinual stream, whereas after that series didn't continue directly on from each other).

Another is that the name suggests it's based on Power Rangers, whereas you've just said yourself the material is more derived from Carranger. Because of this you're limiting your audience even more; a lot of people aren't interested in at least one of those three programmes, so you're serving an incredibly niche audience.

But anyway, popularity is something a TV network would be looking for, not the writer. If you don't want to write unless you can be popular, then you shouldn't be writing. Nobody is always popular.
